The only thing I’d point out is this already started in fantastic shape. I was interested how you got to the original starting place as beyond that there wasn’t much progression to go through
What about heavily scratched? Start off with 1200 W&D, and just move up through the grades until ready for final burnishing? Has this been lacquered and if so does not look like you are cutting through the lacquer finish...
I have bought expensive cleaners, PPG, Eastwood, 90%iso alch with water, nothing lifts sanding dust out of the scratch marks like the spray away glass cleaner ! from 40 grit to 2500 and even in between stage polishing its my go to. And I have yet to have any adhesion problems or chemical mixture issue's just make sure its dry I do is before epoxy primer, between coats making carbon fiber parts, single stage, base coat, clear coats, rattle cans.

What’s the best surface cleaner to use in-between polishing?

Do you have a link to the surface cleaner you use? Love the work. Has helped me a lot in my own carbon fiber skinning adventures.
Good job bro..
Is this with a UV resistant topcoat already applied?
Thank you beautiful
Hi great vid. But what are you using at 2:54 ? Can you please describe the material and the pad pls?
Just rubbing some water onto the polish pad 👍
Could I do the same thing if the clear coat is cracked?
