HELLO, I hope everyone enjoyed! A few things! The fan art credited to Ninchu is actually by StylishFish, my mistake! Also, as promised, here's the missing dialogue: Eddy: “Remember how Cartman got a weird, supernatural side-effect from using the Monosauce? You guys said there were even more items like that with weird effects, right?” Dib: “Yes, there’s hundreds actually. Though I’m not sure where you’re going with this.” Eddy: “Jackpot! Then here’s the way I see it:” Eddy: “The killer ordered another item from that microwave. One that could turn them invisible!” Charlotte: “Oooooo, more magic!” Eddy: “That way, they could get the drop on Star and avoid being caught!” Jenny: “I don’t know. Doesn’t that explanation seem a little…too convenient?” Vendetta: “Use your head, stumpy one! There is no invisible food in the kitchen. We would have seen it during the investigation!” Eddy: “Well, duh, of course you didn’t see the food. Because they ate it!” Mabel: “GASP!” Eddy: “With all the crazy things we’ve seen so far like magic portals and truth-telling ketchup, it ain’t that hard to believe. The killer left behind all this evidence, but ate the one piece of evidence that would’ve linked them to this crime. That would be whatever mystery item can cause a guy to turn invisible! Maybe even slipped Star some too after they killed her so she could be hidden from butterball over there.” Dipper: “But we already know the killer used a black sweater and ski mask to hide in the darkness of the cafeteria. Why prepare this as well?” Mabel: “Maybe as a backup plan? If they were spotted by someone, they could’ve turned invisible to keep them from figuring out who they were by their body shape!” Dib: “This idea is ridiculous! The Monosauce was the only experimental item that was even on the list! You need a code for the rest of them and the only people who know even a few of those codes are Gaz and I!” … Dib: “Huh? Why is everyone looking at me like that?” Gaz: “...” Dipper: (Inner thoughts) Agh! And why is she looking at me like that?! Eddy: “Ha! Caught like a mouse in a rat trap!” Charlotte: “Then…did they eat the cheese?” Ed: “Invisible cheese?!” Cartman: “Well, I’ll be damned. That’s a pretty neat twist.” Jenny: “Wait, so if this theory is correct…then it has to be one of the Membranes…” Bubbles: “T-that can’t be true…can it?” Dib: “...” Gaz: “...” Dipper: “Guys, what are you doing? You have to defend yourselves! If you don’t, then everyone will think-” Monokuma: "DEFEND, YOU SAY?" Monokuma: “Oh what a twist of fate. All eyes are locked on just two people! And they don’t know how to defend themselves? That just makes this all the more exciting! Monokuma and Hope’s Peak Academy are proud to announce our newest game of torture…” … Monokuma: “...The Funbox.” Explanation: Funbox, oh Funbox. Small and square and dark. Looks like Dib and Gaz have been put into the hot seat thanks to an interesting theory. Now they’ll be forced to defend themselves against everyone else! In this segment, you’ll actually get to play as whoever is locked in the Funbox. You’ll control the Funbox by moving it up and down. Dodge opposing arguments and statements that come your way until Dipper comes in with a golden statement. Once he does, you can choose a Truth Button to prove him wrong! Do this three times and suspicion will be off of you. Got it? Alright! Let’s get it! [Gameplay] Dipper: - “Neither of you have an alibi for the time of the murder…” TRUTH BUTTON USED: Gaz's Account Dib: - “We established that Star went through Gaz’s room purely through Gaz’s statement. That means Gaz never went downstairs!” Gaz: - “It’s not like anyone else has an alibi either. There’s like, what, 5 people that’ve been cleared so far?” [Gameplay] Dipper: - “Dib has black hair! This lines up with the hairball we found at the crime scene!” TRUTH BUTTON USED: Small Hairball Dib: - “The hair was dyed black by Cupcake’s stomach acid. That hair could belong to anyone, not just people with black hair!” [Gameplay] Dipper: - “You two are the only ones who know about Memwave codes! If the killer was invisible, you’re the most likely suspects!” TRUTH BUTTON USED: Black Sweater Gaz: - “This hinges on the existence of a snack that grants you invisibility, which has never been seen. Plus, it’s pointless.” Dib: - “The black sweater being prepared defeats the purpose of invisibility. Why would either of us create something to hide in the shadows, only to throw away that plan entirely?” BREAK!
Ahhhhh... That would actually be really fun to watch, I personally think It would be "easy" to make, at least easier than you envisioned It to be. I can understand your limitations though
But I bet they won't do the next logical step and have everyone turn on their MonoKaller to prove that it is in fact theirs, after all; just because the HAVE a MonoKaller on hand, doesn't mean it's theirs. heck they should go a step further and show who was messaging who in the last 24 hours
@@JP_Loco_93 just have them use the killers monokaller to call someone else, and the name that pops up is the killer. why hasnt anyone mentioned that yet?
Oh my god... I js found out whos the killer... Well jenny or mable but. I taught jenny at first there was a footage where jenny was flying at the camera footage ir smth but... Mable... As yall haven't noticed mable was the "ultimate sweater designer" and one crucial evidence. The sweater didn't exist till morning. WHY WHY MABLE WHY
I got a lot of things to say here: 1: The wait was so worth it! The interactions between These many different characters were fun, the Story kept me infested and i just loved how it managed to keep a Balance between good comedy and serious story. 2: After this Video, i have a weird Feeling that gas will either become the REAL antag of the game, replacing cartman or become the one to Lead the class trials. 3: I think the culprit is mabel: Jenny had an Alibi for the murder, so this leaves only mabel. Plus it whould make narrativly sense for someone close to the hero to die so early in this type of story.
@@jessicasmith5655 the alibi was that she was with bubles and blossom all night together to Monokuma who was experimenting on them to weaken their powers
Except it's way too obvious to be Mabel. Plus, isn't it weird for her to discard the sweater and tab in her ultimate lab? She of all people would know how much it would stand out amongst the sea of bright pastel colours.
1:00:51 Isn’t it a little morbid that Dipper drew Star’s dead body in his new journal for his notes lol. He could’ve just drawn Star. But no he sat there and looked at her body and perfectly recreated it. When did he time to do that
Yeah, not even the DR cast weer that far. I mean they hade a stick figure representing the body but not to the point of recreating the exact way the body looked. What the heck Dipper!
It's morbid yes but I think it's what detectives etc sometimes used to do before cameras/photos to preserve crime scene details. They don't exactly have access to photos here so this is the best way of preserving details.
@lutethemage5053 Yeah regular detectives/police do that. It's just messed up for Dipper to do that. Since the only other murder case he solved prior to this, is of his wax uncle, and he didn't draw the body of the wax figure then. Plus Shuichi was a detective and he never drew the Corpse in exacting detail, his lab had those but Shuichi didn't draw them.
I fully believe Jenny was the one who had killed Star First of all, I believe that Star was actually the one to wear the ski mask at the very least, and possibly the sweater, too I mean, why would there be blood on the *inside* of the mask if we know Star didn't fight back against her killer, meaning they would have no reason to be bleeding. This does mean that Jenny can still be a suspect, despite not being able to bleed in the ski mask Now, my biggest reason for believeing it was Jenny is everything surrounding the mysterious Momokaller. First of all, given the tone of the person using the Monokaller, we can immediately rule out people like Morty, Kyle, Dib, Gaz, Vendetta, etc. The person using the Monokaller: 1. Knew Star well 2. Is portrayed as a friendly individual who speaks clearly 3. Was one of the people aiding in the attempts to escape 4. Was busy with something that went "quicker than expected" Those last two details immediately point to Jenny, and the first two help solidify it, considering we know that Jenny and Star have been good friends up to this point Next, what's really odd is how the Monokaller doesn't require a fingerprint to access. The only way that would make sense is if the person it belonged to doesn't have any fingerprints in the first place. Maybe a robot? A few smaller details worth pointing out. The black smudges could easily be oil, Jenny has a clear motive considering her own mother is one of Monokuma's hostages, and, even if the costume was worn by the killer, she is one of the few people I could see it fitting So far, the evidence seems heavily stacked against Jenny
Y'know, I noticed something peculiar... The ones that interrupted Gaz were Mabel AND Jenny, both attempting to redirect the conversation somewhere else... Is it possible the two of them worked together?
I don't think so. While the evidence does point to Jenny, there's many things that don't add up. For one thing, Jenny has an alibi. Assuming that she and the Powerpuffs were being depowered at the time the message was sent to Star, there's no way she could have sent it. Plus, the killer used a knife to slit Star's throat. Why would Jenny kill Star with such a mundane weapon when she could have used one of the weapons she has built into her? Of course, we could say she can't access them due to being depowered by Monokuma, but who's to say she can't still access some of her weapons. Assuming that she has little things like knives and stuff in her body, why not use that instead of the kitchen knife? And there's also the fact that the killer wore a black sweater and ski mask. Why would Jenny bother wearing a disguise if she was going to meet Star? Star would already know who she is, so there'd be no real point. And again, she's a robot, so if she got any blood on her, she could just wash it off. Why wear something that could easily be stained? And there's the fact that Cupcake clearly attacked the killer, if the blood inside the ski mask is anything to go off of. The fact that it's on the inside means that it's likely the killer suffered an injury to their head, likely as a result of being bitten by Cupcake. Jenny is a robot made of metal and bolts, not a flesh and blood human, so she wouldn't even bleed at all, nor would she leave behind any of the hair which Cupcake had in her stomach. The damage would have been obvious too; Jenny would be missing a chunk out of her head. There's also the fact that Jenny and Star seemed to be close with each other. Not like super close best friends or anything, but it's clear that Jenny cared about her, so I doubt she would have been able to craft a plan to kill Star very easily without being heavily conflicted. My theory is that Jenny is being framed by whoever the real killer is. They stole Jenny's Monokaller during the gym scene, then while she and the Powerpuffs were being depowered, the killer texted Star and lured her downstairs.
@@jorienwachukwu466 Wait if what you said at the last part is true. Then it doesn't matter on who didn't bring the Monokaller, so everyone (except some) could be the murderer now (which means back to square one)
Cartman is basically kokichi An asshole liar that despite seemingly being not that smart in the first trial after that he is WAYYYYY smarter than he looks and will pull the heavy lifting in the next trials
Not really. He isn't a compulsive liar like Kokichi, nor is he lying for the betterment of the group. He's just a terrible person. Probably more similar with Byakuya.
In midst of “it’s so over” I found there was within me, an invincible feeling of “we’re so back”. After so long, we finally get the trail. It’s such a shame I won’t be able to watch this live since I’ll be at work.
This is the most stylish, most creative Fangan I’ve ever seen. Everything from the style to the minigames to the character interactions just slap so hard
Thank you all for 100K views in just 10 days, that's never happened before 😭 I'm very thankful for the support and attention this series has been getting as of late, it's been wild
The Trial is the most interesting part, and I'm aware that a lot of people enjoyed it. You got all eyes on ya, lots of people will be present when the next part comes out for sure.
I really like how Bubbles stands between Kyle and Cartman and interacts specifically with Cartman. But at the moment when it is necessary to show the monopad (sorry, I’m used to calling it that) Kyle was so cutely proud that he brought the monopad with him and the Bubbles next to him was also so cutely proud of it❤
And it will be predictable and boring I have seen the same case in many more fan mades and is boring to see always the most relationship of the protagonist die boring
I'm calling it now, it's Mabel. I'm gonna operate off of Danganronpa 69 logic right now and say it's Mabel. For no other reason other than I read Danganronpa 69.
Logically it fits. The first case would feel pretty weak without an important or unexpected death. DR, DR2, DR3, and DRV3 all followed that trend and it’s what helps leave a strong impression. The only characters close enough to Dipper would be Mabel, Dib or maybe Gaz. Both of the two Membrane siblings have been cleared. That just leaves Mabel.
39:33 I like how Cartman is just having a mental breakdown over not being able to lie However at 1:00:13 look at Mabel's face. I dont think shes a killer, but i think she knows what happened and was quite literally a witness to the murder. This was specifically when dipper said that the 'matter would be gone'
Half of Kyle's new sprites, like his previous ones, make him look absolutely adorable, and I love it. Only gonna make it hurt even more once he dies because I do not see that kid surviving this thing. Sigh. Ah well. Nice job with the trial so far, though, guys! Certainly took me by surprise a good few times, love when that happens.
After unlocking my inner danganronpa nerd I think 1000% it's still Jenny but framed to be Mabel because of a few reasons, hear me out Star was called down to the cafeteria after the killer said "they finished up early than expected", which seems like a blanket statement but Star wasn't as a close with Mabel as she was with Jenny, and when you look at the evidence we have, the sweater from HER lab, she has a motive for murder, my bet was it was going to be a Jenny framing the murder onto Mabel BUT There's an inconsistency in my own logic and MAN THIS IS SO GOOD THIS IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE FAN DE
There are a couple fanfics with Jenny in the cast. One even had her as the culprit of chapter 2 where in a break from pattern involved a double murder.
Also I think that Jenny is being set up. If she was the culprit then she wouldn’t have hid it in the lab or anywhere else. She would have known anyone could open and find the message which established important information that wouldn’t otherwise be revealed. The More believable explanation is that somebody picked it up after she dropped it in the gym incident and found out they could use it to send star the message without incriminating themselves.
@@JadenExists I imagine that her being awake during that time while the other two were unconscious could create some doubt, but I don’t think it’s her either. It’s too obvious; if she was the culprit she wouldn’t have hid her phone where someone could find it and find the message. I think she dropped it during the event in the gym. That’s why the event in the gym is part of the truth buttons. someone must’ve found it and learned they could use it to set Jenny up.
A round of applause for this team putting together an awesome experience. Shout out to the voice cast for what you’ve done in bringing these characters to life, for lack of a better term.
I'm very glad that this is fully voice acted, since it's rare for fangans to do that.. but I think it adds a lot to the trial itself, and is very good for background noise. I use it for drawing so i've probably seen this trial like 12 times
I have a good feeling that it's neither of them and here's why: I believe during the gym fiasco Jenny lost her tablet and the culprit picked it up. Why? The way the message was typed to Star implies it was Jenny or the powerpuff girls, but they were busy with Monokuma at the time. Now for Mable it's more of a feeling that it's the big red herring this case, but the way she acted during the trial looks like she REALLY doesn't know what happened and is trying to find the culprit. I feel like it will point to her, but Dipper will save her and find the true culprit. There is the hair that the fiend threw up which was short, not long like Mable's and combined with the blood on the mask could very well mean that the culprit was bit enough to draw blood. (Though more probably, it could just be the mask was bit itself, but the culprit was bit through it still, so they have a small head wound!) I really feel this is the culprit pinning it on Jenny and Mable.
I mean... did you see Mabel's facial reaction at one point? 1:00:19 I get that she might have been overwhelmed by Dipper's explanation but what if she realized something at that moment?
@CheeseTheWhistle yeah I noticed it, but I really don't see what she could have supposedly figured out. How I see it, that was an extra reaction to make the scene look better and convey that basically nobody else is able to follow Dipper's logic so Monokuma has to jump in. But there does exist a possibility that could be true, just that it's not tied to that current topic but something else.
