DOC outlet temp HIGH. Soot level High, more One a box issues. What to look for and how to fix.

2015 Freightliner Cascadia GHG14, regen issues with the One Box. Fault codes present due to DOC face plug. SPN 3250 FMI 0, FMI 8 and FMI 15 DOC Outlet Temp High, DOC outlet temp signal spike and DOC outlet temp very high.
It is always important to check all fault codes in order to get a better visual and a better idea of what is happening so you can find a better approach.

These are usually one box codes but definitely check doc pressure tubes for cracks and blockage. Hardly ever doc sensors. Usually bad one box
