Another fantastic video! Thank you JJ. And thank you for the list of Supplements. So glad we have you as our advocate to guide us in this journey of aging and wellness!
If only health insurance helped pay for supplements as they are expensive. They are happy to pump us full of prescription drugs but don’t want us to actually get healthy.
Could you just put together supplement packets for women so that busy women over 40 don't have to give up limited life hours sorting them into packets? Maybe daily kits with AM/PM/Pre-Meal and Anytime serving.
Maybe you haven't seen many of JJs videos She clearly promotes healthy foods, and sets (high) goals for a large variety of protien, veggies, etc. These are potential suppliments, I never heard her say anything in the video about replacing food with these. Actually she just pit out a video about the 42 foods she eats and recommends.
Love watching but you always recommend tests which are helpful but here in the UK we cannot get an appointment to see a Gp and then if we manage to achieve that they won’t do a blood test unless there is a clinical indication ( you have to be unwell or have symptoms! ) different world for people with money
FACT: Most people are deficient in Magnesium.. but you do know that your body wont absorb it correctly unless it's taken with potassium .... right? But this video of course was really more of an informercial for you to push YOUR products... Most of the youtube has just turned into a toilet of ads.
Let's not forget that JJ provides the knowledge she has learned over decades in the industry to us for FREE. So yes, she did mention that she has products for some (not all) the supplements she recommends, and I'm sure she appreciates when we support her by buying her products. Either way, you got free advice and can buy from anywhere. I appreciate this great advice, which some I have heard from many other experts, but a couple of them were great new finds for me. Thank you JJ for sharing what you have found helpful!!
Your videos are informative, but you talk way to much!!!! Why dont you just get what your talking and. For example list supplements first then go into your lecture. I had to speed up just to get to the point
Way too many supps.. We don't need all of those... Good grief, all you are is a pill pusher.. Every doctor does that... Nutrition is "food", not pills.. A few is ok, but all of those - forget it...
@@catholicpeaces6257Vitamin D may be most important for you, if you are deficient. But there is no way that only Vitamin D will work for everyone. Hopefully your Dr did a blood panel to see what you were deficient in. Mine did, and I was great on D but low on Magnesium, so that's the main supplement I take along with a few others.
@@catholicpeaces6257 maybe you need Vitamin D if you are deficient, but different people need different supplements. Hopefully your Dr did a blood test, mine did, and I was fine for D but needed more Magnesium.
I think you making us fools hence to advance people by taking food. You recommend supplements which is wrong. And second I will say wear a full slaw-shirt and respect your age.
Oh my, it's completely incomprehensible how there could be strong and healthy people for thousands of years...without supplements. But the famous strong soldiers from Rome and Mongolia must have had supplements to become so invincible? Or maybe there are other ways 🍗🥩🍤🐟🥑🥝🍉🍇🥬🥕🥦🌶️🧅

My Dr said that-don’t need all those supps. She said vit d is the most important.
Drs r quick to push meds. Every 1 is different. If you choose not to take them that's your choice.
