I made these last week and followed your recipe exactly. It was amazing! The pesto filling was so creamy and full of flavor. I served them with truffle oil and vegan parmesan cheese on top. I will definitely be making them again!
@@sandeepsmatharu I consider truffles to be vegan, but I understand that some people do not and I respect that. However, the truffle oil that I use is 100% vegan, as are most cheaper truffle oils out there.

I have a friend who's allergic to bean proteins, so she can't have anything with soy, beans, or other legumes like peas and peanuts. What would you recommend to use in place of the chickpea miso?

Wish you'd convert to cups and tablespoons instead of grams...some people don't have that way to measure out grams or post both ways so people can try it. Love the recipe though I make homemade everything from scratch that way we know whats in it and it has the right amount of love cooked/baked in.

Locally we use plain flour every time. To rest your conscience 50 50 can be used but plain flour only is just as good.

Semolina flour, what is that? (I am from Sweden and looking for gluten free recepies)
It's a coarsely ground wheat flour...and it's not gluten free
My sister is allergic to gluten. We used semolina and she broke out in hives.
