I actually used #3 today and put a lot of thought into how my skills could pay the higher salary request and I got the dreaded “overqualified “ feedback. Man I really could have done wonders for that company
This video helped me negotiate a wage that thought I would never get going into the interview. Thank you so much. I'm finally making the kind of money I've been looking for.
For me the best answer is number 2. You are helping a lot of people with these tips and answers. Please continue to do so. You are a good man in my book. Thank you.
for me script 1 was the most appropriate, because you are giving a baseline salary and complementing it with potent reason why you deserve that salary and also ending it with a reassurance to the company of their credible investment in you.
Option 2 is something that we should use. I personally doing that during my interviews and that's a bang on. It's always better to show yourself infront of company as a valuable resource before hitting the salary expectation amount.

Thank You.Much Appreciated. " Research the Average Salary Range for Your Job BEFORE you attend the interview....! " Have a Brilliant day. We love you. Very Pertinent, Reliable Advice. ❤❤❤👍👍👍
I'm watching this video a few days after my interview, but one thing that i instinctively did was look up the salary range, and I told the employer that was the range that I was looking at. Next day I got an offer that was in the mid point of that range, so I accepted the offer.
This is basically what I do for each job interview. Always give them a salary range where the bottom number is the lowest you would accept for that position (instead of an exact number). I almost always get a salary number in the middle of that range, which is really higher than I would have taken. Both the new employer and myself feel we got a great deal then. If the employer acts like your bottom number is high and they will "try" to meet it, then you know that place is lowballing their employees and it is probably not worth taking the job.

Hey. Can I base my salary expectations on my previous job salary? If so kindly explain how especially in a case where the company you are interested in is of lower portfolio than the previous one.
I realy liked the 3rd one.. Thats realy proving your value to the organization and that paying such a salary wouldn't be a mistake.. For a person who has researched the company ahead.
Hi Richard, thank you very much for the content you create. I have gone through most of them and they have helped me get an offer for my dream role! I do have one question for you when it comes to salary negotiations- once you’ve stated your expected salary based on your research and your minimum salary you are okay with, many a times the recruiter states that their system only allows them to offer an x amount (which is lesser than your minimum expectation). How can one negotiate in this instance? Thanks once again!
THANKS Watch this video too: th-cam.com/video/wexzvClUcUk/w-d-xo.html Please would you subscribe to my channel? Thank you very much for your support! 😊 🙏
I like that it tells you to research the salary range for your training, skills, and geographic area. I suggested that in another video (by a similar type video) and people got upset that businesses aren't required to list the average salary currently in similar positions at the so they could understand what they should ask. Do the research. Don't expect companies to do the research for you.
Interesting, I think and 2 was best because it illustrates practically why your worth the salary However, assuming the interviewer does not accept ur expectations sternly and you don't like the offer either, What's the best reply and how do you negotiate further?
🔴⚠️SIR, NO MATTER HOW MANY LIKES OR VIEWS YOU HAVE, YOU ARE THE BEST. 🔴⚠️THANK YOU FOR YOUR TEACHINGS. 🔴⚠️RIGHT NOW I'AM HAVING INTERVIEWS(ROMANIA🇦🇩) AND YOUR TEACHINGS HAS HELPED ME SO MUCH. THANK YOU!

First of all thank you so much for your content... it helps me to pass the first and second interview. Great job. But must ask what does the hiring manager means by we will be able to match your expected salary, because they didn't ask me what was my expected salary they went with the expected salary I put on the application form. Is it that I'll be getting exactly what I put on the form or is it that I may get a little more ?

Great outfit and amazing color coordination! The rest is simply excellent! Thank you.
Thank you so much!
I believe the first answer was the best. Thank you again Richard
I agree with you.
Thanks guys :)
These answers are brilliant, however for a finance manager role what would be best example to use to prove that you are worth the amount You expect. One of your scripted answer stated how the candidate increase sales of the company, what would you suggest for a finance manager position?

Hey.
Can I base my salary expectations on my previous job salary? If so kindly explain how especially in a case where the company you are interested in is of lower portfolio than the previous one.
YES I will do that soon
I realy liked the 3rd one.. Thats realy proving your value to the organization and that paying such a salary wouldn't be a mistake.. For a person who has researched the company ahead.
Great choice! When's your interview? :)
I think you need to hold out with what you want if you are okay to take that risk. Justify your worth with proven examples :)
Really me I will go with the first one
THANKS

I like that it tells you to research the salary range for your training, skills, and geographic area.
I suggested that in another video (by a similar type video) and people got upset that businesses aren't required to list the average salary currently in similar positions at the so they could understand what they should ask. Do the research. Don't expect companies to do the research for you.
Great suggestion!
Very good class
brilliant answers, l am from Syria and l watch all your videos.
Thanks a lot
Thanks for all of your support! :) What role are you applying for?
@@CareerVidz l work with NGOs
Position: Office Manager
Interesting, I think and 2 was best because it illustrates practically why your worth the salary
However, assuming the interviewer does not accept ur expectations sternly and you don't like the offer either,
What's the best reply and how do you negotiate further?
THANKS! I would ask outright if that is their top offer. If it is, don't work for them. Good luck!
Indeed number 1
Great choice!

WELL DONE! You may still be able to negotiate :)
