Love you, you cook the way I used to for my family. They’re all grown up now so I don’t cook as much. Keep it all coming. I enjoy your videos. I miss cooking with my grandma too. Love cooking and baking for a crowd. ❤❤❤
So glad you all are alright, even thou you had a rough time. Will donate for the people who endured this terrible hurricane. God bless you both & everyone. Love what you cooked.💕🙏
been wondering how everything went. I thought you would give us an update. Glad you are okay, but yes it is so sad, I feel the sadness for those who lost everything and no insurance and no place to go.
I used to make my stew from scratch, but those days are gone. I use McCormick stew seasoning. I utilize one packet for myself, but if I’m cooking for more, I make 2. It’s absolutely perfect and delicious. I’m not one to cut corners, but I have to tell you, you will not be disappointed. I doll it up a bit with additional beef bullion and basic spices, but only if I add more meat and/or veggies than suggested. People rave about my stew and request it often. Russets are the starchiest potatoes. Yellow and red potatoes are low in starch, very smooth and delicious and great for everything.
I'm so thankful yall are doing OK, I'm from Dublin Ga., it got hit really bad , trees down, power lines down, several deaths .Power is still out etc.. All of my family is still there Except for me, husband and kids. Prayer Continues for everyone!!!!! Your beef stew looks delicious. 😊❤🙏 Ms. Ruby
Very good to see you and know that you and Chris and your girls are safe. Perhaps going through a rough patch, but safe and alive and that's wonderful. I hope power is restored to your home soon so you can get back there and do what's needed there. Y'all take care and thanks for sharing some cooking with us! ❤ 🙏
This stew looks and sounds wonderful. I can't wait to make it. Yes, money needs to go towards the hurricane victims and not the politicians. We all have our right to vote, and we have our right to vote for who and what we believe in. It is really a blessing that you had your daddy's house to go home to. I have a feeling wonderful memories are being made with the whole family that is there.
God bless you❤ You remind me, I'm 73, you remind me of my great aunt Neva, who was from Tennessee. Every time I watch you, it's just like being young and back in her kitchen again. It's home! Stay safe, God bless you both.
Looks so delicious I agree with you miss Tammy we make do with what we have. Thank y'all l just love y'all I get a kick out of y'all thank y'all God bless y'all ❤️
I love you tammy, you tell it .Ike it is,and whenyoure in the situation like you're in ,you do the best you can,it's good to see I'm not the only one that gets that way when you have to leave your home for the situation you're in. I Get it❤,ii live in beaufort nc,so hurricanes are rough,GOd bless you and chris.i hope you have to get to go home soon😊🎉❤
Our power went out Friday at noon and we didn’t get it back on till Saturday evening about 6:30. Still didn’t have Internet when I left for work this morning. It sure was a mess considering I’m in Kentucky just outside of Lexington. I love beef stew and this recipe looks delicious Tammy. Thank you and Chris for always thinking of your subscribers. Love ya! ❤❤
I have been cooking my stews in the oven on 275 all day long, especially during the fall and winter months. It heats the house up. Hope you get power back soon.
Tammy and Chris so glad you all are safe. Cousin from MO is in Florida right now restoring power. Long road ahead for his crew. All our prayers from Mo. are with everyone effected by this terrible storm. The real Tammy is the best!!❤
✍Hello Tammy and Chris... So glad to see you tonight and that you're safe. I've been praying for everyone that's been in the areas where all the storms have done so much damage has, but especially for my TH-cam friends. Most of the TH-cam channels I'm subscribed to are in the path of all the storms. 🌩☔🌪Its a good thing you have that apartment at your daddy's farm to have a safe place to go to and hopefully out of the way of the storms also that you were able to save all that meat and fish from your freezers. Its so sad to see all the devastation the storms, wind, and rain have caused🌩☔🌪and all the people who are now homeless and no where to go due to those storms. I hope your fur babies 🐾🐾🐾are ok? That beef stew you're cooking is perfect for eating in this kind of weather. Tammy I'll continue to pray for your and Chris and your whole family's safety during all these torrential storms☔🌩🌪 🙏 and that your home will not have any more damage than the trees that have already come down. Hope you get some good sleep tonight. Good Night😴 God Bless LuvYa! Bye from your digital pen pal from Ohio🌹
I peel root veggies I have purchased when I don't know what conditions they were grown in. A friend once told me she loved buying organic produce-she didn't have to wash it. I asked if I'd ever told her how to make manure tea. She now scrubs everything with a vengeance.