I've been waiting for this for over 2 years now (damn.) and gotta say, it's been a absolutely worth it, everyone did a stellar job in this, I can't wait to see where it goes now.
36:51 omg crashbox ref hooray! Ok, the editing in this is absolutely phenomenal!! Like, the characters squash and stretch and bounce around like an average cartoon during trial discussion. And the mini games are very creative. The layout for the truth buttons is also very neat. In fact, the layout for everything is fun and interesting.
This series was way more funny than I was expecting. Like actual laugh out loud moments that caught me hecka off guard. What brilliant cartoon writing! ^^
This was a splendid first part! Since no one brought that up, the first argument where Dipper counters Morty about the victim resisting her aggressor is such a cool reference to the first debate of the DR series
I always knew this moment will arrive, great job team! And specially you chessy.. This is a great project and we all are so exited to see the fruits of your hard work
I can tell she's going to be the annoying type of person who lets everyone spend a large amount of time sorting through all the complex factors of the situation and then decides to bring up the one bit of info that they overlooked just so she can make everyone feel dumb while she acts all smug.
I'm not gonna lie, when I saw this premiere in my subscription, I dropped everything I was going to do. Homework be damned! 😂 I am super hype for this!!!❤
"Dipper's been doing most of the heavy lifting in this trial. Show him a little bit of respect" Aw Jenny standing up for Dipper was really sweet, it's moments like these that have me hoping and praying Jenny isn't the Killer, I'll be devastated if she is, I want her to make it far so that we get more scenes with Dipper & Jenny, they have an adorable dynamic, and I mean that in a platonic sense.
I mean it makes more sense for her then Mabel. Mabel has dipper, and she was all about solving the murder, jenny doesn't know any of them, she have the most to lose.
@@Christian-gr3gu - If anything Jenny has the best motive to kill, I think most people would commit a murder if it meant saving a parent. Granted I stand by the fact that I believe Jenny is innocent, some pieces of evidence don't allign properly if we believe Jenny is the Killer. Just because Mabel has Dipper doesn't mean she wouldn't still sacrifice him to save Waddles, Mabel can be incredibly selfish and entitled at times in the show, often expecting others to give up what makes them happy for her sake, so while I couldn't see her killing Dipper directly, I could see her willingly sacrifice Dipper through killing someone else.
Spoilers: I do believe that the MonoKaller belongs to Jenny, but I don't think either she or Mabel made that text on it. It's likely just someone trying to frame either of them, Mabel most likely. The reason I believe the MonoKaller belongs to Jenny is because you need a thumbprint to access it, right? Well, Dib was able to do so no problem, which means this MonoKaller doesn't need one. And since Jenny is robotic, she practically has no way for her thumbprints to be analyzed at all. It also goes by the first part of the text, where it says, "We finished up earlier than expected." This would obviously have to be the killer tricking Star into believing that Jenny, Blossom, and Bubbles were done being depowered by Monokuma. Now then, the MonoKaller was indeed found in the yarn egg in Mabel's lab, that much is obvious. But I believe that's all a trap the killer wants us to believe. Anyone could have gotten in and out of Mabel's Ultimate Lab, where they took the spray paint, painted one of the big sweaters black, and hid the MonoKaller inside the yarn egg. Because it all happened in Mabel's Ultimate Lab means that the killer is likely trying to frame Mabel and drive us all down the wrong path. Furthermore, we know for a fact that both the black sweater and the ski mask were worn by the killer, correct? If you take a good look at the sweater, you'll notice how it is WAY too big for Mabel to fit in. It's unlikely that Mabel would use the black spray paint on a sweater too big for her, and commit the crime while doing so. The only three people tall enough to fit into one of those bigger sweaters is Jenny, Morty, and Star. Jenny was being depowered with Blossom and Bubbles all night long, so that gives her a solid alibi. And, obviously, Star couldn't have done it, as she would have no reason to go to Mabel's lab after getting that text, for who she THOUGHT was from Jenny. Which means that the only other remaining suspect is Morty. He knows a thing or two about portals, and has a bit of a temper. Furthermore, he's close to Star's height AND would have the easiest way of killing her with the knife. Thus, the only conclusion is that Morty Smith is the one who killed Star Butterfly. Sure, Mabel has a motive, but knowing her, I highly doubt she'd risk it if it meant sacrificing Dipper, especially due to how the "Mystery Twins" are always together. Plus, Mabel's pretty extroverted and similar to Star, so I would have to say its even MORE unlikely that Mabel would want Star of all people dead.
w theory I know Morty also stutters often, but I felt his reaction after pulling out his MonoKaller was “questionable”. as much as I also hate to admit it, I think Jenny may still possibly be the culprit. We can’t forget about the black liquid near Star that could be oil. I also suspect Jenny feeling sad Star was murdered was actually the guilt she felt when killing her.
I agree plus Morty has shown from time to time that he's just like his grandpa and is willing to easily throw Innocent/Guilty people under the bus as shown here: th-cam.com/video/kBQpBCiS9Cs/w-d-xo.html, th-cam.com/video/9WGSdzhsxjU/w-d-xo.html, Plus let's not forget Evil Morty exists: th-cam.com/video/7JXomLN8YUU/w-d-xo.html, th-cam.com/video/AHuRDYVpad4/w-d-xo.html, th-cam.com/video/PlLcZ5VRegg/w-d-xo.html, th-cam.com/video/Hc2qHFa6u1w/w-d-xo.html, th-cam.com/video/OA7jF9mD3PI/w-d-xo.html, th-cam.com/video/U2XjH27TWRc/w-d-xo.html and I know that he's a variant of our Morty but again it shows that he can be just as deadly should he grow tired of Rick's Bull S**t.
"HOLD IT" On the idea of that message being thought of as from Jenny it feels off. Yeah it could have been but wouldn't star have known something is up the moment she passed through blossom and bubbles room? She would have noticed they were gone and thought something was off. But I can see star as not thinking about it but it's just a thought. Also, I feel like morty has less a motive than Mabel would. Maybe I remember the scene wrong but Morty's motive was just Rick's portal gun on the floor. And morty seemed more concerned on how they stole one from rick, which I feel implies that he thinks rick is safe. Even with a temper Mabel has more of a reason to murder. She has been shown to be really brash like in the season final. She was pretty willing to give up the real dipper for a fantasy world with a fake dipper. Theres a chance she did it for waddles over dipper. To be fair Mabel could have glossed over alot of stuff which is why she hadn't thought about any of her placements like the hoodie. This is just an added statement of my opinion, love your theory still and I see it being plausible. I see mine having holes so if theres anything just mention it
You're actually on the right track with everything you've said regarding your MonoKaller theory, I've spoken at length numerous times in past videos why I firmly believe Mabel is the Killer and yes the MonoKaller plays a big role in that. Your theory about Jenny and the MonoKaller are based on very sound logic, Jenny's MonoKaller would naturally be the only MonoKaller that would only require a simple turn on switch due to Jenny being a robot, but I think THIS is the red herring. I've mentioned in the past how I think Jenny being Star's killer feels a tad obvious, I mean Star treated Jenny like her best friend, and Jenny seemed to like her too, and I just feel like the Killer turning out to be the Victim's best friend to be too predictable, making it less likely that Jenny is the Killer. I mentioned time and time again how I think Mabel is actually the Killer, and the MonoKaller is actually the reason I'm so firm on my stance. What if we consider the possibility that the MonoKaller is damaged? This COULD explain why Dib was able to turn on the MonoKaller AND why the person's ID was not shown when activated, and whoever it was that contacted Star, it had to be someone she considered a friend AND trusted, that narrows it down to Jenny, Blossom, Bubbles & Mabel. Not only that, but we already witnessed when exactly the MonoKaller was damaged, I think I might be the only person who caught it. Anyway; the MonoKaller that was discovered, despite the fact Dib was able to activate the MonoKaller by a simple turn on switch, which would incriminate Jenny, since every MonoKaller is activated via fingerprint recognition, something Jenny and by extension her MonoKaller wouldn't have since she's a robot, and even IF it was Jenny's MonoKaller, that still doesn't explain WHY Jenny's ID or name is not displayed anywhere in the MonoKaller, unless we consider the possibility that the MonoKaller is damaged. No more stalling; the MonoKaller was damaged by the BZT to the Principal's Office when Mabel attempted to enter, the BZT likely short-circuited the MonoKaller for a short amount of time, Dib even said as much when explaining what BZT does, however the BZT must have also left some lingering damage, like not needing fingerprint recognition AND why the MonoKaller's owner's name and ID is not displayed. Something else worth noting, if Jenny is the Killer, some decision she made wouldn't make sense if you think the perspective of a Killer. First off: the murder weapon, assuming the murder weapon is indeed the knife they found, why would Jenny of all people use a knife of all things? Jenny already has access to a wide range of weapons, even if downgraded by Monokuma, I doubt he would take away ALL her weapons. Plus I think its possible that Cupcake may have attacked our Killer, as it does seem strange to highlight a gooey crumple of hair, but if this is what happened, then Jenny couldn't be the Killer, she doesn't have hair. Finally there's the overall state of the kitchen, it's a bit of a mess, but a lot of it could be cleaned up and quite quickly if the Killer was indeed Jenny, I mean why wash the knife but leave the crime scene a complete mess? There's also the fact that when Dipper woke up, where was Mabel? Why wasn't Mabel in the nurses office watching over Dipper? Granted Maybe Monokuma wouldn't have allowed it, I think there was a rule that you can't sleep in any room but your own room, but I think Mabel would have been too worried about Dipper, Waddles and the Hostages to even sleep. Dib also brought up a good point, why wasn't Dipper targeted? Dipper was unconscious and alone in the Nurses Office, he would have an easy kill, that is unless we consider that Mabel is the Culprit, I don't think Mabel would have it in her to directly kill her own brother like that. The only two things I cannot make sense of is that message to Star, specifically the line you mentioned "We finished way earlier than we expected" the wording implies it's referring to Blossom, Bubbles & Jenny getting weakened by Monokuma, but then there's the line "We're cooking up another plan to get us out of here, and I need your help" the key word being 'I', but considering Star used her scissors to pass through 3 rooms, 2 of those rooms belonging to Blossom & Bubbles, but if Blossom & Bubbles had returned to their rooms, Star would have been spotted by them and likely questioned, but the fact this didn't happen, would mean Blossom, Bubbles & Jenny hadn't yet returned, thus Mabel had to have been the one to call Star out. As for the Ski-Mask & Sweater? Well I... have no idea how it aids us or how it connects to the case.
@@jeremiahbluehot4571I think that black smudge is black spray paint. Maybe the killer had to be small enough to fit in there. Obviously jenny couldn't fit I'm the cabinet. She would have a hard time getting out. Meanwhile mabel would fit in perfectly. Because when you are small you can fit into more places than meets the eye. Plus wouldn't a robot know to put the murder weapon back where it properly was after cleaning it? That's not the mindset of an AI. That is the mindset of someone rushing. Let's say you were up and you were late. Rushing to get things done. That fits with someone rushing. Not an AI
So, this was the first I watched of any of this and I just wanted to say that it is INCREDIBLE all around! And, personally, it was relatively easy to get into the story and murder mystery even though I wasn't coming into this with context as it explained itself overtime! Very good writing!
I can't wait to see more of this bro, please continue on this game I really love how it is well developed and everything about it is so interesting and fun:D
this is buchard but im tired and want to put this out there, Both mabel and Jenney are not the culprits its Ed and Eddy. Phone text- "Hey! We finished way earlier than we expected. We're cooking up another plan to get us out of here and I need your help before we reveal it tomorrow." We’re Cooking up another plan bit feels out of character for jenny and is implied that maybe there were more than 1 person meeting with star. They were able to use the phone since Jenney dropped it when avoiding Mookuma and since Jenny has no fingerprints her phone is free to use making Eddy the scam artist scam Star out of her life . 3 people to discover body- its stated a body discovery announcement will be played when 3 non-Blacked find it. Cupcake and Bubbles are known. And Cartman can't be it cause he never saw Star so it would be left with the killer and the accomplice. Black Hoodie and ski mask- the hoodie was mentioned that it was too big to fit Cartmen so it would assume someone tall can only fit in so that would be Jenney, Morty,Ed & Star. the hoodie would fit Ed’s hight and the ski mask blood would match with the head injury Ed gotten. Black Stain in cabinet and on star-wet spray paint on the hoodie. The killer was in the cabinet with the spray painted hoodie left residue under them and they popped behind Star lightly bumping behind her to stain their dress or in some other events she had to be hidden in the cabinet after being killed due to cartmen and she got the stain from in the cabinet. Hair ball-a red Herring as it could be just hair from Vendetta Knife placement-someone was in a rush or a big Dummy to leave the knife in the drawer wet rather than drying it and putting it back on the knife rack. Cupcake involvement- cupcake must have attacked the intruders which would end up wasting time and there wouldn't be much show of an attack due to the clothes being completely black. Blood placement- the way how blood is spread is not natural with a throat slit , no way blood would spread like that with a body dragged and could be a rouse of Mono sauce to try and pin the blame on Cartman, also with the sweater being clean in the end could be that they spray painted it again to cover up the blood. Why kill Star rather than Dipper?-to risky and there can be a chance of someone checking up on Dipper from time to time, star was easy cause they could get her faraway alone at night. What took them so long?-eddy had everything planned out but he didn't suspect Cartman and Ed’s stupidity to throw things off. Eddy was smart to put back the hoodie and the phone in mabel’s lab to pin the blame on her but did not suspect Ed to take the long route to the stair and to return the ski mask back in the storage room making dipper see ed’s shadow leaving. Also minor thing Eddy tried to accuse Dib and Gaz. @Flummarington did a better explanation/summary "What i think happened was Eddy got ahold of Jennys phone in the gym and came up with the plan, he spray painted a disguise for Ed to use and they hid in the kitchen cabinet together to wait for Star. After cartman makes his snack and leaves the kitchen, star arrives. Ed sneaks out of the cabinet behind her and grabs her so tight she can't move her arms and also smudges the back of Star's shirt with the spray painted sweater, and then he kills her. Cupcake sees this and attacks Ed prompting Eddy to come out of the cabinet, witness Star dead, and help restrain cupcake. As Eddy is holding her back Ed wastes time washing the knife and they leave, Eddy returns the sweater and dumps jenny's phone in the yarn ball, and Ed being the idiot he is, takes the long way around and returns the bloody ski mask back to the storage room."
This is insane. Cuz I had a very similar idea a while back, except instead of just cartoons it was just whatever fandoms I was/had been in that had a protagonist that would make for a fun addition. And the first two characters I see, Dipper and Star, were of course also on my list. I haven't watched more than 20 seconds into the video yet but I'm putting the list of characters I chose for my project I ended up never doing anything with just so I can scream at how many of them I see - Robin (Teen Titans) - Izuku Midoriya (My Hero Academia) - Adora (She-Ra Reboot) - Dave Halloway Jr. (Password VN) - Legoshi (Beastars) - Star Butterfly (SvtFoE) - Rapunzel (Tangled the Series) - Ruby Rose (RWBY) - Luz Noceda (The Owl House) - Tulip Olsen (Infinity Train) - Dipper Pines (Gravity Falls) - Charlie Emily (FNaF: The Silver Eyes) - Steven Universe - Mae Borowski (Night in the Woods) - KO (OK KO) - Sal Fischer (Sally Face)
