I think it is already a mistake to think of it as a separate process at all, which is the point. Our education would be based on how we move in our world, and that it be truthful truly inside, so truthful "outside". What other eduction is there?!!
Superb teachings of Sadhguru,,sad the passiveness and shut down of the audience, judging, I imagine from what I remember of that University, vs listening and opening to info. Still, he said such important things, especially (and not only) at the end to them, surely that will resonate deep in some and change their way of changing their world...

Krishna words on karma and detachment from results is perfect. Sadguru seems to be not capable or purposely avoiding the meaning. My understanding on this subject is - detachment will safeguard life if anyone encounter bad results, so further refinement and move on to next stage is possible. There is deep subject and whole life of humans is revolves around this subject.

Idk why students still dream of getting into ivy league universities like harvard and standford. Education can be still gained no matter from where you graduate with no extra pressures.
I think that's because the world treats those Ivy league Students far differently than others. World gives them special treatment. Better jobs, better pay, more 'respect'. The world needs to change the lens. That the place doesn't matter as much as the individual's knowledge or skill.
