Donald two-putts cautiously for par. Tiger then drains it for the lead. The tournament was basically over after one hole, and everyone knew it. Tiger was then absolutely on fire the entire front nine, making a pair of 30-footers for birdies as he ran away from the field

I remember the major against Bob May -- I think it was a PGA Championship -- in which Tiger leaked oil all over the course and eventually had to settle for sudden death, but then made that incredible putt that he started chasing after with his finger pointing at it. I believe it was on the second hole of the three-hole playoff. In that case, and I hate this, but I think it's fair to say that his opponent choked it away. If one watches that final round, May was consistently in better position off the tee -- in some cases almost comically so -- and still couldn't put it away. Of course, that used to happen a *lot* when folks were playing Tiger.