Well... I remember that chessy said that he was interested in make an sequel if this ends well... He haves already characters in mind.. So... Yeah, Timmy could definitely be an option that the far future
It's gotta be Mabel. Everything lined up too perfectly for it to be Jenny. The sweater, the fact that there is a reasonable explanation as to why Jenny doesn't have hers (She dropped it when fighting Monokuma) but none for Mabel, and the fact that the body seem to be dragged. With the amount of sheer strength Jenny has why would she even need to drag it and leave evidence when she can simply lift. Plus we found evidence in Mabel's lab. Mabel's the kind of ditzy person who would make MAJOR mistakes like this after killing because they panicked. And would Jenny really have sent a suspicious text messages right next to the superheroes?
Plus she hasn’t seem like she is hesitant to get the truth? If she made such a big mistake her body language with be screaming she did and dipper of all people would notice it
@@sailingthemwebslmao but wait... I have a theory... there is black smudges in the cabinet so mabel sat in there. Possibly making a mark so the large sweater would have acted like a dress
I got a feeling it could be the ed duo and here’s my essay on why: 1. They were in the gym when the commotion with Jenny and the PP’s happened, and so had a chance to take the monokaller 2. The monokuma files says “it is presumed the cause of death is a deep laceration” PRESUMED (we all know how monokuma love to screw around with vague things like that) so the actual cause of death could be strangulation (by hand) and then stabbing to cover up the strangulation, explaining the lack of bloodied hands 3. Scam artist Ed could replicate a SCAM message to send and dispose of the Monopod in the UL while muscle Ed stays downstairs to commit the crime directed by scam Ed 4.they got motive in the form of eddy 5. The very small amount of blood on the mask indicates that the culprit had blood on them before they put on the mask, as per muscle Ed’s head banging session. Muscle Ed is also big enough for the sweater, would explain muscle Ed being a goofball enough to put the mask back. Also the black stains could be wet paint where muscle Ed restrained star under the cabinet while Cartman was in the kitchen 6. If cupcake attacked the culprit, they would have been incredibly hostile to them once everyone was investigating, and the Ed’s never went into the kitchen and Muscle Ed has short hair. 7. Muscle Ed’s goofiness could explain why he washed the knife and didn’t put it back with the other knifes, a smart calculated killer like morty or Jenny would have immediately thought to dry and return the knife to cause more confusion So timeline: Muscle ed takes the sweater and mask and waits downstairs. Then Scam Ed signals Star using a fake message in Jenny’s format which lures star. He tries to dispose of the monokaller, maybe in a place downstairs but Kyle and Cartman block the path so that’s a no-go. He resorts to putting it in the ultimate lab instead. Meanwhile Scam Ed let’s Muscle Ed know that Cartman is going to the kitchen using their monokallers, so Muscle Ed restrains Star under the cabinet, staining the cabinet and Star until Cartman is gone. He chokes her to death with bare hands before being instructed to stab Star and move the body. Muscle Ed does that, cleans the knife lazily and neatly puts his cloths back after the South Park Bros leave. That completes the crime
I pieced together if the black sweater was too big for Cartman then it had to be Ed with the blood cap too. Also noticed Ed had a couple sharp moments which is uncharacteristic. Now if this is the case, would Eddy or Ed be the blackened? They had this dilemma in DR2 case 2. Is Ed the weapon used by Eddy? Or Ed decided to go through with it on his own
@@rndamas7082thinking about how the characters work, I believe it’s more likely that eddy got Ed to do the killing and is therefore the blackened, there were some things (like cleaning the knife) that Ed probably wouldn’t have done without the direction of eddy. But who knows? Maybe Ed was some secret mastermind or took some experimental food that made him much smarter?
Finally, it’s here!!! I remember that when they mentioned the MonoKallert thing, I was like “Cool, make everyone take theirs out.”, but it was brushed off so quickly that I actually abandoned my original idea! Clever, really. I’m still really confused over how Star was killed at the same time Eric was cooking. It’ll probably be explained in details later, but if it already was, I really didn’t catch it 😅 Now, I have to remark the humor in this. Incredibly creative and loved the forth wall breaking. Had me rolling. I’m here to support til the end of this project. I know as a perfectionist myself that ambition doesn’t always work well with that trait, but let me just say that you’re doing great. Keep going
@@nobodys_here07 Sounds like a good idea. What’s troubling me is that Cartman was there from 11:50 til 12:10, and Dipper saw a shadow during 12:20, so the culprit killed Star between those hours, right? Cuz I think that in one moment they mentioned that Star must have been killed during another period or smth like that, I don’t remember correctly
@@firopi2419 Here's how I see the timeline of events: Before 11:50: The culprit began to set up all the necessary tools needed to pull off the murder. Including Jenny's tablet which they swiped from her during the second motive. 11:50: Star went to the kitchen and met up with the culprit . The culprit ambushed Star and incapacitated her immediately so she wouldn't fight back. And since there are no other visible wounds, I'm inclined to believe they used cleaning supplies to create chloroform. They then heard someone coming a few minutes later and hid inside the kitchen's cupboard until Cartmen left. 12:10: They then proceeded to grab a nearby knife and slit Star's throat, hoping that they made it in time before the motive's deadline. 12:20: The culprit began hiding/implanting evidence.
@@firopi2419 By process of elimination: - Jenny and the Powerpuffs were being depowered - Gaz and Dib don't have any motives - Mabel seems to be a red herring since even she wouldn't be dumb enough to hide incriminating evidence in her own lab (plus the fact that Dipper would've been executed if she wins) - Eric and Kyle can vouch for each other That leaves: Zim, Ed, Eddy, Charlotte, Vendetta, and Morty However, I'm not inclined to believe Ed or Charlotte could perform something like this, and Eddy wouldn't murder anyone since it would put Ed at risk of getting executed via class trial. And if we go by the sweater, it'd probably be too big to fit Vendetta So it's between Morty and Zim The glue on the table storage room reminded me of Zim's weakness to water. As his alien biology couldn't handle getting wet, he applied a layer of glue on his skin which was able to protect him from water. And since we know the knife used was washed, it's possible Zim is the culprit. However, I forgot if Dipper commented on whether the glue was used or not so if it wasn't used, then it's Morty.
Loving every second of it. Although a small recommendation for part 2? Pitch up Kyles's lines so it sounds more in tune with the show? Because while Eric's voice actor can nail it, I feel like Kyle's voice actor can't.
Sounds like everyone's figured out that the phone's Jenny's, but has anyone else noticed that at 3:49:51 of Daily Life (while Blossom, Bubbles, and Jenny are flying around the gym), there's an unidentified "clack" sound that is almost certainly when she dropped it? And has anyone noticed that there's one and only one person who never said anything in that scene, perhaps because they were distracted by picking up/looking at the phone? And has anyone noticed that that person is one of the few people with a piece of headwear that might be used to cover up a small injury to the head, such as the one Cupcake is presumed to have inflicted on someone, and the person wearing the ski mask is presumed to have suffered? I just thought that was interesting.
You're implying that it's Kyle but that's impossible because whoever killed Star had to have been in the Cafeteria before Cartman arrived, meaning Kyle has an airtight alibi from 11:50 to 12:10, which was when Star had to have been killed, and Kyle waited until Cartman returned, so he never would've had the opportunity to kill her.
Yeah, I figured out the Monokaller was Jenny's after going through the series a second time. I noticed the CLACK sound during the gym, and I knew Jenny couldn't be the killer due to all the inconsistencies with the situation and evidence.
@@jorienwachukwu466 - For me it's the blood in the Ski-Mask, highly likely the blood belongs to the culprit, which automatically rules out Jenny because she's a robot who can't bleed, but also, if the murder weapon was the Kitchen Knife and Jenny IS the killer, then why use a Kitchen Knife at all? Jenny has access to a whole arsenal of weapons, even with Jenny getting a downgrade, she'd still have a decent array of weaponry to choose from, so the choice of the murder weapon doesn't make sense if it was Jenny, not to mention; I think the same thing used to tie up Star's hands was also used to incapacitate Star. Back to the Ski-Mask for a second, that Ski-Mask also wouldn't fit over Jenny's head because of her metallic ponytails. And lastly, the 'blood trail' doesn't make much sense if Jenny was the Killer, granted I do think the 'blood trail' is misleading evidence, but anyway if Jenny is the Killer who left the 'blood trail', why would there even be a blood trail? Jenny is really strong, strong enough that she wouldn't need to drag a body when she could easily carry the body in her arms or over her shoulder. Too much inconsistencies like these make me think Jenny is innocent.
Most people accusing Mabel or Jenny are probably falling into the creators trap rn. In murder mysteries when the killer can only be one of X amount of people, it's either none of them or all of them. Jenny using the (alleged) murder weapon knife when she probably has a plethora of built in weapons, the blood on the inside of the ski mask, the fact that the body was dragged when Jenny is still really strong, the fact that Blossom was probably with Jenny during the murder and hasn't spoken up, the small hair ball despite Jenny... you know, and the perfect opportunity to steal Jenny's Monokaller during the Gym Scene is all evidence that Jenny isn't the killer. Mabel helping the investigation and trial throughout without pushback, the oil/smudge in the empty cabinet, the too large sweater (large crease be damned), the fact that most of the evidence was found in her own lab, and the fact that making a super important character to the protag being the victim/killer of the first case is already overdone (Sayaka and Kaede) is all evidence that Mabel isn't the killer. If I had to choose between the 2 Mabel is more likely to me, however, I do have some theories. Throughout ALL of this Monokuma has never said that accomplices aren't allowed, which could come into play with two killers. Maybe Jenny and Mabel worked together or an entirely different pair worked in conjunction. Ed bashed his head against the wall until he bled, if he was the one to bleed inside the ski mask it would make sense. However, Ed is dumb, which means he could've worked with Eddy who was calling the shots and Ed didn't know what he was doing. Now that I think about it... Eddy as the ultimate scam artist would be able to silently steal from Jenny in the Gym and fake a text as her to lure Star. (I haven't watched his show so tell me if this seems out of character of him) Spreading the evidence all around and making it seem it's either Mabel or Jenny could be a tactic of misdirection. Eddy did (or at least in the cut accusal) accuse Dib and Gaz of making experimental foods to commit the crime. Maybe he's projecting? Another classic tactic. Maybe he gave smth to Ed to tie up the loose end of him confessing everything, maybe smth the opposite of Monosauce. The more I think about it, the more the Eddy theory makes sense, maybe there's smth i missed that disproves all this? Pls let me know lol
I have a feeling this is wrong, but is the begging of the Channel Chaser's segment (36:49 this intro) a reference to HBO's Crashbox where the show began the exact same way, with a TV falling out of the sky and landing on a podium (or whatever it was, I can't remember what exactly the TV landed on.)
I think we all know Dipper's innocent. He was knocked unconcious and had to rest in the infirmary for crying out loud. How could he have murdered anyone while incapacitated?
@@dragonman2168 well, finding out who didn't do it I as great step forward... Let's discard dipper who was knocked out. Bubbles trigger the body discovery announcement and also was getting nerfed.. The other two also have alibis.. Jenny couldn't done it becuse alibi, and also we know that the killer have hair thanks to the hair found in the skie mask... Gaz witness something impotmat, and she haves no motive. Kyle was talking to cartman and cartman went down to the dining hall.. He along with cupcake are the other two people who trigger the body discovery announcement, so get disqualified.. Many people say Mabel could be.. But she would never do it if it meant killing her own brother, that's stupid Unless self-defense.. So we can't completely rule her out.. Dib is helping investigate, so I really doubt.. Ed and eddy have no motive to care about double D, since they are not in good terms at the moment.. And also they wouldn't sacrifice one to save the other.. So.. Is not: 1dipper 2:bubbles 3blosom 4jenny 5: cartman 6cupcake(is I theory that I saw unironcilcly) 7 star 8kyle 9gaz 10ed 11eddy. Vendeta, Charlotte, morty and possibly dib Mabel and Zim could of..
@frangolles It's unlikely that Dipper committed the crime, I agree with that. Bubbles, Blossom, and Jenny all have alibis as they were getting "depowered" by Monokuma during the night. I know a lot of people suspect Mabel, but I have my doubts. For two reasons: 1. She wouldn't ever sacrifice Dipper for her freedom. 2. There's that huge black sweater in Mabel's lab that shows signs of being used and sprayed with black paint. Anyone could have entered Mabel's Ultimate Lab, so that doesn't point to just her. Plus, that black sweater looked pretty big for most of the cast. Only three people would be able to fit into it, being Star, Jenny, and Morty. I can't see what Star would want with a black sweater, and Jenny, as I said, has an alibi. So that means only Morty could be the one to fit into that sweater, which makes him my prime suspect. Bubbles was one of the three people who found Star's body, so that makes her double safe. Neither Dib, nor Gaz have a hostage, nor reason to want Star dead. Charlotte's too naive, though she could be easy enough to manipulate and trick into killing someone. We already know Kyle's innocent. And though Cartman SEEMS suspicious, well...... we all know how mysteries work. It's NEVER the one first accused or seems the most suspicious.
Omg thank you so much for working on this!! I know you and other people have been working hard on the things you and the viewers love!! I'm so happy that you uploaded this masterpiece!!
Damn this was worth the wait! I love all the little details you put into the sprites and emotes since they are cartoons so of course they'll be a little more silly and zany, and since we're down to just Mabel and Jenny, a part of me wondered 'Wait wasn't maintenance being done on Jenny like Blossom and Bubbles so that only leaves Mabel right?' but I'm not 100% sure on when they were released and Mabel I feel does have a lot more story potential compared to Jenny so a part of me wants to think 'wait what if it actually is Jenny?'. Point is it can go either way for me, probably won't be awhile till we get part 2 but honestly you guys did amazing so far so I know it won't disappoint!
no joke, i watched this as a joke and for background noise, i just finished this video, i bearly got my sketch done, the writing, art. AND voice acting is absoultely amazing, i wish i could go back and watch the video to watch it in order, this is amazing, keep up the amazing work
This is magnificent, from the trial itself, the rebuttals, and even how the characters themselves you can tell much love is being put into this series and I’m excited to see how this trial ends
kinda bugs me a little bit when people say that either Mabel or Jenny did it, but my heart tells me that it is probably Morty...which will be saddening, but it could also be Ed, since the mask has a drop of blood inside, and i am sure Ed hurt his head to the point of bleeding when he tried to break the walls in a few chapters back, so...i dunno, but it can't be Mabel or Jenny, but everyone's free to discuss on that!
