Hi sister,
Thank you for the video. I am a SL doc who is trying to fly abroad. Some say I better do OET because it's more profession oriented. But imo it takes time to convert medical situations in to general conversation . Plus in case we forget something in medicine ,everything's gonna turn up side down. But IELTS is focused on general conversations. Is my opinion correct. If I am wrong please advice.

IELTS is the standard test recognized in many countries. I am not able to give any opinion on any other tests coz i have not taken any of them. IELTS is accepted in Canada both for study and PR purposes

Each time I practice the listening test I found less marks for section 2 nd 3. MCQ type. Specially when long answers are given. Is there any trick for that as you've found out?

The main thing is to identify the key word in each of the answers and carefully listen and identify which one is there in the recording. It comes with practice. Practice more with exact timing and you will succeed.
