Seems like a good company but they need a better social media team. They should be flooding the market with displays and videos of their product in action.

This company is going bankrupt

If they can survive long enough, to make this happen, it will be a lucrative investment. However, the existing mgt team has shown an inability to accurately project the timeline for profitability. Consistently, they have underestimated the need for contingencies, and have mismanaged the financing process to the point of teetering on extinction. Shareholder capital has suffered significantly from this weakness. It’s great that a new addition is coming in operations, but the chairman should make way for someone more competent in administration and forecasting.

Cash positive needs to be the next step in a non-dilutive manner to current shareholders. Deposits should be used to transition, until then.

Assuming you are working towards Lean, Integrated, manufacture of your Ammonia production units. Your Big problem is going to be financing your step from one production unit (which is where you are now) to manufacturing 100 units then a thousand units and so on. I have asked you many times before whether you are capitalised sufficiently to service a huge step in numbers of units produced. You answered that you had it in hand, and that you were confident. I do not see that your last capital raising effort will be enough to achieve your goals. Will you need to raise more capital in the near future? Best regards Keith