Yes! I agree with you. And there's a logical reason for that... And i will explain it, in game mechanics! You see, remember how near the end of this part cheesy says there was a part that was cuted off? Were eddy accuses gaz and Dib? Well.. The pin comment left by him also mentioned fully what the idea was.. The minigame was called "the funbox" this minigame was based around two people getting accused at the same time, flying in boxes.. Dodging the other people's accusations.. And after dodging a little.. The protagonist makes an reffitable point.. The two suspects have to defend themselves with evidence against the protagonist.. The protagonist will make a total of 3 refutable remarks before ending the minigame... And yeah.. This minigame was cuted off this part.. We didn't get to see the membranes defending each other from suspicions. But... Don't you think the fun box concept is such a good concept that cheesy probably wouldn't just put it just once? Don't you think the concept of two suspects defending themselves is perfect for this situation? I will make this prediction, the next part will open up with Mabel's and Jenny's fun box.. And it will go like this: Dipper: "it really pains me to suspect you... But is true that the sweater and monocaller were found on your lab, that makes you a suspect Mabel" Mabel: "woah whoah, hold it right there, t-the green man over there said that the sweater was too big that just very few could fit in it, didn't he? I am too much of a shorty to pulled that off" Dipper: "well, taking the height consideration... I will have to suspect you Jenny" Jenny: "wait.. That doesn't make any sense, I have an airtight alibi, at the time of the murder I was getting my powers stripped away by monokuma at the time, bubbles, blossom and.. Even if it's weird, monokuma himself can testify about that right?" Gaz: "why are you wasting time listening to them dipper? Don't listen to their excuses.. Only them could had pulled off the murder, only them could had send the message! How can you explain the monocaller and the fact that both of you don't have one!?" Mabel: "well.. If we go from. The terms of saying that we aren't the killers then... That means someone stoled our monocaller right? That monocaller is one of ours.. But that doesn't mean we killed star.. Jenny:" B-but, I left mine in my room, there's no one who could had taken it!" Mabel:"inside your room?.. Well, then. I think I might know what could had been used for that.." Jenny: "n-no..." Mabel: "star's scicors... She was the only one who could had taken anything from anyone's room"
Something i just realized! We're now missing someone from body discovery announcement! Since we thought Cartman was one of the people, but if he never saw Star then who is the other person alongside Bubbles and Cupcake who discovered Star's body!?
I think I know what could had happen to that.. What if.. Enter someone who tried to kill star, they believed star was just asleep and stab her neck, but, they didn't know star was already dead?. That would mean there's someone who belive they are the killer, and that's why they haven't come forward with the information, but is actually just the fort one to find the body?
@frangolles maybe, though I'm not sure if that'd happen 1st ch. My theory is that the bda will help prove one of suspects innocence. Possibly Mabel, since Jenny has an albi Monokuma just needs to back it up, so if the bod helps one of them it'll probably be Mabel. I'm not sure why Mabel wouldn't say she found the body, though maybe someone(maybe the killer as well) told her come to the kitchen.(maybe a reason she left her monokalller behind) Or she came down to check on Dipper but ended up hearing something from the kitchen and went to investigate. Though it honestly could be anyone, I'm mainly thinking of how the bda would help in the trial. I feel if the bda helps in any way, it would be clearing one of suspects and getting closer to the true killer. That's my opinion though, we'll just have to wait and see.
I saw your comment last night, and it stuck with me for some reason, I finally have an answer! The Body Discovery Announcement only goes off when three non-blackened witnesses discover the body, we know Cupcake & Bubbles are two of the witnesses, Bubbles being the last. I originally thought Cartman was a witness AND tampered with the crime scene, this seems unlikely now, however Cartman had to have done something to earn Cupcake's affection, but even Cartman admitted that Cupcake wasn't in the kitchen when he arrived, which suggest the Killer must have moved Cupcake after killing Star, and having witnessed someone murder Star, that could explain why Cupcake has been so antagonistic. Also based on Cartman's confession, it seems nothing was out of place when he arrived in the kitchen, he said he didn't see Star, Cupcake or anyone else, but then this would imply the kitchen was not yet in a mess, but if so, the murder had to have happened in those 10 minutes before the deadline, but if Cartman was in the kitchen from say 12:00 to 12:10 (Kyle said they argued for a good 10 minutes), maybe Morty was right about the body being moved, Zim also suggested Star's hands were tied up and that actually tracks with the string that Dib found in the trash in the hallway, AND explains why Star didn't clutch her slit throat. My guess is that Star was killed between 11:50 & 12:00, her body was then moved, perhaps shoved and hidden in the cupboard, however the Killer could have hidden in there too, which would explain the black smudge, but I doubt both the Killer & Star's body could fit into that one cupboard. Also regarding Cupcake, it's possible the Killer attempted to move Cupcake but was attacked, thus the gooey crumpled up hair AND why their was some blood inside the mask, only issue is, why would the Killer not have been wearing the Ski-Mask in that moment? Anyway the Killer must have hastily cleaned up the mess before Cartman arrived, which means the 'blood trail' and the knife must have been pieces of evidence added later, since Cartman never mentions the state of the crime scene, and if the Killer had attempted to move Cupcake, thus startling her, Cartman might have seen that Cupcake was distressed, and Cartman having a soft spot for cats, must have calmed her down, maybe giving her some food and patting her, hence why she's so affectionate toward Cartman, but if Cupcake had seen the Killer without the Ski-Mask, that still does not explain why Cupcake is so antagonistic toward everyone else. Whatever the case, the 'blood trail' which I still believe is Monosauce, the knife, the string, the MonoKaller and Ski-Mask, all must have been later additions to the crime scene, since again; Cartman didn't mention the blood trail, the knife was still wet by the time Dipper & Dib found it, we know the String & Ski-Mask were discarded around the same time since Dipper witnessed a shadowy figure enter/exit the storage room, they probably hid the MonoKaller in Mabel's Ultimate Lab around that time as well, keep in mind; Dipper woke up at 12:20, meaning our Killer had just 10 minutes to manipulate the crime scene, wash the knife, discard the MonoKaller, String & Ski-Mask, also I just realized; the 'string' looks a lot like shoelaces. Turns out I might be wrong about Cupcake NOT being hidden and Cartman gaining her affection like I suggested he did because Cartman admitted he didn't see Cupcake, but then how did Cupcake end up back on the kitchen counter? Damn it! Just when I think im onto something. Maybe Cupcake was always affectionate toward Cartman and we just never witnessed it, Cartman has always had a soft spot for cats in the show. Given everything we know, this means; that the murder happened between 11:50 & 12:00, Cartman was came into the kitchen but saw no sign of Star, Cupcake or anyone else, it's also safe to say there was no crime scene by this point. Thus Star's Body & Cupcake must have been hidden before Cartman arrived, the Killer must have also cleaned up whatever small mess they made before Cartman arrived too, then once Cartman left, they had from 12:10 to 12:20 to add the 'blood trail', wash the knife? Honestly this could have done immediately after using them, finally the Killer discards the String & Ski-Mask, and hides the MonoKaller in Mabel's Ultimate Lab, however this could've also happened whenever, maybe even before the murder even occurred. The Killer was seen by Dipper likely as they were discarding the String & Ski-Mask, while the Killer was discarding the String & Ski-Mask, this is likely the only time someone else could have stumbled across Star's body, and Bubbles would then discover the body only minutes later, meaning Cupcake was the first witness, the second witness is unknown, and the BDA went off when Bubbles discovered the body, but why would the second witness be keeping quiet, especially with there being no chance of them being the Killer? Sorry my comment is so long, once I start theorizing & speculating, it's hard for me to quit.
@@lavenderrose82 - The only issue with dismissing Blossom, Bubbles & Jenny as potential suspects, or Jenny at the very least, is that Blossom & Bubbles apparently were put to sleep for the procedure, while Jenny admitted to being awake. There's also nothing stopping Jenny from simply telling Monokuma that she wants to commit a murder, Monokuma would immediately hault the procedure on her and allow her to go off and commit her crime. Granted I don't think Jenny is the Killer, everything pointing to her comes across as being more of a red herring than anything.
I have a theory that someone somehow stole Mabel’s monocaller and hoped someone called out that the killer is the one that is missing their monocaller. Mable actually being the killer would be disappointing because almost everyone predicted it and I want the pine twins to stick together at least until chapter 4
WAIT A MINUTE.. AS STAR AS (kind of) A HOST AT THE END, WHY AM I GETTING VIBES THAT WHEN CHARACTERS GET KILLED STAR IS GONNA INTERVIEW THEM AND STUFF…. THAT’D BE SO FUN!!!!🎉 (btw awesome job w this fangame❤)
It is impossible that the culprit is Mabel or Jenny, there are two crucial pieces of evidence that prove it. Mabel is too small to wear the sweater and Jenny was undergoing surgery to diminish her power, not to mention that the blood on the mask may be the killer himself and Jenny is a robot. My theory is that the culprit is someone who has a Monokaller, however it is not his own, it is possible that the culprit stole one to replace the one he abandoned. If we get together with people who have some kind of alibi, we can narrow down the suspects. Jenny, Blossom and Bubbles were together with Monokuma. Kyle and Eric were arguing at the time of the murder, not to mention that Eric can't lie. Gaz and Dipper witnessed suspicious movements before and after the murder. The remaining suspects are: Zim, Dip, Ed, Eddy, Vendetta, Charlotte and Morty. Now, a tall person must be responsible in order to wear the sweater. Therefore only three of them are the most likely: Ed, Eddy and Morty. We can rule out Ed, well because he is Ed, he is not very smart to carry out a premeditated plan. So our main suspects are Eddy and Morty.
My guess is someone grabbed Jenny's while she wasn't around. Also, as you mentioned, the person needs to be taller, and most of the cast has at least one solid alibi per character. I have suspected Morty sense the beginning, but I do agree that Eddy is a pretty capable suspect as well. Best of luck in solving this stuff, though!
i think it's plausible that the culprit stole jenny's monokaller since it doesn't need a fingerprint to turn on, it's obviously jenny's, but the trial would end far too quickly if jenny were simply the culprit, plus, she does have that alibi.
The culprit has to be Ed, with Eddy working as an accomplice and the one who hatched the plan. The main reason for this is what was said at the very start of the trial, Stars hands are clean meaning either instant death or restraint. Who is strong enough to hold down someone so they cant fight back at all? Additionally, who would be dumb enough to spend time WASHING the murder weapon and leaving it to dry instead of just taking it with them to their room. This would also explain why the killer took the time to return the ski mask to the storage room and basically do a whole lap around the first floor. Because he is dumb and returning the bloodstained ski mask makes the most sense to him. I saw someone else bring up a theory that cupcake attacked the killer leading to the small amount of blood on the mask and the hairball, this would also align with the timeline assuming Ed spent about 10 minutes tussling with the cat that would be enough time for cartman to finish eating and for Ed to return the ski mask just before 12:20 And the most damn9ng evidence of all is something everyone in the comments seems to have forgotten, the 3 witness rule. Bubbles was the third witness and was the one to trigger the announcement and cupcake obviously had to be a witness too. The rules state that the culprit doesnt count as a witness and cartman really didnt see anyone so that means there has to be at one more "innocent" person involved. What i think happened was Eddy got ahold of Jennys phone in the gym and came up with the plan, he spray painted a disguise for Ed to use and they hid in the kitchen cabinet together to wait for Star. After cartman makes his snack and leaves the kitchen, star arrives. Ed sneaks out of the cabinet behind her and grabs her so tight she cant move her arms and also smudges the back of Star's shirt with the spray painted sweater, and then he kills her. Cupcake sees this and attacks Ed prompting Eddy to come out of the cabinet, witness Star dead, and help restrain cupcake. As eddy is holding her back Ed wastes time washing the knife and they leave, Eddy returns the sweater and dumps jennys phone in the yarn ball, and Ed being the idiot he is, takes the long way around and returns the bloody ski mask back to the storage room.
I have the same theory as you but put the killer as Eddy. The main question will be how can they tell which is the killer or accomplice? Seems like a coin flip
All things considered, I think the plan is similar but Eddy was the killer rather than Ed. I'd imagine Eddy would throw Ed under the bus if the latter was the one to kill. But Ed was seen with the body, prompting Cupcake to attack. The main difference being Ed would be easy enough for Eddy to manipulate into thinking they'd both walk, when in reality only Eddy would escape if he wins the trial.
Everyone remember that episode of South Park, where Cartman makes someone eat their own parents and is able to predict every single move that he makes and that his own friends make I feel like we’re forgetting this I’m 90% sure if Cartman is alive to the end he’s the mastermind.
No idea why this appeared in my feed, but you held my attention for nearly 90 minutes. For that, you get a subscribe. Without the context of anything not mentioned in this video, I'd say Mabel did it. Jenny was supposedly still being repaired by Monokuma, plus it'd explain the presence of the sweater and the monophone being found in Mabel's ultimate room. The main question would be how she scrubbed her personal info from it and removed the fingerprint lock. EDIT: A thought randomly hit me. Why would a Monopad have the fingerprint sensor unlocked? Maybe for a student that doesn't have fingerprints!? In case you don't know, fingerprints are formed based on how a growing baby moves while in the womb. With that in mind, the students that weren't 'born' in the typical human way wouldn't have fingerprints. That would be Jenny for sure, and possibly Blossom and Bubbles as well. It's Jenny's Monopad that sent the message to Star. Bio-metric locks were never set up, since she couldn't use them. That being said, anyone could have swiped the monopad while Jenny was unavailable. Her not having it doesn't mean anything.
THEORY: I'm not sure if i missed anything, but the Monokuma file said the slice on Star's throat is "PRESUMABLY" the cause of death, so it's possible that she died a different way, and the throat slice was to throw everyone off the trail.
@@OwainGundy - String actually, not rope, and if she was strangled by string, that would actually make more sense, as rope would leave more obvious marks than string would. Then again they could've attacked her from behind, using the string to strangle her into unconsciousness, used that same string to tie her hands behind her back, and then slit her throat with the knife. Plus is it just me, or does the string look like someone's shoelaces?
Maybe the real cause of death is poison. After Star entered the kitchen, the killer gave her either poisoned food or a poisoned drink, and sliced her throat afterwards to make an obvious fatal wound. After all, if they saw her throat slit, why would they bother checking if she was poisoned?
That was really great dude. I loved watching how the trial played out. Plus the lil jokes and the characters were awesome and i loved the new sprites and the minigames u made. My only minor critism is that since each tv from the non stop debate segments represent a character from the cast, i kinda wished one of those were broken to represent how Star is dead (and like for each character that gets killed, more tvs get broken) but otherwise, i loved the visuals and stuff. Hope u keep going man, can't wait for part 2^^
From what I seen, I think it’s Morty. I can’t exactly piece together on why, but I believe that with his portal gun, he took Jenny’s phone from her room and text it through there since Star was close with her so she would have trusted Jenny to meet her at the kitchen. As for the sweater and mask, the killer probably used them to keep star’s body concealed so no one can see her, especially how dark it gets at night. Idk, thats what I have for now. Also, can’t wait for part 2. 😊
Well, we know morty doesn't have his portal gun, becuse that is actually his hostage, but I still belive it can only be him.. He didn't have to use his portal gun, he had another way to create portal, the scissors... Or maybe he also haves an hidden lab like dipper were he have an spare one.. But I really like the idea of morty using star's portals becuse he is already pretty familiar at using portals. Morty did used the skies mask, but in himself, he hid star bodues in the cabinet... And took it out near morning.. I believe..
@@frangolles yeah, I was thinking he also could of use Star’s scissors since it would be more convenient. I’m not too sold on another hidden lab part but I see it as a possibility. Hmm, I’m gonna have to review the investigation video again, it been so long.

