Helpful tip: tempering chocolate adds both a nice snap and crisp and I find that it takes a bit longer to melt in my fingers and create a melted mess like when you use chocolate that's melted and warm. This is achievable by melting it in a plastic bowl, 15 secs at a time then stirring in between each 15 sec interval. Leave some little chunks unmelted in the bowl after it's mostly melted. DO NOT MELT THEM all the way in the microwave, these will melt away by simply stirring it with a spoon and the chocolate will cool down shortly after the chunks have melted away in the slight warmth. That's how you know it's tempered. Then use it like normal! You really don't need a factory environment or expensive equipment to make good tempered chocolate at home and it's so worth making because it's much more satisfying with it's texture and it's less messy to eat!
Hello tina! I have a video recommendation for you guys. Do a video cooking Arab cuisine. Some food recommendation. 1.honeycomb( basically dough with cheese inside and made into little balls, baked then drizzled with condensed milk) . 2. Chicken kabsa( just rice and you add a lot of different spices and also make sure you must have the chilli sauce on the side. The chilli sauce is just onion and tomato and chilli(add however much you want) blended). 4.basbousa(semolina cake soaked in a simple syrup). 5. Hala( a biscuit dessert cake) you can watch a tutorial in ( al taiba foods) its personally my favorite dish tina is def gonna love this. Just want to say you guys have a lot of fans in the saudi and other parts of the world. I love your content and hopefully you guys try and enjoy the recipe❤
You should try making the cake version (Haba Dubai) It's a layer of chocolate fudge cake then a layer of the pistachio kunafa mix then you top it with a ton of chocolate souce It's the besttt
Konafa need to tost more .. i tost it with little sunflower oil then when its start tern yellow i add butter its give it even gold color and prevent it from getting burn .. Because butter burns quickly ..
Wait, are we just going to gloss over the fancy gifted pan?! That's awesome! Good pans and cooking equipment are so expensive!! I'm very impressed so congratulations 🎉😊
People might roll their eyes at me but as much I very much enjoy the chocolate, I personally think it's more about the textures that makes it THAT GOOD. The overall taste is like the pistachio equivalent to Kinder Bueno imo. But yeah, still amazing!
Make sure to temper the chocolate so that it has a nice crack and glossy finish. Not tempered will melt easily and not have a snap. Also your filling is too dry. More pistachio cream is needed.
Ooh I'd love to try making the cookie one! I'm wondering, do you think it would still work well if I just used pre-made cookie dough and then added the filling?
Omg I'm early 🤯 I love your vids 😍 The viral chocolate is not that expensive in Dubai actually and it's kinda overrated in my opinion cuz the kunafa with Lotus biscoff spread and Pistachio spread is better. You should try it
I bet if you got some winter glove liners (just little knit, super thin gloves) and put those on before the plastic food gloves, it would help a lot with the heat. ❤🤔
I hope I don't die before I see you try Koshary 😂, With toasted bread and salt, the dessert after it is rice pudding with milk, I gave you the whole meal 😂, the chocolate filling we call Kunafa and it's a standalone dessert made in more than one way, try it, Don't miss out on these delicious recipes. 🥰

If you don't want the chocolate to melt at room temperature you need to temper it. That way you don't need to put it in de fridge to set either. Though tempering chocolate is a bit annoying, especially if you don't have a thermometer

Soooo... Hear me out. I got a dubai chocolate for like 2$ and it wasn't a big deal... But then my boyfriend came with a handful of small dubai chocolates from Abu Dhabi (brought by his classmate from there). It was definitely sweeter and it was overall better than the 2$ one... But still not to die for... Maybe homemade version tastes better 🤔
Am I the only one who doesn’t get the hype around this? I mean, I tried to make it myself: I added milk chocolate (as I am not a big fan of dark chocolate) and also made my own kataifi dough because I couldn’t find it anywhere. I don’t think that could have impacted the overall results. Anyway, I love pistachio and was so excited to try it, but when I made that chocolate bar, it was… not delicious? I was really disappointed because everyone I watched trying this chocolate bar said how delicious it was, but I couldn’t even finish mine. Is it really that good? Maybe I just messed it up?
I just wanna compliment Zen's skin...like you are glowing gurlllll

EXACTLY ! i am like when Kunafa goes viral 😂😂 so it just seems to be usual for us. Btw form middle east
@ me to I’m from the middle east
It’s kunafa, and she didn’t toast it enough.
Me too where are you from?@@Rabab_Asiri
In Israel we call it "Knafeh" 🇮🇱
people are paying big bucks for these
Pistachio cream is expensive as hell
They charge like £15 over here for KNOCKOFFS and many people are buying it, eating it then finding it mid. 💀
@@blackkitty148still cheaper to make at home at least. And you can make so much more!
@@mahdireza5695 my man got one from his classmate. She brought it from UAE. Still mid 🤣 I bet homemade one is better in terms of the cream flavouring.
I pay 8$ a bar 😂
I love you three together, such family vibes ❤️
You guys did great but definitely add more pistachio spread! Yours is drier than what it should be

In the USA and Canada shredded Phyllo dough is known as kaitifi/kadayif.
Kunafe is a desert that consists of kaitifi, syrup, and cheese.
