i agree with your last statement brother . somethings not right for sure . could just need to be tuned . you need to block off that oil inlet sucking air through it . but i was really hoping to see you put the antique carb on it i bet it would run just fine . its just a 90cc motor im sure it would handle it . sometimes less is more .

I agree.. Less Is More! The Polaris has a over loaded wire harness and crap all over it and doesn't even have lights lol I never thought to cap off the oil inlet!! Thanks for the heads up Bro!!!!

I run 50:1 on all my 2 strokes and have never had any problem's with pistons ever.

Need help following the fuel lines from the tank and the one that feeds into the same area the front right shock on mine is pouring fuel out when i fill the tank with fuel what could this be?

I put a regular carb on, and eliminated the self oil mixture and mix the oil in my gas like a regular 2 stroke.

I think for every failed start attempt, the oil pumped as if it were running. So with that being said, I think there is oil under the piston in the crank. My brother in law did a Suzuki with a similar set up and the crank was full of fuel oil. It's worth a shot because otherwise its worthless lol

Don't forget...the motor will not stay running (may not even start) without the air/box(filter) attached to the carb

Unplug the oil injection pump from the engine and then disconnect all hoses and wires then get a single throttle cable and off you go. Can't use the double one still