Liked, Subscribed, Hit the bell for all notifications, I don’t care if I actually have to wait until 2032 for the next part or even the end of this whole thing, because this is AMAZING!!! Those were always my favorites going through Danganronpa, and I wanna see your cartoon inspired take on the mini game. Also hoping for a form of Debate Scrum from DRV3, but I’m not holding my breath for that, I don’t need it but it would be fun to see it since that was my favorite new mini game from DRV3.

The phone was Jennys. That much is obvious due it not needing fingerprints to work (she's a robot, she doesn't have those). Also Star and her were close, so if Star had gotten a message from her bestie she would go to the kitchen whiout hesitation. Now, she was supposedly being depowered by monokuma, but she was awake during the process and monokuma probably can't be called as a witness, so she had a window of opportunity. That being said, someone could very well had stolen Jenny phone, that would work too.
HELLO, I hope everyone enjoyed!
A few things!
The fan art credited to Ninchu is actually by StylishFish, my mistake!
Also, as promised, here's the missing dialogue:
Eddy: “Remember how Cartman got a weird, supernatural side-effect from using the Monosauce? You guys said there were even more items like that with weird effects, right?”
Dib: “Yes, there’s hundreds actually. Though I’m not sure where you’re going with this.”
Eddy: “Jackpot! Then here’s the way I see it:”
Eddy: “The killer ordered another item from that microwave. One that could turn them invisible!”
Charlotte: “Oooooo, more magic!”
Eddy: “That way, they could get the drop on Star and avoid being caught!”
Jenny: “I don’t know. Doesn’t that explanation seem a little…too convenient?”
Vendetta: “Use your head, stumpy one! There is no invisible food in the kitchen. We would have seen it during the investigation!”
Eddy: “Well, duh, of course you didn’t see the food. Because they ate it!”
Mabel: “GASP!”
Eddy: “With all the crazy things we’ve seen so far like magic portals and truth-telling ketchup, it ain’t that hard to believe. The killer left behind all this evidence, but ate the one piece of evidence that would’ve linked them to this crime. That would be whatever mystery item can cause a guy to turn invisible! Maybe even slipped Star some too after they killed her so she could be hidden from butterball over there.”
Dipper: “But we already know the killer used a black sweater and ski mask to hide in the darkness of the cafeteria. Why prepare this as well?”
Mabel: “Maybe as a backup plan? If they were spotted by someone, they could’ve turned invisible to keep them from figuring out who they were by their body shape!”
Dib: “This idea is ridiculous! The Monosauce was the only experimental item that was even on the list! You need a code for the rest of them and the only people who know even a few of those codes are Gaz and I!”
…
Dib: “Huh? Why is everyone looking at me like that?”
Gaz: “...”
Dipper: (Inner thoughts) Agh! And why is she looking at me like that?!
Eddy: “Ha! Caught like a mouse in a rat trap!”
Charlotte: “Then…did they eat the cheese?”
Ed: “Invisible cheese?!”
Cartman: “Well, I’ll be damned. That’s a pretty neat twist.”
Jenny: “Wait, so if this theory is correct…then it has to be one of the Membranes…”
Bubbles: “T-that can’t be true…can it?”
Dib: “...”
Gaz: “...”
Dipper: “Guys, what are you doing? You have to defend yourselves! If you don’t, then everyone will think-”
Monokuma: "DEFEND, YOU SAY?"
Monokuma: “Oh what a twist of fate. All eyes are locked on just two people! And they don’t know how to defend themselves? That just makes this all the more exciting! Monokuma and Hope’s Peak Academy are proud to announce our newest game of torture…”
…
Monokuma: “...The Funbox.”

