I'm heading that way this summer, so it's nice to see a recent vlog. Very informative too!

Awesome video! Any info on the parking at Hamnoy viewpoint? I have read some reviews that parking in Reine town is expensive.

When we visited Lofoten, we rarely had to pay for parking (other than paying for some camping spots).
There are a lot of pull offs on the side of the road where you can park for free and enjoy scenic views for a short time. We didn’t go into Reine, so we’re not sure how much parking would cost, but in the other towns we visited there were always free places to park.
As for the scenic viewpoint in Hamnøy, there is a small pull off on the side of the road near the bridge that you can park at for free and then walk over the bridge to get nice views. Just don’t stay long because it’s a very popular spot and everyone wants to park there.
There’s also a pretty large parking lot in Sakrisøy near Anita’s Sjømat and you can get a really tasty fish sandwich and then walk about 1km (about 15 minutes) over to Hamnøy for some nice views. One other option is to stay at Eliassen Rorbuer in Hamnøy so that you can stay in one of the red fisherman’s houses and enjoy constant views of the mountains around you!
