Kanyasulkam is a 1955 Indian Telugu-language philosophical film directed by P. Pullaiah and produced by D. L. Narayana for his production company Vinodha Pictures. The film stars N. T. కన్యాశుల్కం సినిమా ఇప్పటికీ టీవీ లో వస్తే ఆసక్తికరంగా చూస్తాము. ఎక్కడా సాగదీయకుండా సందర్భోచితంగా చిత్రం ఉంటుంది. కొన్ని సినిమాలు మొదటిసారి విడుదలై అంతగా ఆడని సినిమాలు తరువాత విడుదలై అఖండ విజయం సాధించిన సినిమాలు చాలా ఉన్నాయి. అందులో NTR సినిమాలే ఎక్కువుగా ఉన్నాయి. మంచి సినిమా గురించి చెప్పారు. ధన్యవాదాలు.

What a great narration of one of the greatest social reforming novel. Kanyasulkam and dowry were social evils in those days. The writers of the both novels in their name were renowned for their practicalmindedness. That was the reason for their tremendous success. In a nutshell, you have introduced every character in true sense of their nature. It was a star-studded movie based on a novel which was based on a universal subject. Even after another years the subject of the novel will be so relevant as it is today even after more than hundred years of its publication. My cousine sister's husband is Gurajada's great grand son..His name is also Gurajada Apparao..

The film’s success on it’s repeated releases is a rare phenomenon after decades from its first release although the creators of this masterpiece are no more is history.
