Exactly what I was looking for! I have cheap acrylic knob covers in my apartment. The dirt was driving me crazy. I wanted to make sure I didn't need to turn the water supply off. ✨They look brand new now!✨ Thank you! Subscribed!

Thank you so much! My husband put mine on and the handles didn’t point the same direction. I had been waiting on him to fix it because I thought it was a difficult job. I just fixed on my own and it feels amazing!! Thank you!!!!!

I moved into an apartment landlord does nothing. My kitchen sink has the side allen wrench screw . Problem is there is no stop tge handles swivel all the way around i have to guess where the water won't drip how do i fix this?
Hi Kathy, the first thing to do is make sure the handle is secured onto the cartridge. Maybe it's just loose and not turning the cartridge (the part that allows the water to turn on & off) properly. If that doesn't fix the problem, then the problem is likely the cartridge. I have a video that shows how to replace the cartridge on a two handle faucet. You can watch it to see what is under the handle. Best wishes for the repair. Sorry to hear your landlord is not responsive. Deduct your repair bill from the rent. lol.
@@Know-How-Now thank you I'm usually pretty handy but I know certain things are like opening a can of worms plumbing, car issues and the grand daddy electrical!!! Uhhgggg thank you. Where is that video do you have a link?
If you know the brand of the faucet, you can try going to the manufacturer's website. Look for your faucet and the parts diagram. That should give your a clue on how to remove the handle.
@@Know-How-Now yep, did that and found out in my situation (American Standard) I had to forcefully just PULL up to remove the handle. It's just a tight friction fit. (makes sense, all the typical forces when using the faucet are rotary, not vertical)

What if there is no screw? Just a hole with threads?
What brand faucet is it?
Is this a Philly accent or Baltimore?
I live about 50 miles west of Philadelphia, Baltimore is about a 100 miles away.
Good job nice
Thanks for the compliment, Bryce.
No cover, no visible screws. How to remove?
We're in the same boat
Is it a really old faucet? Check this out: womenyoushouldknow.net/fix-friday-get-screwed-screwless-faucet-handle/
