And cleaning routine. The shelves and paneling are sooo beautiful! But knowing my own lifestyle, all I can think about is dust 😩

My second time watching this! DAN NEEDS HIS OWN TH-cam CHANNEL: TOOL TIME WITH DAN, HOME REMODEL EXPERT. That paneling is simply chic and gorgeous 😍You can most definitely pop in with interior designing tips, as similar to how he comes onto your channel from time to time.
Also, I love how you positioned the desk in the office. Beautiful view and I hope you can plant some shrubs that will get tall to hide the cars.

Beautiful home! Classic, elegant and timeless look! I love that everything is white allowing your accessories to add the pops of colour. With white furniture and carpets, do you stain guard them to prevent scuff marks/dirt/stains? Are your couches slip covered? I would love to do the same but worried about the upkeep. Also, did you have any problems finding the right shade of white for your walls/carpet/furniture? Looking forward to seeing more house updates! So inspiring!

I would love to do the same in my own home but I worry that it might make my 8 ft walls look shorter... What do you think - do you think it helped make your space look bigger? I think ours are regular height and I do think it makes the space look bigger BUT I've also seen panelling look amazing with taller ceilings! I would definitely try it out - I want to panel pretty much every room now haha!

congratulations Amy! It's a beautiful house. Just one question for you. You have lots of beautiful open shelves. How do you keep them clean? I like the idea of open shelves but just concern about dusts on them...
We actually don't get that much dust in most rooms. I think it depends where you live a lot of the time and which rooms. I know the opening plan living room gets a lot of dust but the other rooms less so. Totally manageable for us but I think it's a case by case situation!

I’ve been looking for a large floor mirror with golden frame ( exactly like the one you have ) for the longest time ... pleas please tell me where did you get yours ... it looks gorgeous!!!
I got mine from Wayfair and it's sold out now but I've seen a bunch of different stores stock it. It's called the Gallery Direct Cagney Mirror Silver and I spray painted it gold :)

Amie have you ever looked into preserved flowers? They are pricier than natural ones but last years with proper care. Maybe you might want to check these out :) but not all flowers can be preserved unfortunately >.

It’s so beautiful. I love the flowers. It’s so helpful to know where to get good quality fake flowers as I am allergic to real ones. I did have a good supplier but they closed down a few years ago.

Very nice! I would have gotten rid of that bathroom in the accessories room and made the room bigger or get rid of bathroom entrance from the room and swap so that the bathroom is acceptable from corridor.

We thought about it but we didn't want to do anything to devalue the house! I wish it was an option to have it accessible from the hallway but there's the study room (aka room we put all our junk lol!) right next to it blocking the way. Would definitely have made some different decisions if we'd built this ourselves!

Amie! Do you keep your bags out of the dust bags like that all the time? Do they get dusty? I want to keep mine displayed so I can remember what I have - but I’m having a lot of problems with dust. Are you considering doing glass doors? Do you think that would help?
Yup, they're like that all the time. I'm not a huge fan of doors so planning on keeping them like this - I have a video coming up in the next week or so discussing bag storage! :) xx
