    This video shows you how to install new front lower control arm bushings from TRQ on your 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner. Rubber bushings help smooth out a ride, but are susceptible to wear or drying out and crumbling over time. This bushing is replaceable separate from the control arm, and you can replace it yourself.
    This process should be similar on the following vehicles:

    Pro tip #1: don't work on a Taco that has been at the bottom of the ocean for 2 years..

    a tip from Toyota FSMs - when pressing them in, always observe the notches on the new bushing to be at the same angle as the old ones.

    I think the lower ball joint should be 112ft lbs. The upper one is 80 fl lbs

    Good video, but you got the torques mixed up on the steering rack, the bold and nut on the horse shoe are 123 and the 23 mm nut is 96
