I think so but you probally need to have a card or bank account linked to make purcheseas. I'm not sure though but I always pay straight of my bank account.

you need to verify your account and your phone number, after you done that you would be able to recive/send money. Once you receive money it will ask you want to put a credit/bank and store this? Or just keep it in the account ;) Welcome
