sadly education has become business who run these schools. But there are good ones where limited seats are there and they can empower themselves effectively.
This conversation is real if I found a university that had Sadhguru for a professor I would be applying right now and I wouldn't want to leave ever. The education system really needs to change the whole system needs to change. I wish I had met Sadhguru at the beginning of my time on earth my life would look so different now.
I gain so much from sadguru at age 75. I am supported now and see how these teachings in my early life, 23, guided me to a life of compassion and sharing my work with families for 35 years. Remember you may be lucky to look back

He is deconstructing patterns that are already in order and he defines it in his own pattern of understanding based on his own life's experiences and his deflection from the western view. He is rather subjective in his cultural appeal rather than being objective and meeting both sides for unity and understanding of both worldviews.