Dodge opposing arguments and statements that come your way until Dipper comes in with a golden statement. Once he does, you can choose a Truth Button to prove him wrong! Do this three times and suspicion will be off of you. Got it? Alright! Let’s get it!

Dipper:
- “Neither of you have an alibi for the time of the murder…”
TRUTH BUTTON USED: Gaz's Account
Dib:
- “We established that Star went through Gaz’s room purely through Gaz’s statement. That means Gaz never went downstairs!”
Gaz:
- “It’s not like anyone else has an alibi either. There’s like, what, 5 people that’ve been cleared so far?”
[Gameplay]
Dipper:
- “Dib has black hair! This lines up with the hairball we found at the crime scene!”
TRUTH BUTTON USED: Small Hairball
Dib:
- “The hair was dyed black by Cupcake’s stomach acid. That hair could belong to anyone, not just people with black hair!”
[Gameplay]
Dipper:
- “You two are the only ones who know about Memwave codes! If the killer was invisible, you’re the most likely suspects!”
TRUTH BUTTON USED: Black Sweater
Gaz:
- “This hinges on the existence of a snack that grants you invisibility, which has never been seen. Plus, it’s pointless.”
Dib:
- “The black sweater being prepared defeats the purpose of invisibility. Why would either of us create something to hide in the shadows, only to throw away that plan entirely?”

