You guys certainly work as a team even in the workshop, good maintenance certainly pays dividends keeping your equipment in Top Working condition when your out there on projects. Great videos keep them coming.
Others have noticed as well, but you guys are a well-oiled machine working together. Even in the shop, you seem to be reading each other's minds and are very efficient at whatever you do. Thanks for another video. Please keep them coming. My three favorite TH-cam channels are this one, MrAJWorks, and LetsDig18. You are all very skilled, and very interesting to watch. And yeah, I like excavators. 😊
I love it when the machinists maintain and repair their machines as much as possible. 👍 That is simply part of the job and guarantees problem-free use of the machines. 🧡🧡 I always kept it that way and thus almost never had a machine breakdown.
Man, im glad yall showed back up.Great show. Thanks for providing links to your sound tracks.,its music i would have never gotten to enjoy had you not shared.
Maintenance of tools is paramount to doing a good job and maintaining it's performance to keep cost to a minimum. Lesson's learnt in Civil Engineering equipment is a must for every ground working gang.
Thanks for the FAQ in the description! It's good to know those things, and I had no idea. Also, I enjoyed this video as it is a bit different from the rest. And of course, I love the music. Thank you!
This video was very interesting and personally would enjoy seeing more repair videos like this one as well as the " working " videos . 2 thumbs up to all of you . I would like to give you a suggestion on a different and less strenuous method to tightening up the nut on the end of the shaft . Use a floor lack to use upward pressure instead of busting your balls or injuring your back . You only have one back and once you injure it , your screwed for the rest of your life - I know this all too well . Anyway , try out that method on any kind of project where you are needing brute strength to tighten or to break something loose . I enjoy your videos very much , stay safe and healthy .
That is a nice design for a lift cylinder, I have seen ones that have to be machined open in order to change the seal, and all sorts of devilish locking mechanisms.
I can see spring has sprung also in Sorunda area. Time do something with your winter beard, Hedblom? But of course if you have cats they adore you with that. It feels so nice for them when you cuddle! The comment in video [11:19] "Det gick ju alldeles för bra" (That went altogether too well) is a famous statement when you find you have forgot an o-ring! Haha! But lift cylinder function seems to be approved by the Big Boss! :D Thanks for the workshop upload and have a great work week y'all!
Yes ... equipment runs on skill-sets and maintenance ... however a well-oiled crew functions on Libation & Recreation. Absent in the video is the "Shop Bar". I recognize this is simply a panoramic oversight, and that the Bar is simply behind the camera. Possibly in the near future, we can pan the camera to take in the more critical aspects of the Team's success ???
👍🇳🇱 nice to see some maintenance jobs. Sweden the country where "our" Floor Jansen(NL) lives now. doing well keep it up with your videos. with kind regards Hollandduck from the Netherlands
YOUNG MAN , I HAVE NEVER OPERATOR TILT BUCKET BEFORE ON ANY EXCAVATOR SO FAR I HAVE KUBOTA KX - 40 PRETTY NEW ONE , WHAT I ENJOY OPERATOR , HELPING OTHER PEOPLE OUT , IN NEEDED ! .
Did both cylinders start leaking at the same time, or do you just change both when you´re at it already? Thanks for showing a little of this part of the job as well, you can´t really get past this bit with machines.
God Söndags e.m. Hedblom här på din TH-cam-Kanal. * Som ALLTID ett kanonbra TH-cam-klipp / videos👍🥇🏆... * Vad roligt att få se in i firmans verkstad... * Önskar er alla en fortsatt trevlig Söndag / Helg🌞🤗🇸🇪... Mvh Joakim Bernström, Sigtuna
Btw , you can tell by how everyone pulls together @ Hedblom to get things done that they aren't from my country - The United States - because you never hear any one of them saying ( not on camera anyway lol ) , I'm not doing that , that's not my job . That's so and so's job , let them do it .
Often underrated, but maintenance is a must. Thanks for showing. It’s part of the job. Greetings to the team. 👋🏻

So cool that you like the music as well - he used to apologize for it, but I´ve always found his choice of music quite pleasant for the videos.
Побольше бы таких видео, и хочется увидеть вашу базу, как все устроено

There was internal leakage due to age and wear. They did not keep the pressure.

Ah, the often talked about, but seldom seen Hedblom secret headquarters, where plans are made to take over the world - and hydraulics repaired.

What are the symptoms for both cylinders gone bad? Are they leaking at the external shaft's seals?
There was internal leakage due to age and wear. They did not keep the pressure.

YOUNG MAN , NEED TO GREASE THE SEAL BEFORE U START PUTTING THEM IN , WOULD HELP ALOT ?
Looks like this isn't your first cylinder repair. Nothing like experience over attitude.
