Nice flight review of Ethiopian Airlines. Ethiopian Airlines needs an immediate seat retrofitting in business and economy classes in its older 777s, 787s and some of the A350s. The interior of the 787s that were bought in 2012 and 2013 looks outdated.

I personally don't like boarding bridges as I like to see aircraft up close and personal. Can't believe what you saw on that Ethiopian flight, bins open and pax standing while aircraft is moving on ground.

You are so right. The seats are outdated and even the business class still has the 2-2-2 configuration which is no longer competitive
