Great video. Question. Say I'm selling a service and i want to make it a simple as possible. Does someone have to have a paypal account to send money when you sign up for a personal paypal account? Or can they just pay by using their credit card?
If you are selling the productg or service from your website, then your customers can pay using their credit card. You (the merchant) needs to have a PayPal business or a premier account though.

They basically forced me to link but I linked the debit card. Have sold an item (shipping now) and paypal is holding the funds to insure 1 I sent it, & 2 the item is what was described and is in good condition. I just hope the person I sent it to is an honest buyer and let's eBay know so I can get my funds. What was your experience with them if I may ask? The first person who contacted me was a scammer but I recognized it immediately.

If you send money to somebody can you refund it?
You can cancel the transaction before they accept it. If it is accepted then they have to refund it.

Do you mean your PayPal merchant ID? Normally, you just use your paypal email address when someone asks for your paypal ID (in order to send you money)
