Yeah I can probably give some advice, it will be totally unhelpful but it’s free 🤣🤣🤣. Is it the superfandango lever sticking on the oogemmy flip? Great to see you putting out content again brother
How's she goin'? That's a head scratcher for sure eh Nev!! I wonder if the governor is forcing the throttle lever back to the lower setting. If that were the case, then a governor adjustment would maybe help. But I don't know for sure. Good luck with it!! I like issues like this. They are out of the ordinary and fun to try and track down!! Take 'er easy!!
Hi Mike, thanks for the comment. I have had to call a friend he is coming tomorrow to have a look it sure got me scratching my head will keep you all updated on the outcome 👍
Hey Nev, I would say it’s just throttle cable adjustment, is the sheath around the end of cable warn that it’s slipping? When it on full revs is there more adjustment? Loosen the throttle cable bracket set the throttle by hand to you desired revs and then tighten the cable, just check you can still idle if required. Hope this helps. If not this then it’s above my pay grade without fiddling 😂
Hi James, now that's what I was looking at the cable I have a friend coming tomorrow that use to restore old tractors and he is going to bring some old cables with him see if we can adjust one to fit so may do a video if he wants to be on camera, thanks for the advice 👍
I do not know that machine or engine but it looked like the throttle increased the speed but it dropped back. If that is the case, it could be that the the throttle lever on the dash needs to be tighened. Most have a fixing on the pivot but it looks like you may have to remove the gas tank to get to it
This system has rivets on all the linkage that I have tried to tighten but still does it, I have phoned a friend he's coming tomorrow to have a look so fingers crossed 🤞 thanks for the comment 👍
Very complicated Vernon, I have thought about having a separate choke on it, as the same @taryl fixes all done on a ride on mower, but I can not find the video he did about it, have a friend coming tomorrow he use to restore old tractors he may have a idea, thank you for the comment 👍
I’d say your throttle cabling is slipping nev mate. Chase it out & see what’s happening. Wouldn’t hurt adjusting governor for peace of mind also & see what rpm it’s kicking out then. Hope you’re well me old fruit. Keep smiling mate 👍🏻🔧
Got a friend coming tomorrow Dick with some old cables he is going to have a look at it for me got me pulling my hair out and I don't have much to start with 😂, am doing ok Dick slowly getting back to normal, thank you for the advice 👍
I'm not much of a mechanic Taylor but hopefully you get this figured out. Have a great day, brother.
As you know, Jay, everything put on holed till my friend comes, thanks for the comment 👍
Well Nev If I could I would but you got me on this one! Maybe the guys with the Overalls will have a answer for you! But I will give you a doughnut🍩😎🤣
Hi Renaldo, I would love a doughnut. Its got me stumped got a friend coming tomorrow to have a look thanks for the comment 👍
Hi Nev! Try tightening the nut on the throttle lever pivot. It needs more friction to hold it in place.
Hi Bill, it's not a nut and bolt, it's a rivet that I have punched tighter, got a friend coming tomorrow to have a look at it
Sorry I can’t help you with this one 😩but it’s nice to see you Tinkering again 👊🏻👍🏻
Thanks for the comment Mark 👍

Thanks for advice Steve, the superfandango lever is only fitted on newer machines 😂,thanks for the advise 👍
Well cant help unless you losen nut on governor and move governor a bit and tighten it down, lol i pulled that out of my .......
Really good advice, Jason, but it doesn't work 😂, got someone coming tomorrow to see if he can do anything thank you for the comment 👍

Wish I could help. Do you need a drain strapped to it? 😁 Good to see you back.
The way it's going it may get flushed away 😂 thank you for the comment 👍

I'm not very familiar with Honda's, it looks pretty complicated with all that linkage.

I would have to be there to see what is happening
Big Dog you could always sell 2 or 3 tools and use the money to fly on over.... you'd never miss them. 🤣🤣
@@Big_Johns haha ha Big John never sell just add too them
LoL, I have no doubts.
Thanks, Mr Henry, could do with someone with your skills it's not a simple linkage system 👍
@Big_Johns wow John he would have to sell more than 2 or 3 tools 🔧