I got a lot of things to say here:
1: The wait was so worth it!
But what is the alibi?
@@jessicasmith5655 the alibi was that she was with bubles and blossom all night together to Monokuma who was experimenting on them to weaken their powers
@@Quelis-mz5ge but Mabel as the culprit would be too obvious,I think it's Morty as he was strange during the first part of the trial
@@matthewfuyukawa His plan is super smart, nobody suspects him at all and they are about to blame Mabel

1:00:51 Isn’t it a little morbid that Dipper drew Star’s dead body in his new journal for his notes lol. He could’ve just drawn Star. But no he sat there and looked at her body and perfectly recreated it. When did he time to do that
While being an atom I think?
It is kind of messed up now that you mention it....
39:42 Love how Cartman reacted to himself telling the honest true by force!
That part was so funny
Why cant they just bring the mono sauce and make every suspect drink it
I fully believe Jenny was the one who had killed Star
First of all, I believe that Star was actually the one to wear the ski mask at the very least, and possibly the sweater, too
I mean, why would there be blood on the *inside* of the mask if we know Star didn't fight back against her killer, meaning they would have no reason to be bleeding. This does mean that Jenny can still be a suspect, despite not being able to bleed in the ski mask
Now, my biggest reason for believeing it was Jenny is everything surrounding the mysterious Momokaller.
First of all, given the tone of the person using the Monokaller, we can immediately rule out people like Morty, Kyle, Dib, Gaz, Vendetta, etc. The person using the Monokaller:
1. Knew Star well
2. Is portrayed as a friendly individual who speaks clearly
3. Was one of the people aiding in the attempts to escape
4. Was busy with something that went "quicker than expected"
Those last two details immediately point to Jenny, and the first two help solidify it, considering we know that Jenny and Star have been good friends up to this point
Next, what's really odd is how the Monokaller doesn't require a fingerprint to access. The only way that would make sense is if the person it belonged to doesn't have any fingerprints in the first place. Maybe a robot?
A few smaller details worth pointing out. The black smudges could easily be oil, Jenny has a clear motive considering her own mother is one of Monokuma's hostages, and, even if the costume was worn by the killer, she is one of the few people I could see it fitting
So far, the evidence seems heavily stacked against Jenny
Y'know, I noticed something peculiar...
The ones that interrupted Gaz were Mabel AND Jenny, both attempting to redirect the conversation somewhere else...
Is it possible the two of them worked together?
@@S1lliest_Beanz I dunno... an accomplice murder on the first case? That'd be kinda odd
@@S1lliest_Beanz I think that's just the game foreshadowing because,
Monokuma: "Daddy loves some foreshadowing"

After unlocking my inner danganronpa nerd I think 1000% it's still Jenny but framed to be Mabel because of a few reasons, hear me out
Star was called down to the cafeteria after the killer said "they finished up early than expected", which seems like a blanket statement but Star wasn't as a close with Mabel as she was with Jenny, and when you look at the evidence we have, the sweater from HER lab, she has a motive for murder, my bet was it was going to be a Jenny framing the murder onto Mabel BUT
There's an inconsistency in my own logic and MAN THIS IS SO GOOD THIS IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE FAN DE
The issue is that Jenny was being depowered at the time of the incident. So it can't be her.
I have a good feeling that it's neither of them and here's why:
I believe during the gym fiasco Jenny lost her tablet and the culprit picked it up.
(Though more probably, it could just be the mask was bit itself, but the culprit was bit through it still, so they have a small head wound!)
I really feel this is the culprit pinning it on Jenny and Mable.
Morty, I am still looking at you as the killer, you are smart enough to do this!
This was my thoughts exactly. I've been looking at Morty the whole trial and really think it might be him.
I’m leaning towards Morty.

1:00:19
I get that she might have been overwhelmed by Dipper's explanation but what if she realized something at that moment?
@CheeseTheWhistle yeah I noticed it, but I really don't see what she could have supposedly figured out.
How I see it, that was an extra reaction to make the scene look better and convey that basically nobody else is able to follow Dipper's logic so Monokuma has to jump in.
But there does exist a possibility that could be true, just that it's not tied to that current topic but something else.

This is a great project and we all are so exited to see the fruits of your hard work
Everyone being dumb
Meanwhile Gaz just knows the answer
"Everyone is stupid except me"
She’s gonna be the maki kirigiri of the group
I can tell she's going to be the annoying type of person who lets everyone spend a large amount of time sorting through all the complex factors of the situation and then decides to bring up the one bit of info that they overlooked just so she can make everyone feel dumb while she acts all smug.
@@jorienwachukwu466 she already does that in the show so that tracks

I'm not gonna lie, when I saw this premiere in my subscription, I dropped everything I was going to do. Homework be damned! 😂 I am super hype for this!!!❤
fr, like CiDR's chapter 1's trial Part 1 won't watch itself!
Spoilers:
I do believe that the MonoKaller belongs to Jenny, but I don't think either she or Mabel made that text on it.
Plus, Mabel's pretty extroverted and similar to Star, so I would have to say its even MORE unlikely that Mabel would want Star of all people dead.
w theory
I know Morty also stutters often, but I felt his reaction after pulling out his MonoKaller was “questionable”.
as much as I also hate to admit it, I think Jenny may still possibly be the culprit.
"HOLD IT"
On the idea of that message being thought of as from Jenny it feels off.

Hair ball-a red Herring as it could be just hair from Vendetta
Knife placement-someone was in a rush or a big Dummy to leave the knife in the drawer wet rather than drying it and putting it back on the knife rack.
@Flummarington did a better explanation/summary
"What i think happened was Eddy got ahold of Jennys phone in the gym and came up with the plan, he spray painted a disguise for Ed to use and they hid in the kitchen cabinet together to wait for Star. As Eddy is holding her back Ed wastes time washing the knife and they leave, Eddy returns the sweater and dumps jenny's phone in the yarn ball, and Ed being the idiot he is, takes the long way around and returns the bloody ski mask back to the storage room."
this is actually a pretty nice theory!
I think Kyle was second one to find star body as he probably went down after Cartmen and found Star body making him believe it was him 100%.
This is insane. Cuz I had a very similar idea a while back, except instead of just cartoons it was just whatever fandoms I was/had been in that had a protagonist that would make for a fun addition. And the first two characters I see, Dipper and Star, were of course also on my list.
I haven't watched more than 20 seconds into the video yet but I'm putting the list of characters I chose for my project I ended up never doing anything with just so I can scream at how many of them I see

- Rapunzel (Tangled the Series)
- Ruby Rose (RWBY)
- Luz Noceda (The Owl House)
- Tulip Olsen (Infinity Train)
- Dipper Pines (Gravity Falls)
- Charlie Emily (FNaF: The Silver Eyes)
- Steven Universe
- Mae Borowski (Night in the Woods)
- KO (OK KO)
- Sal Fischer (Sally Face)