Hello Tammy , Chris And Family . Thank the Lord all of you are okay . Thanks for sharing your beef stew recipe . I have prayed for every body . That was in the pathway of that hurricane . Hopefully others are praying also . The Lord Bless Every Body .💕🎚️💕
We had high winds for a few minutes when Helene moved past Piedmont NC, but nothing like what you got. Our power blinked a couple times and that's it. I'm also lucky the bedroom side of my house has no large trees next to it. You are so right about giving to people in need. Very smart not to discuss politics on your videos or you will alienate viewers. I see nothing wrong with the "real Tammy." You are making do like our parents did, going through the Depression and WWII. I hope everyone enjoyed the stew, and maybe it kept everyone awake after supper with all that strong coffee in it!
Where will they buy the gas to run a generator when all the stations are closed? If you buy propane how many canisters would you need to run a generator constantly?????
Hey Tammy been off the internet for a month needed a serious break don't we all lol happy to be back missed you like crazy thank God you and everyone is alright from the hurricane 🙏 and I love seeing the real Tammy 😍🥰🥰🥰🥰❤❤❤❤❤❤cracked up hearing that. Gosh, I am SO sorry that you have lost so much of what was in your freezer!! Sending much love and blessings to you and yours 🙏🏻😘🌺👩🏻🦳
Hi guys! Augusta, GA here. We literally got slammed. Power out for 5 days, back on now, praise Jesus! We are all just fine, house still in tact. My 70 yr old oak tree was completely uprooted & is now covering my whole back yard but thank the Lord it didn't hit the house. As they said after Katrina, "if you ain't dead, you ain't done!" 😇Pray for the poor souls in NC mountains🙏.
Thanks goodness you are all safe. Are the doggies with you?? So glad to hear you were able to save some of your freezer food. Nice to hear the story of you living there and Chris proposing to you there!
We lost power here for about an hour. I know what you’re saying about lack of sleep. I was watching a movie. It was about 1 AM. It was scary with the tall trees behind our home. My fear was one would fall down on the house. We live in Fernandina beach. We didn’t get hit with much rain. It was just a strong wind, but we had no damage. Just a few leaves in the yard. I know people say the south has hurricanes. In NY I drove in sometimes 10 to 15” of snowfall. Yes horrible blizzards with no visibility. I spun out one time and hit the side of my car on a guard rail in an ice storm. Nothing was sanded or rock salted. It was bad. I can deal with stuff like this. I was a nurse in NYC & I had to get to work. I take RT. 16 to go to my daughter’s home in Atlanta. Her section of Morningside was OK. They’re about 30 minutes from Buckhead. Her friends house isn’t. It’s a very sad story. A Beautiful 2 story home immersed in water, plus two cars submerged in the garage with water. They were rescued by lifeboat by EMS. Thank God for first responders! My daughter’s friend, husband, 6 m/o baby and two Labradoodle dogs were put into the lifeboat. They’re staying with her parents now, but who knows if they have a home to go back into. My daughter said they basically took the necessities and off they went. Marie (daughter) brought them over a bag of dog food and bowls for their two pups. Glad you’re safe and OK and that you’re home made it thru the hurricane!❤

Where are the dogs and cat,
The religious folk ate them.
You don't need to peel carrots. They do not have a peel or skin. You just need to give them a good scrub.
Yes tell them !!!
That's why I love your channel
I am glad you are safe! You need to invest in a generator so your food won't go bad. You can write it off for your business.
