I bought $45 worth of used lps Friday which worked out good. I'll go Sunday. I hope for the Peanuts Short Summer and there were a couple lower priced RSD lps I'd check out.
snagged the new Charlie Brown album as a must-have, but was also hoping to grab the Horse the Band, Snarky Puppy, and Joe Pesci ones. may have to look around for those! brother also got the Asking Alexandria album, one of the few he didn't have
love seeing fellow vc creators! fun vlog & we have lots of similar tastes. working on posting my haul. new sub so I'll be back! keep on groovin your way -mark
The Charlie Brown release was at 45rpm and sounds fantastic. The Elmer Bernstein score from Airplane! is great and comes with a poster of Lloyd Bridges. I crashed hard when I got home. 😂
I can't understand how these record companies can stay in business after spending tons of money on mastering, mothers, stampers, artwork, sleeves and jackets for a no-name group or artist and only press 1 copy.
Was in same store line at Newburys....5th year going there ...great store and even better when weather is crap

It looked like a lot of good pickens out there esp if $ is not an issue. lol. But there were some good prices too.

Awesome about the records and, well, about crashing when you got home too.😁
Did you play that Motley Crue picture disc. I played side only of mine and it was just an instrumental.
I didn’t buy the Motley Crue picture disc. I usually avoid picture discs unless it is something I really want and don’t currently have.

Who is doing that? Most of these have runs of 3000, 4000 or more. There are some that are only doing 1500-2000 but that is pretty rare now.
