Students at IIM B were very disciplined and without shoes and sat in good way of respecting elders unlike IIM A were they sat leg over legs. education should bring kindness, unlike western education which brings literacy and not education. He said for 25 years, he slept ~3h a day. Now he got older 4-5h/day. Normally when someone says that I dont believe it. But from him... I take his words very seriously. It's actually possible. But you would need to be in very high vibrations/enlightment. Basicly, in deep meditation 24/7 while also fasting alot. The body requires almost no maintenance then. It kinda makes sense when you look at him, he doesnt even look like someone mid sixties. Or behaves like that. He even said once his body aged 20+ years in a few months. When he spilled his energies into a consecration, but somehow he reversed that. Now... does this all make logic sense? Nope. But it shows what the human body is capable of. We should all aspire to reach its peak.
