Great video. Not sure if those carbs had them or not, but under the velocity stacks my set had two jets that look like main jets that said 55 on them? I notice he did not remove the velocity stacks for that jet?
Hi! This video really helped me, thank you! I have a quick question, the big black hose on the top of your carb, I believe it's called an air vent hose or something. Is that connected to something?
I think you are talking about the pver flow tube. No its not supposed to be connected to anything. It just let's the extra fuel out instead of dumping into motor

I appreciate your help, as there is no other help out there, other than sending the carbs off to Washington to be done. I want to do it myself! Built not bought! The gentleman in washington isn't much help as far as parts goes...

The diaphragm is Suzuki OEM 13480-10F00
The all balls racing rebuild kit # is 46-4039 which includes the diaphragm, spring, and cover screws.
