The Comstock Inc. (NYSE: LODE) Q1 2024 Stakeholder Perception Analysis Report (the “Report”) was compiled by the Company’s investor relations firm, RB Milestone Group LLC (“RBMG”), and provides insight into the Company’s operational milestones and perceived strengths and weaknesses from the perspective of its stakeholders. Also enclosed in the Report is a brief video recording of Comstock’s Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Corrado De Gasperis, addressing the results.
RBMG gathered the data from the investor survey throughout Q1 2024 ending March 31, 2024. RBMG proactively collects submissions from a variety of participants to create a broad and balanced dataset. The participants include, but are not limited to, small to larger shareholders and prospective shareholders. The categories within the Report were confirmed by Company management and RBMG, neither of which participated in the survey.

We need to believe more in Comstock. More time more time. Just hoping old shareholders like me we will get something this year…. Crossed 🤞
Hate to say this, but I think this may be the end of this company. These guys say a lot of good things but nothing ever comes to fruition.
the end of this company, i dont think so because they have gold reserves but the direction they have taken for decarbonization is apparently very very disappointing. Gold is 2300 dollars per once and Comstock drop everytime. I'm a very old shareholder and very very dissapointed. The last big stock issue for 5 M dollars is very bad for old shareholders. It is horrible. Corrado promise developments without dilution but this is a very very big lying. This is terrible for us. I.m very very disappointed. When you start to read a PR, you see ' Comstock commercilaze .... ' BUT COMSTOCK DONT COMMERCIALIZE ANYTHING. And i fear that still for some years... this is horrible. I'm very very disappointed. GENMAT is just a joke. HBO is just a joke. Solar pannel ? Probably no revenue before a long time. Horrible. To take a company as RBMG is just to spend money. When you dont respect your promises, you can t keep the confidence of shareholders. And your stock price drop to 0.

I think as me he is disappointed because many promises and no yet get anything. The price of the stock drops since a long time.
But the Gold is over than 2000 dollars per once and not yet the end of this company because Comstock gets assets. A lot ! I didn’t really understand why they issue more stocks for 5M dollars according to the report of March 27 but I suppose the value of assets is over than this issue.
We need to wait , wait , wait and again wait . But hoping we will get something and we start to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

@@actorjay I believe what I wrote is pretty straight forward and simple. This company has no viable future. The leadership talks these elaborate talks but they don’t get to anything of substance.

@@actorjay because we’ve been hearing the same kinds of things for years and nothing comes to income generating businesses. The unfortunate reality is LODE has no viable economic/business future.
