I know this is an old video, but I hate binding and finding this video and the new video on the binding tool made my day a lot easier! I watch your videos almost daily for quilting help! I quilted 30 years ago, but just baby quilts for my children and then never quilted again until 10 months ago..... Now I can't stop, lol, and it's because I have found patterns and videos! I never had a pattern 30 yrs ago! Thank you so much for everything you have done and everything you continue to do! I also love your online store, my husband doesn't, I spend to much! Lol

I just finished a table runner with this binding method, and them best praise comes from my 13-yr-old son: "Wait! Your're finished already? You NEVER finish something so fast!" Jenny, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the tutorials and enthusiasm you give to quilting and share with us!

I've been quilting for about a year now, and Jenny is my hero with all of her videos and tutorials. She taught me how to bind my quilts by hand, and now by machine. I have to laugh at the upgrade in production value since 2011, though. She's got quite the professional studio in her more recent videos. These oldies are great though, too! THANKS!

I should have gone right to your tutorial. That’s exactly what I was looking for. I’m doing the exact same: sewing from the back to the front like you did. Had not thought of using a fancy top stitch. I might try it on a pce of fabric before doing it to the quilt. Thank you so much.

One of these days Jenny I am going to get to Missouri to meet all of you and see the Missouri Star Quilt company. I lived in Missouri for about the first 3 years of my life and than was adopted out. I came back a few years ago to look at the towns I was in but didn't know anything about your shop. But I will be back. Keep it coming.

Jenny, Just a note to say thank you for your binding tutorials . Just when I think I've decided to quit., I stop and watch you again and figure out what I'm doing wrong. Having several back surgeries limits my time at the machine but even more so with the hand stitching. My hand goes numb so I have to use the machine. If I lived near your shop I would be there just watching everyone and everything I can. I have lost my one love of nursing due to health reasons but I found quilting and with your help I am getting better. So thank you from California. Lori Ransom

Thank you and Missouri Quilt Company for all you do to help everyone. Would like to know if you sell any of the jelly roll packs or thee charm packs or any other items? Thank you again. I have always sewn all my 2 1/2 strips together and then ironed them in half. But now I use your method of just iron my pieces then sew them together like you suggested. So much easier than trying to fold and iron a loooong strip. Thank you.

Thanks, Jenny. I thought you had cut the strips on the bias. Boy, that makes me happy. I won't have to figure out how to cut the strips on the bias. I watched a video of how to make a tube and cut that on the bias. Now I won't have to do that. The corners are not curved. Thank you so much for answering me.

I am so glad I found your tutorial. I love to make baby quilts but I have done it the opposite way. Sewing to the front and hand sewing to the back of the quilt. It always took me 3 hours to hand sew that way. Thank you so much, I am looking forward to making more baby quilts with this shorter version.
