    Ek kom vanmiddag op hierdie video af. Goeie inligting, dankie!! Ek is die afgelope paar maande besig met geleenthede soek in Dubai. Die radiobedryf daar is egter nie die maklikste om by in te kom nie - 'n ou hou maar aan met probeer. Jou video laat my egter glo niks is onmoontlik nie. Dit kan gebeur.

    What are other cheap/safe/family friendly areas +-30min away from the airport?
    Thanks for the video. Very helpful!

      Hi - g
      Glad you see some value here. Everywhere is safe. To be honest. 30min is quite far in Dubai. Small city. Midriff is decent. Al Jaddaf, Festival City.

    Hi. Thanks for the video. Great to see a fellow South African.
    Should my husband accept a job offer he will arrive in Dubai next month and I will follow with 3 kids just after Christmas.
    I’m trying to do a budget before we get there. In the area that you live in, what do 2 and 3 bedroom apartments go for?

      Good day.
      Few things to note about relocation.
      1. Rent is paid in advance (up to 4 installments, your first installment is upfront)
      Rent for a 2-3 bed apartment in Town Sqaure - Up to 125k for the year.
      Split into quarterly or 2 payments a year.
      2. Also activating utlities require deposits to those service providers. AED8000.00 in total deposit. Refundable when you move out.
      Hope that helps.

    You probably explained this before but what’s the average salary there? I’ve been working in car dealerships doing admin/reception/stock control/PA like companies such as Land Rover/ up coming brands, did my TEFL teaching as well so what job am I looking at for the start up and what salary ?? I know you said 15000 aed would be sufficient for my husband and I however what do you think I could go home with after every month ?

    • @realestatematedxb
      @realestatematedxb  ปีที่แล้ว

      You wont go home with anything if you earn a household income of 15k pm. Whith your experience, thos jobs dont pay much here. Teaching is your more lucrative bet.

    Hi your video is very helpful. My husband is looking for a job in UAE and his specialty is in finance. We are in an African country as well. He is applying online but should he come to Dubai to search or applying online is ok? Please advise. Thanks
