    Hi, I would like to ask you for some info on the plyo exercises you presented... should they be inserted at the beginning of the session when you are fresher... before doing sprints? How are they done, by distance or repetitions? For example "single leg bounds" you count the number of jumps you use a distance...Thanks!

      Good question. I do those plyos on a separate workout. Day after running workout. You don’t need to be as fresh as possible when you do plyos. Only when you are doing speed workouts.
      You can do both. I count reps coz that’s easier and for example 5+5 to single leg bounds.

    By end speed I'm guessing you mean speed endurance? 0:32
