I swear you just announced your pregnancy yesterday and our niece is growing pretty fast every day 🥹🥹can you put her growth on pause and let her be a baby forever 🙏🙏
for the tofu dish, i also like to air fry the tofu until it's slightly crispy on the outside (or to your preference) after slicing the top half like brick toast but not cutting all the way thru to the bottom and drizzling half the sauce so the tofu absorbs it and then pouring the rest on top once it's out of the air fryer and also topping off with chopped green onions! i love this dish because you can make so many variations esp with the sauce - i've recently been adding sriracha instead of the chili sauce :)
@@tina_yong i find it works well with firm tofu and letting the water drain a little bit first! you inspired me to make it again i added sugar plum tomatoes and some mushrooms this time😆
For the raw tofu~ I usually cube my tofu and blanch it in boiling water with a pinch of salt, it puffs them up then I drain and pat dry before drizzling seasoned sauce on them. It makes them fluffy and I feel grabs more flavor from the sauce. Super tasty, learned it from my korean mum
If I need pizza, but there’s none around (I live in a place where there’s no delivery of non-chain pizza), I make a pizza-dilla. Large tortilla, mozzarella, garlic & Italian seasoning, topping of choice (make sure it’s pre-cooked), more cheese, fold, press down, cook in olive oil, dip into sauce. Way better and faster than the pocket version.
Please do not eat raw yeast dough. When the yeast is not cooked, it will continue to do it's thing in your stomach and produce a LOT of gas. Yeast shouldn't be consumed uncooked. ❤
Love them!! With the Tofu I let mine sit overnight in the sauce and it soaks it up so well. Just remember to dry it out as much as possible first 😋 Delicious! Can't go wrong with tofu 😁
Can you please make a video on no-bake tiktok dessert recipes? As a student living alone with limited appliances, we are constantly on the lookout for no bake recipes !!
For the brownie recipe: castor sugar can be made by putting regular white sugar in a blender, bullet blender or even a coffee grinder and pulsing until it's super-fine. Easy fix! Keep doing these recipes because I am living for your cooking vids with the fam.
For the first dish, you could use the pizza dough that comes in a can. I don't know if they have that in other countries, but in American the company pilsbury makes pizza dough in a can, like american style biscuits. Does that make sense. It would save on time for sure and not be as thick. Also, next time I would just use low moisture shredded mozzarella. You can load on the cheese. You will not get a cheese pull because they put a caking agent in the shredded cheese, so it doesn't clump. But you will have more cheese.
Looove these cooking TikTok videos !! So fun to watch and then I also make new recipes myself 😆😆 and good to see your review if it’s even worth making 😅 thanks Tina may god bless you and your family ❤
I've made the first recipe multiple times, first you have to use either cornmeal or way more flower than that to prevent sticking. Definitely use more filling & yes roll it thin but olive oil & a pat of butter in a preheated pan on med low heat is gonna give you a beautiful golden crunchy crust & give the dough enough time to cook through. The inside of the will be molten & oozing & the crust will crunch when you cut through it
While looking at Lyla got a bit emotional. we've seen your journey from announcing your pregnancy to giving birth to Lyla 🥹🥹 and now seeing her growing so fast and beautiful it's just making me emotional 🥹🥹🥹 love you Tina ❤
Lyla is just too cute for words. I can’t wait for more sassy Lyla content as she starts to talk more hehe. It’s so funny seeing this cute little person in your videos - omg when she put the food in your mouth 😍🥰
Lilah is adorable She looks like Alfred ❤ Zenn looks beautiful And you of course 😊 I love your channel and I watch the playlists over and over 😊 Thank-you xxxx Love K from UK xxx
So your second dish with the tomatoes and eggs ... That's shakshuka, a middle eastern traditional breakfast. Try adding a bit bell pepper paste to the marinara and top it of with parsley or coriander ... So tasty! ❤
The tofu recipe is so good on it's own or with rice. You can also make holes with a metal straw or many cuts along the top, just don't go all the way through, to add more surface area that can take on the sauce. I've also seen people make this with hot chili oil sauces (like when you make the sauce for hot chili oil noodles).
Tina, you look especially beautiful in this video. The tofu and brownies look very doable. Maybe the pizza pocket would do better in small ravioli sizes and air fried. Lila's little voice is the cutest
Tina is our GARLIC POWDER BAE I don't know how many times i had watched your tiktok food videos Amazing, you're the best Love laila baby, she is growing right before our eyes Love love love❤❤❤
OMG, Tina is the only youtuber/influncer I have the bell icon on on youtube since years and I just realised that I havn't followed her on Instagram... like what is wrong with me!?!?!
A tip is to use a thermometer to check the flour when heat treating it. Its to kill E.Coli. it needs to get to 165° to be sure that the bacteria is dead. Also be sure to do it in intervalls because it can get brown and lumpy😅 In some places you can also buy already heat treated flour.
I would put the pizza pocket calzone thing in the oven to make sure that the dough is fully baked through and not raw. So maybe about 15 min in the oven and then if you want more color you can still put it in a pan. And obviously more filling. A lot more.
You opening the jar of sauce…. I’m giggling so hard. Lyla as always is just so precious. My grandson is three and he calls her “the TH-cam baby.” He thinks she’s pretty.
For the tofu recipe, I am wondering if you could drain the tofu and leave it in the container, then slice into cubes. Pour over the sauce, cover and leave to marinate for an hour before serving.
I work in a supermarket and since i've never tried tofu before I asked a female customer that was buying it what it actually tasted like, her husband quickly piped up and said "like damp cardboard." is this accurate at all? LMAO
The brownie recipe is similar to my mug cake recipe 😊 when doing my cakes I always avoided eggs even before I was vegan because I just disliked the taste of eggy cake. And I use vegetable oil instead of butter. It works super well and is fast.