But with how careful this killer as behind why she leave evidence in her own ultimate lab?
Plus she hasn’t seem like she is hesitant to get the truth? If she made such a big mistake her body language with be screaming she did and dipper of all people would notice it
Tbh I agree that its mabel. Her hiding the black sweater amongst the others is definitely sneaky.
Honestly I can't see it being Mabel. If she's a suspect this early on, then she's a red herring for sure
@@sailingthemwebslmao but wait... I have a theory... there is black smudges in the cabinet so mabel sat in there. Possibly making a mark so the large sweater would have acted like a dress
I got a feeling it could be the ed duo and here’s my essay on why:
1. They were in the gym when the commotion with Jenny and the PP’s happened, and so had a chance to take the monokaller
2. The monokuma files says “it is presumed the cause of death is a deep laceration” PRESUMED (we all know how monokuma love to screw around with vague things like that) so the actual cause of death could be strangulation (by hand) and then stabbing to cover up the strangulation, explaining the lack of bloodied hands
3. Scam artist Ed could replicate a SCAM message to send and dispose of the Monopod in the UL while muscle Ed stays downstairs to commit the crime directed by scam Ed
4.they got motive in the form of eddy
5. The very small amount of blood on the mask indicates that the culprit had blood on them before they put on the mask, as per muscle Ed’s head banging session. Muscle Ed is also big enough for the sweater, would explain muscle Ed being a goofball enough to put the mask back. Also the black stains could be wet paint where muscle Ed restrained star under the cabinet while Cartman was in the kitchen
6. If cupcake attacked the culprit, they would have been incredibly hostile to them once everyone was investigating, and the Ed’s never went into the kitchen and Muscle Ed has short hair.
7. Muscle Ed’s goofiness could explain why he washed the knife and didn’t put it back with the other knifes, a smart calculated killer like morty or Jenny would have immediately thought to dry and return the knife to cause more confusion
So timeline: Muscle ed takes the sweater and mask and waits downstairs.
This was so incredibly well made, from the dialogue to the art to the elements of the game itself, it’s incredible! Great work!
Love the concept and execution of this project! Also I'm pretty sure I heard the wayside theme song somewhere in the background
It’ll probably be explained in details later, but if it already was, I really didn’t catch it 😅
Now, I have to remark the humor in this. Incredibly creative and loved the forth wall breaking. Had me rolling.
I’m here to support til the end of this project. I know as a perfectionist myself that ambition doesn’t always work well with that trait, but let me just say that you’re doing great. Keep going
Remember the black stain in the cupboard? The culprit and star probably hid inside when Cartman came in
@@nobodys_here07 Sounds like a good idea.
@@firopi2419
Here's how I see the timeline of events:
Before 11:50: The culprit began to set up all the necessary tools needed to pull off the murder.
@@nobodys_here07 Woah, that actually makes a lot of sense! You really just cleared all my doubts hahahaha. Who do you think is the culprit?
@@firopi2419
By process of elimination:
- Jenny and the Powerpuffs were being depowered
- Gaz and Dib don't have any motives
- Mabel seems to be a red herring since even she wouldn't be dumb enough to hide incriminating evidence in her own lab (plus the fact that Dipper would've been executed if she wins)
- Eric and Kyle can vouch for each other
That leaves: Zim, Ed, Eddy, Charlotte, Vendetta, and Morty
However, I'm not inclined to believe Ed or Charlotte could perform something like this, and Eddy wouldn't murder anyone since it would put Ed at risk of getting executed via class trial.
And if we go by the sweater, it'd probably be too big to fit Vendetta
So it's between Morty and Zim
The glue on the table storage room reminded me of Zim's weakness to water. As his alien biology couldn't handle getting wet, he applied a layer of glue on his skin which was able to protect him from water. And since we know the knife used was washed, it's possible Zim is the culprit.
However, I forgot if Dipper commented on whether the glue was used or not so if it wasn't used, then it's Morty.
the way i said "OH MY GOD IT'S HAPPENING!!" when i saw this on my recommended
Dipper walks so Gaz can run in the class trial.
I'm think Gaz is antagonist

@@matthewfuyukawa Mabel IS dying next. I assure you
@@pepelagarto8110 how would you know? I know Mabel is prime suspect, but culprit can't be that obvious
That could explain why Ed has moments of intelligence in the trial
That's a really good theory. I was thinking it had to be between the Eds or Morty, given the size of the sweater.
I knew the membranes were gonna be the goats of the trial room. This was awesome to watch man! You all did such an amazing job!
Calling it, Dipper is NOT guilty. 100%
plot armor
But she would never do it if it meant killing her own brother, that's stupid
Unless self-defense.. So we can't completely rule her out..
Dib is helping investigate, so I really doubt..
Ed and eddy have no motive to care about double D, since they are not in good terms at the moment.. And also they wouldn't sacrifice one to save the other..
So..
Is not:
1dipper
2:bubbles
3blosom
4jenny
5: cartman
6cupcake(is I theory that I saw unironcilcly)
7 star
8kyle
9gaz
10ed
11eddy.
Vendeta, Charlotte, morty and possibly dib Mabel and Zim could of..
Better not be Mabel too like 😭😭😭😭
@frangolles It's unlikely that Dipper committed the crime, I agree with that.
Bubbles, Blossom, and Jenny all have alibis as they were getting "depowered" by Monokuma during the night.
I know a lot of people suspect Mabel, but I have my doubts. For two reasons:
Oh god, I am genuinely terrified of what will happen next. (This is a good series, don't get me wrong, but this has me on the edge of my seat)
Damn! Great video! Trial seems pretty well thought through. Waiting patiently for part 2!!
Omg thank you so much for working on this!! I know you and other people have been working hard on the things you and the viewers love!! I'm so happy that you uploaded this masterpiece!!
2 YEARS OF WAITING ITS FINALLY HAPPENING
There’s one flaw in Gaz’s logic: who’s to say the phone the person has is their own, except Cartman because of the truth serum?
no joke, i watched this as a joke and for background noise, i just finished this video, i bearly got my sketch done, the writing, art. AND voice acting is absoultely amazing, i wish i could go back and watch the video to watch it in order, this is amazing, keep up the amazing work
Holy moly we’re so back I gotta catch up on the investigation quick
the first part of cidr's first trial starts on the same day as the megamix match track, i can't stop winning!
And it will go like this:
Dipper: "it really pains me to suspect you... But is true that the sweater and monocaller were found on your lab, that makes you a suspect Mabel"
Mabel: "woah whoah, hold it right there, t-the green man over there said that the sweater was too big that just very few could fit in it, didn't he? I am too much of a shorty to pulled that off"
Dipper: "well, taking the height consideration... I will have to suspect you Jenny"
Jenny: "wait.. That doesn't make any sense, I have an airtight alibi, at the time of the murder I was getting my powers stripped away by monokuma at the time, bubbles, blossom and.. Even if it's weird, monokuma himself can testify about that right?"
Gaz: "why are you wasting time listening to them dipper? Don't listen to their excuses.. Only them could had pulled off the murder, only them could had send the message! How can you explain the monocaller and the fact that both of you don't have one!?"
Mabel: "well.. If we go from. The terms of saying that we aren't the killers then... That means someone stoled our monocaller right? That monocaller is one of ours.. But that doesn't mean we killed star..
Jenny:" B-but, I left mine in my room, there's no one who could had taken it!"
Mabel:"inside your room?.. Well, then. I think I might know what could had been used for that.."
Jenny: "n-no..."
Mabel: "star's scicors... She was the only one who could had taken anything from anyone's room"
12:17 Dib's voice is just like the original, IT'S JUST LIKE HIM FR! 🩵🍓🩵🍓💘🍓💘🍓💘🍓💘🍓🍓🩵🍓🩵🍓🩵🍓💘
Something i just realized! We're now missing someone from body discovery announcement!
Since we thought Cartman was one of the people, but if he never saw Star then who is the other person alongside Bubbles and Cupcake who discovered Star's body!?
OH! Good point! I totally forgot about the bda
OOOOOOOH HO HO HOOOOOOO!!! THIS IS GETTING JUUUUUIICCYYYYYYYYYY! *munches on popcorn, on edge of my seat, waiting eagerly for the next episode*
@@primal1313Eddy is too short though
i think it's plausible that the culprit stole jenny's monokaller
since it doesn't need a fingerprint to turn on, it's obviously jenny's, but the trial would end far too quickly if jenny were simply the culprit, plus, she does have that alibi.
Honestly I think it could’ve be Eddy and Ed. Ed to hold her well eddy slit her throat.
@@calebray1834 We don't know how big the sweater is, but Eddy is taller than Mabel.
DUDE THAT WAS FIREE!! THE WAIT WAS WORTH IT!! Now for another 6 chapters reheheh
I saw someone else bring up a theory that cupcake attacked the killer leading to the small amount of blood on the mask and the hairball, this would also align with the timeline assuming Ed spent about 10 minutes tussling with the cat that would be enough time for cartman to finish eating and for Ed to return the ski mask just before 12:20
And the most damn9ng evidence of all is something everyone in the comments seems to have forgotten, the 3 witness rule.
IM SOOOO GLAD THIS IS BACK ON MY RECOMMENDED AND NOTIFS AAAAHHH IVE BEEN WAITING!!
Good catch! Dib even says "She has a deep cut on her neck which is LIKELY the cause of death"
Dib found a rope in the trash bin at the end of the investigation. I think she was strangled.
This was amazing to watch so can’t wait for part 2, keep it up CiDR team, you guys are awesome! ❤
The things you can find just waiting on TH-cam’s front page, glad to see that algorithm is good for something. Liked, Subscribed, Hit the bell for all notifications, I don’t care if I actually have to wait until 2032 for the next part or even the end of this whole thing, because this is AMAZING!!!
The part I’m honestly looking forward to the most is your variation on the final confrontation; Bullet Time Battle, Panic Talk Action, Argument Armament, those events.
WE'RE SO FUCKING BACK GUYS
We eating well tonight my bros and sisters 😊❤
WOOOOOOO!
LETS GO
Words cannot express how amazing this was! I can tell a lot of work and love went into this I’m still a fan I can’t wait for part 2!
Cartman's voice actor is FANTASTIC, absolutely spot on

I like how they combined the New World Order theme from Danganronpa 3 and the original
Please continue this! I’ve been looking for stuff like this and this is perfect, keep up the good work!
"Hey Eric, what's your angle?"
"Obtuse obviously!"
BRO WHY TF R THEY COOKING CARTMAN SO HARD
its mabel its mabel its mabel its mabel, the kaller was found in HER room and chapter one always has someone the protagonist is close to dying
