Oh my gosh I am so excited about the seven days! Because I wanted to figure out how to have more days on the treadmill and not overtrain. And didn’t know how to do it. And wanted to burn more calories and still be able to lift weights. Now I didn’t start the 7 day till Tuesday because I did full body weight on Monday and worried I wouldn’t be able to do the entire week but o see we have a couple of walk days so the is when i can insert the weights or even I could do split without a. Upper and lower on diff days. So I am repeating these seven days again when this is over sunset I know what to expect! Thanks! So thank you for showing me how to run more often and not injury this 54 year old body that has issues like plantar fascia and knee issues.. so I had No issues flare up this week! And I did push myself!! 😎 ⭐️
4 miles is a solid workout for me...when I reach 5, I'm a little spent for the day...Thank you for this series! It's something I really look forward to!

⭐️ These have been great! You can go as hard as you want and the walk days come right when you need them. We came this far! Tomorrow, we finish strong!!
⭐️ My goal is every day, one mile at least! No matter how busy you can fit in one mile (or equivalent - walk, run, bike, steps). Usually leads to more but I know I can get that everyday!
This was a great active rest day workout. I totally related when you brought up the "zoomies". I can't sit still so rest days are hard for me but I know they are necessary for recovery. This helps to get my energy out but low impact enough to help with my recovery. Thank-you.
Had to run outside this morning because of the beautiful weather- minus 3 degrees celsius and Just a little cold breeze😂🥰 About 8 KM, my favourite morning run❤️🏃🏼♀️🥶 But could'nt leave day 6, sooooo glad it was a recovery walk!!🙏😂🥰 Thank you⭐️⭐️⭐️
⭐️ been having to do slower runs than suggested so decided to go for 5-7-9-11 inclines instead of recovery 🥵 I bet I will regret that for tomorrow’s grand finale! I’m not so bothered about distance, but need at least 25 min to feel complete 🤗
