I hate ranking things in the top 5 favorite courses in the world because once its that good youre just grasping for straws on why one is better than another but MAN Jacks Point is definitely in my top 3 favorite courses ever.
UNREAL views out there on the front 9, very firm and fast greens making it possible to use the rolling hills on the greens for back stops or have your ball roll off the green if you get too close to the run offs. Course design was creative and fun, perfectly placed bunkers and fair test on tee shots and around the greens. I LOVED this place and hopefully you guys enjoyed the views in this video and hopefully get to play Jacks point one day!

My absolute favorite course I've ever played. Awesome to watch you and Tae play it.
One thing that's worth mentioning is how affordable the course is. IIRC, the replay rate which can be used anytime in the next 3 days after you play is like $50 USD or something. Insane value for how epic the course is!

NZ golf is amazing. The 6-7 courses Kwon plays are all in the top 20 ranked in NZ. The Hills & Royal Auckland are both private courses that can be quite hard to get on to play unless invited, but all of the others would be in the US$50-150 range.

Jacks Point is an amazing course. Been way to long since I played there. That house with the view of the 7th or 8th green with lake Wakatipu in the background!! Unreal.

That course was ridiculously picturesque. Your production crew did a great job of capturing it. Both you guys did a commendable job playing it. Lot's of blind shots and greens. Stimp meter off the scale - I would've been lucky to break 90!
Luke, you and the others GG players are blessed to travel so much and play such amazing courses but it's good though to see how ecstatic you were on each and every hole about the view (looking like CGI made 😉). By the way, there's a simple explanation to the "less blue" sky and water in the US (and other western countries) : That's called air pollution 🤔

I’ve played Jack’s Point Golf Club too. It’s views are some of the best in the world. It’s my favourite course I’ve played too and will forever be top 3 in my lifetime. It’ll take something truely incredible to top it. Love it
I can relate with the glasses man….my friends always say I’m making excuses (I am) but the depth perception between glasses and contacts is noticeable! Messes with my ball striking quite a bit that’s for sure

for any golfer travelling to NZ, Queenstown is a must to put on your bucket list! absolutely spoilt for choice down there, even some of the smaller places all within 40mins from Queenstown are all great courses and mostly with views.. even Arrowtown just round the corner form where Kwon played in his first video.. and Wanaka the scenery on the way there just breath taking!.. even Queenstown Kelvin Heights GC is a pretty cool course... as i say spoilt for choice.. even though theyre some of the smaller courses theres alil something great at each one

Jacks point is out of this world. Awesome filming but it doesn't do it justice. Have to be there to get the feel of the place. It holds a special place in my heart. I played there twice, once on sunny day and the other super windy. Dang that was a challenge. Big fan of you Kwon and the good good team. Kia kaha bro!
That course looks amazing. I love all the hills and undulations on the fairways and greens. I’m normally a 7 handicap but feel I would easily shoot 100 on that course.

Luke, dont both playing gulf Harbour or Royal Auckland. They're on the average scale of courses in NZ.
Get yourself to Cape Kidnappers and then Wairakei. It you can make it up to Tara Iti or any of the courses in that complex go there.
I'd even not bother with another Millbrook round....

I feel ya on the glasses, Kwon. I played the same day I got a new stronger prescription and the ground seemed closer than it actually was. It took a while to get used to it and stop hitting thin. Definitely frustrating.

Sorry to hear about the ulcer in your eye. I can relate, well I can't but my cat can. My cat was recently in a cone and on meds for a month because of a pretty bad corneal ulcer in his eye.
