    Hi Bob and Brad, I really need your expert help. I have a problem with a pain above the middle part of my right clavicle. I believe I got it while overdoing a pull-over exercise. I have tried all your shoulder pain treatments, but I know that they are not the answer, for my pain is NOT on my shoulder muscles, but, like I said, they are above the middle part of the right clavicle area, and beneath that area. I have been searching through the internet for pain relief, but could not find the solution. Before trying other videos on the subject, I have posted this on one of your videos about shoulder pain. But it was an old one, so I guess you were not able to read it.
    It has been bothering me for a few weeks now. How do I treat it? I need to continue my strength training exercises, to get back in shape, with a lot of help from you guys. No kidding. Your instructions are super awesome. My eldest daughter is getting married in a few months, so I would like to be at my best. I am also looking for a female partner, as I have been a single dad for 2 decades now, prioritizing my children's upbringing over my needs for a partner.

      We are very sorry to hear this! We would have to suggest you see a professional in your area for this. We try to provide general health and wellness information, but anything beyond that, we suggest seeing your doctor, due to everyone's bodies and situations being unique. If he gives you a diagnosis, then we can offer suggestions, but since our shoulder videos did not help, we would not guess at what might help, in case it makes it worse. Best of luck!

    I did this around 20years ago, and it sent my back into acute, then chronic, spasm for about 18months.
    Pain & stiffness (no not that type) was so bad in the mornings, I thought i was developing ankylosing spondylitis.

    Could you guys do another video on exercises for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome please? I've had it for almost a year and a half but didn't know until i found your videos because the people who were "treating me" misdiagnosed me :( Luckily i was able to find a doctor who confirmed my selfdiagnosis.       There are fabric bands that have a small amount of rubber (not sure if latex or not). The fabric ones don’t roll on you!

      So far, we have not had anyone having an allergic reaction that we know of.

    I have been looking for a good, easy, cheap way to fix my posture! I will need to look for the 4 for $16 deal online so that I can use one to stretch my back out & keep some around for the grandkids to play with. If I don't then mine may end up missing when I need it. 😉

    Could you please make a video on back spasms, i've been having these spasms for over 6 months now and it hurts like hell there isn't a correct word to describe the pain, so my back hurts from the shoulder blades to the mid section and also if i lay down, i cannot lift my head because if i try to, starting fron the back of my neck to near the shoulder blades there's this horrible pain and i also can't move my neck whilst laying down so when i need to get up, i need someone to lift my head. I also am awoken very early at like about 5 am from the pain and it just hurts and i can't go back to sleep, the worst is when i sneeze, there is this crack sound coming from my backbone i think and the aftershock is so bad, i get dizzy from the pain. And a major problem, my left arm's nerves have been pinched i don't know the specific nerve but there's this numbness near my armpit or the inside part of the biceps. From what i have felt, my pinky and ring fingers have weakened severely and my grip is very bad as of now because my left hand was stronger in gripping, i could grip over 40 kgs but now i can barely grip 10 kgs. Please i need help, thank you.
