Can this be done without removing the entire bumper and just lifting the car up with a jack?
Does not go that easy. Wished it did. Especially replacing new parts. I like the in-depth on the Video.
Tabs tend to break easily on the new Parts. The parts are very hard to snap together. Also You have to keep the plastic parts warm while doing this. If it is cold it will be much harder and plastic parts break. I prefer that everything screwed together. Just saying.
