thank you mr wizard....we love nirvana. my son and myself have a great bond with them...part of our lifes forever, we even was invited and went to the filming of live and loud for mtv......🎼🎵🎶🎵
In the 80’s, we used to go to shows all the time at the Crescent Ballroom and Community World Theater and saw a bunch of bands there for $7-$12 including Nirvana, Sound Garden and The Melvins. Even A.M.Q.A. played there! lol
Krist's brother Robert at one point decided he was a contractor, and gutted their mom's hair salon, then got bored and gave it up. Some dude a few years ago bought the place, and up in the attic, in the insulation, he found an unwound cassette tape. He carefully rewound it and it was a Nirvana practice tape. He was in negotiations, but apparently nothing has come of it.
You can go to top kick pawn and see the pawn slips from nirvana. At least you use to I don't know if he is still open but if they are I am Shure it's still on display

I just found your channel less than a week ago and I love it. You're the best! 😊💚
My husband said he watched Nirvana in Aberdeen in an old movie theater. It was pretty wild from what he has told me.
They also practiced and hung out in Tacoma a bunch since Krist lived in the Lincoln district for awhile.

There use to be a shield carved into the wall of a building at never never Land before it was removed

I think Brian Eversmen payed for all of it and was kicked out shortly after.
Their debut album was 'Bleach', not 'Nevermimd'.
Olympia was the hipster\heroin spot during this time
