Just wrote the same :D the only Hot Wheels size one was based on the Game and everything else is in 1/24 scale and mostly limited. A Hot Wheels line would be awesome ... I mean in the 90s they did with "Road Maniax"
Literally *every single* practical effect shot in Fury Road is still absolutely caked in CGI. Practical effects without the aid of CGI peaked decades before this movie was even produced.
The first time I saw Bigfoot, I was really surprised, Its an awsome vehicle. We actually transported the Dodge Fargo truck to Sydney and three other vehicles for Miller Kennedy group. The truck came from Central Victoria. In Australia. The people that do the vehicles are the best artists I have ever seen. Not widely known is the fact the film was originally supposed to be shot near Silverton, NSW (about 30 or kilometers from Broken Hill). But the rains came and every wildflower in the country came out. making it look like Julie andrews was about to pop out and start singing at any moment. Instead the film shoot was relocated to Namibia. All the props all the vehicles and crew had to be transported to location. A huge job. I have worked on several films in Australia. The Kennedy Miller group were fantastic to deal with. Much respect to them. Every Mad Max Film is a work of Art. P.W. Australia.
It’s because of miller and his beautiful team that dusty and rusted muscle cars are still beautiful. Like you don’t need to have a shine and pristine car for it to be beautiful
A masterclass in perseverance, vision and ultimately the power of collaboration. It was a rough ride, but man are we grateful that such an incredible piece of film making came out the way it did.

George Miller's Wasteland is the greatest. The vehicles in the series become more and more made for waging mobile warfare and look functional for their purposes - Some are tough, some are fast, other are just out of this world insane. My fav vehicle is the Doof Wagon just because it exists on the battlefield to make battle morale noise, how badass is that?
This is just bonkers! The MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD MAD, MAD, MAD, MAXXX FUUUUUUUURRRRRRY! Hats off to these guys for taking these words seriously and doing what they means! Just crazy madness. This is even better than what most of the people could even think of in their wildest dreams. Just unbelievable! I would give anything just to be able to see all those other worldly vehicles in flesh. What an imagination!
Then you haven’t see the movie (or you should check bts). They use real cars in furiosa as well. With some post processing of course (but fury road is no exception, they put some details same way). For me furiosa is way better because you kind of think is this cgi? While it’s not
I watched this movie 5 times within 6 months of it's release date. 2 times in the theater. This movie was a masterpiece and had it all. The first moment i I knew i was "witnessing" something very special, was the first time a warboy got impaled and chromed up for everyone to witness him. This film will ride eternal shiny and chrome to valhala.
I prefer modifying all the cars in this film, especially THE GIGAHORSE car, it's so amazing I wish I could have it😁😁😁One of the best action films in my opinion is probably not the only one who thinks like that!!!
this is like titanic, it can't be make again , the right peoole the right actors the right artists in the right place , what an amazing movie, being there watching them making is a part of making history
@Werferharfer Yes, Wasteland is a prequel on Max already written and ready. But Miller said that it will only be made if Furiosa is successful (wich it isn't atm but who knows)
I actually never really understood why Fury Road first got made, since the second and the third movie were always gonna be a prequel, and were also always planned, or at least written
Mad Max: Fury Road is great Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga the prequels to Fury Road is great also but in a different way. It's the beginning of Furiosa's journey to adulthood. Tom Burke was awesome addition. He is the perfect Praetorian Jack. I could watch both movies again and again 💥💥💥💥💙💙💙💙
I got to work on these cars for a few months before they were shipped to Africa, some amazing engineering, and countless hours went into creating these cars

Incredibly mind-blowing, the vehicles seem to be alive and they're part of the action and also at some point you think that they are actors also🤩😍🙃😉😶🌫🤗🤘✌👍
"Pair of 502 big block motors ... We are supercharging the pair"... These guys are completely unhinged, and I'm in absolute awe
Kawasaki CG 125 engine.

I have never been to Australia, but figured this was just normal.
@@doctoroctos you're correct, this is an absolutely normal day in west australia.
RIP Hugh Keays-Byrne. One of the finest Australian actors ever.
He was sorely missed in Furiosa. The new actor was fine but just didn't have the same impact as Hugh did in Fury Road
@@nulltrope lol
I'm so glad he was able to literally ride out in spectacular fashion like this.
😂😂😂
Please give us a third movie. Both this and Furiosa were amazing
Furiosa was so dissappointing :((
There's one planned to focus on Max in the year leading up to Fury Road, which will come out depending on the success of Furiosa
@@khuhruzhsvethmeorv8318how so ? I heard they were worked on together so it's coming out regardless of Furiosas performance.
6th movie?
@@denizbeytekin9853I loved it.
And all of these beautiful machines were shot in my beautiful Namibian desert.
Lucky!
The People Eater's limousine has a dollar sign made of Namibian Currency as part of its gas pedal to pay tribute to the country
It's breathtaking and rarely seen by the rest of the world ❤
It’s not hard to see why. Sweeping landscapes give opportunity for wide shots and spectacular filming.
that spectacular red desert is the perfect scenery, it couldn't be better.
I'm surprised they didn't make more models or toys of the cars. Those would be so fun to collect.

The attention to detail is incredible.
Such a simple story, such an amazing movie
The metal works and engine builds are unbelievable!

Interesting
Really need another movie. But bring back Tom Hardy's Max. Either a prequel following him, or a sequel to Fury Road.

"All vehicles are real"... Beautiful! 😘
Disney would have done everything with CGI and now even with IA
"What more can i say?" *cackle cackle* ahhh, and there's the Toecutter laugh. so cool.

hollywood will never make a film this raw again
They’re too dependent on box office sales and they’re too also worried about their own desires .

I wonder who bought the Doof Wagon when it went up for auction recently.

Real entertainment.
A shot of adrenaline.
One of the great movies. Never been so awestruck by any scene as the Buzzards scene
Long live Mad Max ENORMOUS OFF-ROAD MONSTERS.
This is what is missing in Furiosa : Real cars, less VFX
I felt so empty leaving the cinema... too much VFX and bad VFX.
