Keep up the good work and videos. The low Def problem could have saved me a few houra if I had watched it 2 days ago. The DEF tank header was causing a leak and causing air to go in the def. Pressure would just stay at 17 psi on the EPA10 style.

9 out of 10 times i got low efficiency code, the "1box" was no good. Usually the DOC is pushed back. If you remove the DPF inlet temperature sensor you can see the rim of the DOC, or the sensor probe is bent. Love your videos, hate the Detroit diesel 1box, good engines though.

Engine light on for dpf soot level. Any idea what to do?

If it's simply a fault for high soot level in the DPF then it just needs a parked regeneration.

It may not be completing regens properly then. You will need to read and troubleshoot the stored fault codes.

I run California weekly don't want to be on Fox and paying a fine. I'm smart enough to repair my DEF system.
