From someone that didn't even drive in real life and is trying his life in Project Cars... this is too much information! lol Nice video man! Really got excited yesterday when I received a notification that you had released a new Epic Lesson. Keep the great work!
Thank you so much for this videos. i just got into sim racing and all the setup option are too much for me, but thanks to your videos i kind of know what i have to look for.
11:00 I agree, but in this example it should also have to do with the higher temperature of the front brakes. The bigger the temperature delta of an object to its surroundings, the faster the temperature is equalizing. In your concrete example, the F/R difference went from 125 to 50°C, so the front brakes cooled off 75°C more. Now if the initial temperatures were switched (~925/1050°C F/R), the front brakes would probably cool off only by e.g. 20°C more, depending on the significance of both effects. Would be interesting to do the same test with rear brake bias (so that they get hotter) in Project Cars, to see if there is a difference. (sorry I don't have this game)
Oversteer = high pressure on the rear and low on the front understeer = low pressure on the front and high on the rear That's what you've told about tyre pressure =) Where is mistake?)
I'm thinking of buying my first ff wheel. I'm considering 2 options (since i want an h-shifter): option a: thrustmaster T150rs + t3pa + th8a shifter option b: logitech g29 + logitech shifter I can get both for about the same price (option a is 10 euro cheaper) Which would be the best option?
I have a g29, if u have tried a g27 it's basically like that, the pedals on the g29 have a sort of rubber block for the brake pedal for more feel. Honestly I don't like that, I have never tried the t50rs but I would say Logitech is known for their reliability as the thrust master eh their customer service I have heard is complete shit, but go with what ur heart says
I knew about cold tires causing issues out of the pits because I experiened that racing in forza. it's amazing what you can pick up and learn after playing these games.
Softer springs are good for irregular surfaces with a lot of bumps (like the Nordschleife), because they allow your car to absorb the sollecitations, but your car will have slower reactions. Harder springs are good for smooth surfaces (like Monza), they allow your car to have faster reactions when you steer, but it will be more nervous and in some cases it's harder to drive. Usually I race with medium-hard springs.
viperconcept hello you did a mistake at 4:48 and 4:55 because you said the same thing twice. its not a big deal but im interested whats the real thing now. would be happy about an answer

Thank you alot for this videos, you have a great knowledge about cars and you know how to explain it clearly.
This is what I'm looking for! Great vid!
I learn that the gold rule for tyres temperature is to maintain the inner temperature 10°C above outter and the central a media of both.
Oversteer = high pressure on the rear and low on the front
understeer = low pressure on the front and high on the rear
That's what you've told about tyre pressure =) Where is mistake?)
Макаров Эдуард it's the opposite, isn't it?
At first I also thought like that, but look closer)
they are exactly the same
Макаров Эдуард Omg..
What track is at 11:30? I thought there's no ovals in PCars?
I love your videos!!
Top notch ❤️
I dont know it Pcars2 simulates track temperature, but if so, I don't remember if you said something about its influence over tyre heating
10:40 -has you have seen
not a big deal, aniway
great video bte
thank you ive learnt heaps!
I love it...
Thank you

T150RS >G29
What is better, race with ABS brake activated or not activated?
Who needs ABS ;) Without is more "realistic" anyways because real life race cars don't have it. If you activate it, you can't lock up while braking.
Great video!
- The oval circuit...do you play on PC?
- I've never seen punctures on Project Cars, even if I spend minutes doing donuts
No, it's available on console too: it's a DLC.
viperconcept god, how did i miss it?? I'll look for it thanks!
excelente!
can you upscale and upload in 4k pls? much better bitrate then by default, much less mushy picture
4:48 and 4:55 you said the same thing!!!
+lorenzo rodriguez My fault! Thank you for noticing! I fix it.
viperconcept so which one is true?
I knew about cold tires causing issues out of the pits because I experiened that racing in forza. it's amazing what you can pick up and learn after playing these games.
What happens if your tyres are too hot like chickenguy's tyres in your last championship
You'll lose grip.
thank you and i have another question what happens if your springs are both soft or hard and what is the best setup overall for you
Softer springs are good for irregular surfaces with a lot of bumps (like the Nordschleife), because they allow your car to absorb the sollecitations, but your car will have slower reactions.
Harder springs are good for smooth surfaces (like Monza), they allow your car to have faster reactions when you steer, but it will be more nervous and in some cases it's harder to drive.

thank you i really like your videos and you are a really good driver
thank you ^^
Which circuit is it in the last tips (oval)? I was like i got nascar and no oval in this game
It's "Mojave Test Track".
But you can use it in single player only, not online.
Thanks! Will check that out
Remember it's part of a DLC: you have to buy it.
viperconcept hello you did a mistake at 4:48 and 4:55 because you said the same thing twice. its not a big deal but im interested whats the real thing now. would be happy about an answer
Did the whole outring of Mojavem too bad its not "raceable". Maybe we will have oval in pcars2
Gamepad?
Okay, I haven't seen the video yet, but would you like me to mail you the...?
+Emmanuel Castro ahah ok thank you. But come on, this time it should be better than the previous... :D
+viperconcept Well... yes :S, I mean, yes! :)
:S
+viperconcept viper, oggi giocamo a P.C.?
+Valerio Gallo stasera ricompro l'abbonamento al PSN Plus ;-)