Great tip!
Love this tip! Which type of tofu do you use? Firm?

It originated in Palestine but it is eaten in Morocco as well
@@elisamalkus7829 it originated in Northern Africa so that means Morocco Libya Algeria and Tunisia and now is in almost every Arab country
@@elisamalkus7829 nope originated in tunisia so north african dish

I just love this series
I love that you love it !
@tina since you liked the eggs, you should try Shakshuka! I bet you'd like it even more!
The tofu recipe is so good on it's own or with rice. You can also make holes with a metal straw or many cuts along the top, just don't go all the way through, to add more surface area that can take on the sauce.

I RAAAAN to the store for tofu to make that last recipe! Soooooo good! You’re right! Use the chili crisp!!
How good is it!!
Tina, you look especially beautiful in this video. The tofu and brownies look very doable. Maybe the pizza pocket would do better in small ravioli sizes and air fried. Lila's little voice is the cutest
the second recipe is like a white washed version of shakshouka 🤣🤣 anyways loved the video 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Lyla is a mood 😂
*does two stirs in bowl.
- are you done?
-yes.

I love the kichen setting. You've taught me how to shout aya!😂 i don't even know what that means😂😂

Thank you 🥰
I work in a supermarket and since i've never tried tofu before I asked a female customer that was buying it what it actually tasted like, her husband quickly piped up and said "like damp cardboard." is this accurate at all? LMAO
For some types yes! But silken tofu is better
For the first dish try using little dough, dont use too much and then when you’re pan frying it, use good amount of oil
I love your cooking vedios❤
For the tofu, if it doesn't release, cut a little corner with a scissor into the plastic to get air in.
Add a little cut, fresh green onion on the tofu recipe, too, & it's amazing!
You won't belive me that I am watching your videos of tiktok viral recipes from 3 or 4 hours maybe . and now I am so hungry .
Ohhhh baby Lyla growing up so fast 🥺
the choreo at the end was great 😂👍

11:10 OMG Lyla is old enough to taste test with you guys already! Her cheeks is so cute
