I love your videos. I'm always hearing about artist/styles I otherwise wouldn't hear about. If you don't mind a little feedback, the music in this video is a little too loud and is distracting from the interviews in the record shop or you talking. Keep the great videos coming!

I'm freaking out because that Buena Vista Social Club is in my must grab and none of the record stores got a copy here in town. So I'm gonna have to wait till Sunday and try and order it from Plaid Room, but I saw they only had 3 in stock. So that's the only one that I'm worried about. You are allowed to buy whatever you want! I have some MOV records - they arent bad - sometimes a bit pricey.
If it weren’t for TH-cam I would know zilch about Japanese music. There are probably millions of folks who would probably co-sign. Especially when it comes to jazz fusion artists like Jiro Inagaki . I’m just saying this to say this type of music isn’t “obsure” anymore.

It may not be "obscure" - but its also not on Apple Music - I also dont like to stream stuff that much anymore and the last time this was pressed on vinyl was 2022 and its expensive.
