    Thank you for this. Your online videos have become an integral part of my personal journey. I can't explain the feeling of empowerment kundalini is giving me. The deep understanding of myself is giving me confidence and curiousity and a desire for more, more, more. Yes, yes, yes, I say over and over in my mind. It's all there. It's all inside me. Everything I want and need is right here. The universe is inside me. Thanks

      Wonderful Nikita! I am so happy to hear this! 😍
      What my first teachers taught me about Yoga and Kundalini, and Spirituality in general, changed my understanding of life, and of myself, so much. And it was because of them that I decided I wanted to become a Yoga teacher; to be able to offer to others an experience like what they gave to me. And to read a comment like this one from you fulfills me more than you can imagine.
      I am very glad that the practices are helping you to access your truth. You are the Universe. You create everything in this life and hold unlimited potential within you.
      Thank you for sharing Nikita. And thank you for gifting me this great fulfilment 💝🙏
      Sincerely,
      Andrew

    I keep coming back to this video, it' like a Big Bang, so many possibilities appear to me... what do you think about using the leg position of the second posture of this practice to do the Sat Kriya? Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    • @RefeelYoga
      @RefeelYoga  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You're welcome, welcome, welcome! 😃
      I'n glad to hear you are enjoying this quick and powerful practice.
      You most certainly could use this pose, Mandukasana, for performing Sat Kriya. If you do, I encourage you to try to become aware of the subtle differences it creates.
      Typically we sit Yoniasana for Sat Kriya, with the hips parallel. As this has a stronger activation on Svadhistana Chakra, and Sat Kriya is generally taught for purifying the sexual system. With this variation of the leg position there will be slightly more energy directed to Manipura and the performance of Sat Kriya will become even more fiery of a practice.
      See for yourself if you can notice the difference and subtle changes that arise. I would love to hear what you find! 💝🔥🙏🏼

      @@RefeelYoga The main difference I noticed was during sex, and I would not call it subtle at all! It seemed to me that the energy when I was last night with my wife came very, very pure, from a source before sexuality. Maybe as if all the pipes were so clean that the water flown free as never before. It was wonderful, but also so different that almost felt odd, like if it was happening in a way that it wasn't supposed to be, too spiritual, at least for what I used to understand as a sexual relation. I guess that to keep doing sat kriya this way, it will be a good thing that my wife also does it in this posture, to assure we keep reading the same page of the book!😂

      @@idalmoduarte2056 This is so beautiful to hear! Thank you for sharing. Amazing, working with your sexual energy with your wife is such a beautiful practice to share and can take you very deep, in the relationship but also within yourself.
      Someday soon Clelia and I hope to start to share more about sexuality here on the channel. It's just a bit of a tricky subject and with the way TH-cam is set up, talking too much about sex, etc. can risk getting de-monetized...

    • @idalmoduarte2056
      @idalmoduarte2056 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@RefeelYoga thank you for answering! This TH-cam set up must be one of the reasons people talk so little about the effects kundalini have on sexuality. It wasn't what I was searching in first place when I entered this path, but I never knew any practice that could enhance and deepens the sexual experience like kundalini. I used to think I went as far as I could go, but with Kundalini yoga I feel like I discovered a window in the room I knew so much, and now a new and marvelous landscape is here for me to explore with my wife. Hope you and Clelia find a way to share your knowledge with us!

    Fisrt and foremost thank you for all your videos ! I am going to fast for the first time (at least for 3 days but I will see how I feel, no pressure). Is this kriya supposed to help while I am fasting ? Do you have any advice to help to get through a fast ?

    • @RefeelYoga
      @RefeelYoga  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you Julie! I'm glad you're enjoying the videos.
      In regards to practicing while fasting, it's really an individual preference. Myself, I am a very fiery person with quite a fast metabolism so the last thing I need while fasting is more fire! This would just make me much more hungry and irritable. So I would prefer to do a gentle, grounding or cooling practice. See Kriays 1&2 or the Muladhara Initiation class. Or simple breathing and meditation.
      However, yes, this practice would be good to do while fasting with the regards that it will make your fast more efficient. I will be like using soap to shower. You can wash off without soap, but the soap really helps to remove the dirt better.
      I would say see how it goes, the first day maybe be more gentle - for me the first day is always the hardest! - then once your stomach is really empty try these Manipura practices.
      Would be great just before you finish your fast to do the Full Pranayam Class: Digest and Detoxify! This way, not only will you super clean out your system, but because you will be more light and sensitive you will really have a strong opportunity to feel what it is like to move your energy 😉🔥
      Great luck with your fast! Let me know how it goes! And feel free to ask any other questions!
      If you would like some more personal guidence feel free to e-mail me at refeel1on1@gmail.com
      Sincerely,
      Andrew 🙏🏼💕

    In this kriya you use two kinds of pranayama: is the pranayama you use for Agnisar Kriya the same as breath of fire? Kapalabhati stress on the expiration an let inspiration passive. Is it right? In the breath of fire do I have to stress on the inspiration?. Thank you for all your videos.

    • @RefeelYoga
      @RefeelYoga  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for your question. You are correct with Kapalabhati, that the focus is on the exhalation. With Breath of Fire the exhalation and inhalation are equal and there is no pause between the breaths.
      However, during Agnisra Kriya we are not using either of these breathing techniques. We are exhaling all of the air out then holding the breath without air in the lungs and pumping the belly. So the focus here is on complately emptying the lungs and the in and out movement on the abdomen.

      how can we engag uddhiyana bandha in this combination??

    • @RefeelYoga
      @RefeelYoga  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@israrahmedspeeches there are a number of ways that Uddiayana Bandha could be added in this sequences. In my opinion, the best two places would be in place of Agnisar Kriya; in the table top position, rather than pumping the belly just applying Uddiayana. Or after Kapalabhati, rather than inhaling and holding the breath in, one could exhale completely and apply Uddiayana.
      *Please note that this latter option is quite advanced and I would not recommend it if you are new to the practice

    Hello, my body shakes subconsciously while meditating. What are these shakes?
    Tnx⚘♥️

    • @RefeelYoga
      @RefeelYoga  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Shaking during meditation is usually a result of energy moving in the physical body. It's not a bad thing and is often quite pleasant. It is often a sign of the most gross form of Kundalini awakening. But be careful here! Because it is the most gross, it is not the end game. The Ego however can get stuck in the trap of the shaking. Thinking something like "I've made it!", "my practice is so strong!", "I'm succeeding to awakening Kundalini", etc. In time the shaking will likely subside as the Kundalini moves into more subtle layers of your being. Which is a good thing! However if you are attached to the shaking, thinking it's the sign of progress, you may start to believe that the practice is not working anymore, and you may want to push the body harder or lose your motivation to practice. Both of which are not great results.
      Be grateful when the shaking is there and be grateful when it is not 💞
