I'd spend the money for hardware to calibrate, and I'd put the effort into learning, but there's no way I'd pay $1 for the software, let alone thousands. Thanks for sharing this
This was great. I use the same equipment and love calibrating tv’s for all my friends. Super agree with you on the gatekeeping mentality. Also, I follow the same steps with my S95B except for the fact that I set Calman to 8-bit Limited instead of 8-bit RGB.
Thanks for making this interesting video. I’ve never calibrated because I don’t know how, I have used your settings on my Q90T some time ago and they made a huge difference, I can’t go back. Now I will start to learn some basics and videos like this help so much. Thanks again, let’s hope the nay sayers can at least be respectful!
Hey man got some noob questions here. I’m planning on buying a 55” S90D and I want it to perform how you describe it. I’m willing to purchase your settings for it but will I still need to calibrate it as well? If calibration is necessary is there an alternative to VF Pro that isn’t so expensive? I’m willing to spend on the color checker and the Samsung edition of Calman but I don’t have the funds to purchase as device like that. Thanks in advance 👍🏽
Hi, I’ve watched some of your calibrate channels. All I have to do is to buy Display Plus HL, they are no longer sell X-rite products it’s out of production, it’s the same thing as the new one. If I were to get the display plus HL and get calman home for Samsung and that’s it? I wouldn’t mind get 1,500 dollars device but it’s way out of my league unfortunately. 😭 so two things work for me? Also I have Samsung s95c I have not open it yet.
The G1 is a fully automated box that works with calman for $549. It has no buttons or screen. Its automation is its biggest feature. The Videoforge pro is auto & manual with buttons and a screen for $1500
Your info seems trustworthy and reliable, but there's many people telling me you don't know what you're talking about and to not believe a word you say. So I don't know what to believe, it's confusing
Before any calibration manual or auto yoh neec to turn off any motion settings and eco settings also you need to set black level, contrast, brightness etc first you also missed out auto color calibration at the end
Motion is your opinion. I use motion processing because I love it. No judder for me. You can use default levels in filmmaker mode since it has a dE of 2.3 to 3. And i choose to do a manual color correction off camera, but you should be able to know how to press autocal again for color....
Comments like these are annoying af, because you put yourself in the role of my teacher but offered nothing but opinions and snarky know it all statements. Everything i did was deliberate.

Fair enough!

You're responsible for making your own opinions.
@@Quantum_TVNot confusing at all. Look at the results.
@@Quantum_TV Someone told me you just want people to buy your settings..I'll buy them anyway it's only a fiver
Gotta leave this to the professionals 😅

Am I missing something? You don't like gatekeeping, yet you have videos for members only, like the C1 calibration I'm interested in.
Running a business isn't gate keeping. The information is avaliable for $4.99
you fell off lmao
Says the guy that only got 15 views in his 2 year old "fall guys" video!😂🤣🥴🥴🥴👍
Keep projecting my guy.🤷🏻♂️
