    I like your content and watch a lot of it, however this particular video is not accurate. Palm Jumeirah typically is the same price as JBR, and more so now, even more expensive, and whilst further distance from many places, the traffic in JBR makes it a living hell to get in and out of. In addition, there are no 3,000sq ft villas in Emirates Hills, and it is worlds apart from any of the other 'Hills' areas you speak of.

    I moved to Dubai 1 year ago after living in Miami for 18 years and 4 in Madrid. I absolutely love it here and my plan is to stay here for a while. I also do real estate for about 16 years and we have an incredible investment opportunity now where we offer a guarantee 7% Net Return on your investment for 10 YEARS when buying some properties in Dubai. Definitely a good option for expats or someone that is looking to live here and get some passive income while enjoying the Dubai lifestyle, one of the best in the world…

    I watched a few of your videos, you’re Puerto Rican living in an Arab country yet you speak as if arabs are beneath you. You’re right, you are new to money, and it sticks out like a sore thumb through your tacky references to wealth and “luxury” in your videos. You have a lot of growing up to do. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

    • @realismatitsfinest5745
      @realismatitsfinest5745 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You don't need UAE citizenship to live there. Just get Rafael to help you get UAE residency. But you're right about India ... if you acquired another passport technically you'd have to give up your Indian citizenship. However, if you choose a country that provides a passport but doesn't report that to India, then technically you could keep both.

    Just subscribed to your channel 😁 Great content about Dubai!
    I moved here from the USA about a year and a half ago with my wife and 2 young children and we spent almost 4 months renting multiple airbnb places for about 1 week per place throughout most of Dubai to get a feel of our favorite areas to decide on where we wanted to live here. I agree 100% with your top choices you did on this video 🤓
    Another thing to note is even the locations within those different areas can very a LOT too especially in the Marina and Downtown! We stayed multiple places in those areas as well to find our favorite area there. We ended up totally fell in love with the marina area and bought a 3 bedroom unit in the VIDA Residences Dubai Marina tower that is getting built still. It's funny because we got soooo close to buying the unit in the JBR Address tower instead but we just liked the location of the VIDA bit better but that would be our 2nd choice for sure.
    Wish there was a way for us to avoid paying taxes too but it seems that by being a U.S. citizen they got you locked in for life with paying taxes 🥲

    • @realismatitsfinest5745
      @realismatitsfinest5745 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can always renounce your citizenship. You can't be stateless though so you will first need to acquire another citizenship first. The other problem in renouncing your ciiizenship is that the US government are using Covid as an excuse to not have appointments at US Embassies to do this. I know one guy who actually went to Jamaica to renounce his US citizenship because it was the only US Embassy office in Latin America that was taking appointments. (Note: I'm a Canadian, not an American ... which is just as bad; but at least all we have to do is check a box on our final tax return to tell our IRS-equivalent that we became a non-resident in that tax year and then we no longer have to pay Canadian taxes.)

    • @buildingAbiz
      @buildingAbiz 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@realismatitsfinest5745 Thanks yeah I truly considered it but not sure if I want to now because I do plan on moving back to the US next year. I have a wife and 2 young children as well and it just feels like it would cause more issues than it's worth in tax savings... which is probably the whole reason they make it such a pain in the butt so they can get you back there... Just sucks to feel trapped 😕

    Such a strange guy. It is like saying best places to live in NYC are park avenue, upper east side etc. of course everyone knows those are places are creme du la creme but only multimillionaires would be able to live there, so it doesn't really compare to what's possible. Majority of population lives in Sharjah, Deira, the outer residencial areas of dubai, such as international city etc. even in Ajman. Honestly, he is just living in his own bubble.

    Greetings from Northern California. Which is the area of Dubai that has the best marijuana smoke lounges? Do they feature hashshi from Morocco and Afghanistan or is it mostly green and purple fresh weed? I like classic, elegant lounges that have plenty of bongs, dab-rigs, volcano vapes etc so I can get cross-eyed stoned without having to bring my equipment with me. 😆😜🤣 Like that stoned. So it will need to be a place where the staff is accustomed to seeing a grown man laughing so hard he looks like he lost his marbles like 20 years ago.🚀🛸🌠 Please tell me which locations can best accommodate me. Merci.
    Also, I'm not into it but if I need to entertain visitors which is the area with the best stripper clubs/bordellos?👄👠💄👙🍎🌮 Do they serve champagne or just hard liquor? I appreciate your assistance. Grazie.

  • @WestCoastAce27

    Great job. Although I disagree about 1 area - Al Wasl (Kite Beach) which is just north of the Burj Al Arab is a great area. Friends moved there from downtown last yr so I got a place there - California beach community vibe. A little cooler; cleaner air. A lot of fitness opportunities.
    One thing about JBR - a lot of Russians! Seem to behave. But I’d still be hesitant to live there. Also - traffic is nightmarish. Gridlock most Friday and Saturday nights. Many places have bad traffic - but in my 10+ yrs of visiting it’s by far the worst.
