Outdoor weddings are the best. You looked absolutely STUNNING in both dresses. Dan's taste in wedding dresses is on point: the perfect mix of grand enough for the occasion but not too fussy. It's wonderful that your taste coincided. The attention to detail in this wedding was remarkable but you didn't lose sight of what people want which is an environment that doesn't make them feel like they're standing on ceremony. The good basic food and the whiskey stop would've been a huge hit with me. This definitely looks like a day you'll remember for the rest of your lives. Congratulations.

I think it would really show to the people there who (obviously) know you guys well, the attention to making it a place that’s comfortable and full of joy rather than focussed on pomp and grandeur. I think those are the best kinds of events to have, the touches of you and Dan in it and how it was a team effort to bring it all together. Congrats, Amie! I helped out with a wedding this summer and I concluded weddings are funny and ritualistic thing. Friendships were tested because of who got to be on the bridal party on the brides side. Had an amazing time at the wedding.
Haha they definitely are a funny thing! So many of our friends are getting married this year and Dan commented that women really decide who they'll be friends with (or not!) based on how they act at and around the wedding lol!
