How can I know parts fitments? Like 2020 tailgate door will fit on 2018 highlander?
Check that part number. Sometimes they are the same. you can also check with a good dealer. They sometimes have inside information that can be helpful.

You don't need to remove the piece on the bottom of the car? I saw 2 other videos which they did
You don't. Just remove the screws from the bottom
Do you know if front hood 2016 will fit on 2018 highlander?
Its the same. The parts number are 53301-0E110 and 53301-0E120

It's not new. I did touch up, sand and spray fresh 2K clear coat from a can. Check out video in the description 👍
