You touched on some better points than another how to video. The three metal screws are highly maleable, meaning my philips screw driver kept stripping them, i didnt have a socket or wrench to get the screws off but a flat head screw driver did the trick. I cleaned mine like this video and another video I saw, and the chirping/squeeking came back about 9 months later. I bought an OEM one from the dealer for about $300. I know its a crazy price forsure, but it was crazy to hear that chirping on a 100° day 😂
I used silicone pb blaster spray with a tube attached to re-lubricate the shaft and I guess bearings that are at the motor after thoroughly cleaning all. When I re-installed the hamster wheel fan it was hard to get back on, so I used a rubber hammer to lightly hammer. The impact seemed to have caused some cracking on to the black casing on the other end. I would have used a small amount of silicone grease on the metal rod if I had it to do over without hammering. I’m interested to see if the noise will remain gone in the long term. I may end up replacing the unit if it acts up again. The chirping was so annoying.
Mine worked fine for a week and the annoying chirping noise came back after a week. I ended up buying another used OEM blower motor from eBay for 70 bucks. Ever since it’s been quiet. There is a guy selling brand new OEM blower motor for 30 dollars on eBay but without the squirrel cage.
Here is this link to the blower motor on eBay without the hamster cage. www.ebay.com/itm/255128433681 I have not personally tested it, but it seems to be the same blower motor as used in your car.

Hi very good but I want learn to open it
How did you separate the fan from the dynamo?
You have to hit the shaft from the top carefully to separate the fan blades from the motor.
