Thank you for the informative video. Took about 2 mins to complete the install. I found the factory screw was installed really tight, had to use my drill with the torx 20 bit on it to get it out.

I purchased this mirror and installed it on my 2024 Camry. It was simple and took less than 5 minutes with only the #20 torx driver needed. If I had one legitimate complaint it would be about the unserviceable lithium battery. I don’t care if the battery is projected to outlive most cars it is inexcusable to create a throwaway item such as this. It was not obvious anywhere before I purchased and only in small print at the bottom of the instruction sheet. It instructs you to dispose of the non-serviceable battery properly but there is nothing anywhere on how to remove it when it fails.

It is compatible with the Ford Maverick and all the ESCAPES - 5 minute install.

Today I learned that our 2024 XLE didn’t include a garage door opener. Heated steering wheel? Check. A way to get into the garage? That’s another $150.

Thanks for the video, it really helped me install mine today. Any idea how to replace the battery? I did not see any access tab/door.

You don't. You have to buy a new one. Batteries are not replaceable.

I don't think it auto dims but I haven't noticed that being an issue. On my car the rear window has a slight tint to it.
