I was here 10 months ago searching for a team to leveraging and helping my future partner. Looking back I was able to join a great team and was capped in 3 months and as of today I am an ICON agent now. Wohoo
Jacqui, at the 7:00 minute mark you reference that upon our 1st transaction "just by coming over to EXP you get 75 shares." I just received my 1st commission dispersement form and it specifys
Now we get $200 in stock rewards or 10 shares for our first sale with eXp. It is reflected in your Shareworks account and usually takes 30-45 days to show.
Not sure why you’d ask. She took the time to explain the model thoroughly at the said date when she released the video. Either you get it or you don’t. The model has little to do with her personal sales, it has to do with what you bring to any brand you’re with.
For new agents with limited resources, no money to rent an office. after joining exp where can we find places to use printers and scanners? or do we have to setup our offices at home?
This is great info and sounds like a great model! I've just recently stumbled across EXP and I love what they have to offer agents. However, before making a decision, I have not seen anything yet on how they differentiate themselves to the CUSTOMER. What separates EXP apart from the majors in how they help a customer get their home sold. Yes, I know it's up to the individual agent to market their own listings, but how does EXP help with that? What can I show the customer in my listing presentation about what separates EXP from the competitors when EXP is an unknown name to them?
I will be starting real estate school next month. I love everything I've heard about eXp so far but I did find a video from a few years back that said eXp wasn't yet set up to help train "NEW" agents. Is this still the case? Thanks
In the same situation! I just passed the CO real estate test and would be interested in hanging my liccense with eXp. Are they willing to take new agents in 2018?
Hi Tabitha - did you get an answer yet? actually yes, eXp Realty now has a great Mentor program. I'm a certified Mentor in Oregon and loving it! What state are you in?
I'm interviewing at a few brokerage right now, just got my license. Is exp for new agents or only the experiences? As a new agent, training is the key in the beginning. I just learned about exp today, so I'll do a little more reading and see where it goes. Thanks in advance.
I'm getting my license soon in the state of Connecticut. Any EXP resources in this state for support and mentoring a new agents? Any contacts to speak with?
Yesterday exp cut one of their incentives, the agent equity program, in half! I've been saying for the last few months that you'd see these programs shift, change, and go away. When I say, the exp you join today won't be the same exp 6 months or a year from now, this is what I mean by that. I'd get in dialogue with every exp agent I knew, ask them in a GENTLE, not mocking way, how they feel about the recent changes. Ask them if it makes them feel concerned. I've seen the charger of exp agents. They are frustrated and upset and disappointed about this recent change. Especially after a recent cut in rev share as well. Exp's sustainability plan means they will constantly take away from the agents as they grow. This is a big change!
Jacqui Bowman You must not have looked at other models or companies. There is one that is the number #1 training company in the country, has given back over 1 billion dollars in profit share back to its agents, has spent hundreds of millions on tech for its agents. Has the industries very first platform to run your business from which no one has. You do realize that exp started from someone who left this company and is using the profit share he continues to get from this company to start and keep running exp?
Jacqui Bowman I sure have and it’s not a sustainable model. That’s why I refuse to go and attract others to a company that can’t exist in its form today in the future.
If you redact the word 'EXP', this could be a video for Amway or Herbalife or any other pyramid. over 70% of shares are owned by 2 people and the rest are shared between constantly growing "independent consultants", each share loses its value with each newly signed person. Ya'll making these videos "to explain EXP" to increase your downline.
Natalie Green I take it you’re a tire kicker who happens to be a realtor with no success. You can either catch the wave or watch it! And stop complaining...you’re time would be better served selling real estate.
DKMELT ...It's actually more like the very successful Keller Williams model, but rather than profit sharing, eXp offers revenue sharing with no desk fees and no franchise fees, and you also get STOCK IN THE COMPANY! Great video, Jacqui!
Or, the answer for close to 60,000 agents now. The old 1906 model that offers agents no equity in their brand and when you leave in 20-30 years or never, you have nothing to show-is as you say “junk.”

lets do team bro!
As always you overachieved the goal! This video is FIRE!

How many closings have you had? How many active listings do you have? Can we see them?

Hi Jacqui. Is EXP ideal for a new agent?
Yes, I’m new and joined.
I just completed my course and I’ve scheduled my exam. I look forward to working with you
CINC is provided with the $85 monthly fee?
We now have KVCORE that is included in the monthly fee
Is this also for the state of Florida? How would I hang my license if this is online? How do we close on contract from online?
What percent of the home sell price do you get to keep as commission?

Do we need relator license to work with exp. also , do exp properties would be listed on MLS?
Yes and yes

Cyber Profiler What brokerage did you end up choosing and how are you liking it so far?

This video was very informative thanks
Great video.
what does a capper mean?
you must not be in real estate. call me if you have any question 901david.com
Thanks you, unfortunately revenue share isn't able to be sustainable long term . EXP has already stated that they will have to change at some point.

Hmmm...looks like multi level marketing...sorta like Mary K does real estate.

I need more of Jacqueline
good video !
In CA the monthly "fee" is $149 per month..
Mark Pedroza
No it is not. There is a 1x fee of $149. Which pays for the first month's $85. Tech fee, 1,000 business cards and 12 file folders.
@@aprilcooke8340 I'll get back to you...
Mark Pedroza
I am with EXP in California, I am also a Broker and Certified Mentor. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
@@aprilcooke8340 You are correct about monthly income fee. My bad..
Fathom Realty is Better (Agent Owned)
They don't have revenue share.
Lol. Not even close and eXp is agent owned as well.
junk
