The word Autumn has me dreaming of cooler weather. And I equate cooler weather with hot chocolate and coffee. Are there any coffee flavored tiki drinks?
Cool vid Anders. For my Port Light I actually sub in Passoa Passionfruit Liqueur for Passionfruit Syrup! You should also try out the Nui Nui/Popule & Ancient Mariner which are some fun Winter/Fall Tiki Drinks
Me: "Just because the weather is getting cooler doesn't mean I need to lay off the Tiki drinks, right?" Anders: "Today, we are going to be making four Fall Tiki drinks." Asked and answered.
Oooh those are nice tikis to try, will give it a go. Very sorry you lost your cherry at the end 😂, was not prepared for that "ooh nooo, I lost my cherry"
Man I've been waiting for someone to touch on the Mundo Perdido. It always struck me as a perfect autumn cocktail and reminded me that a lot of what makes Tiki cocktails tiki are those autumnal spice notes.
Anders, you magnificent bastard!!! I got the Viski revolving rocks glass and love it. Really scratches that fidgeting itch. Thanks for the tip and the 15% discount. You guys are the best! Cheers
I’m a whiskey drinker more often than not. Neat pours, especially the peaty stuff. A cool fally way to riff on tiki is a penicillin toddy. It’s also probably the most metal toddy on the planet because Laphroaig.
I like to make Trinidad Sours to terrify guests. It is a magical cocktail, and a favorite of mine. The Angostura Colada I am very excited about making. Well, all four you presented here. Tiki
Hi Anders, you always keep us entertained with such beautiful, and creative drinks for fall!👌👌….I would love to try the “speak no evil” recipe!👏👏…in the description just below the title, I can see all the ingredients and measurements-organized and detailed- -well done!🌟🌟…as always hope your weekend is a fun one…CHEERS 🍹🍹😁😁❤️❤️
Well, now I want to go on a pilgrimage to Smugglers Cove. Would love to get a series (or cookbook) on your homemade add-ins like grenadine and Demerara syrup. If that’s in a different episode, someone please let me know!
Just got done with the Angostura Coloda, god damn that is a good ass drink. Even me not using all the best fresh ingredients. And the color is outstanding!
my favorite "up" tiki from smugger's cove is the undead gentleman, and might be my favorite of the zombie riffs. of these, definitely gonna try angostura colada i've got leftover coconut cream from painkillers!
Thanks for these new ones Anders! I was always interested in making fun drinks but never had the proper knowledge of how to make actual balanced cocktails. Found your channel a couple months ago and since then I've build a big bar and created a repertoire of about 80 cocktails that are mostly yours. Also love making your sirups. Tried the Portlight yesterday and substituted the bourbon with Rittenhouse 100 proof Rye whisky. It's amazing and gives it a little extra umphf. Have you tried it with Rye!? Cheers!
Compared to your opening suggestions I would have clicked faster if you wrote "Pumpkin Spice Fireball Yagerbomb" out of equal parts genuine concern and morbid curiosity, but that's besides the point. The Angostura Colada and your Speak No Evil are now tops for things I want to make for myself before the end of the year, thanks for another awesome video!
Oh man, I love this! I’m making all of these for sure. Watching this while drinking a September Morn, made with Anders’ Grenadine and Hampden 8 year. As for a fall tiki drink, I’m working on an apple riff on the Mai Tai, swapping out lime for cider and curaçao for allspice dram. I’d love to keep the rum but it is coming out too sweet. Laird’s is the next step. Calling it You Are the Apple of Mai Tai.
Anders... great to see more tikis. I'm working my way through your list. So far Mundo Perdido is yummy. I noticed you add the liquor first and syrups second. I do it in the opposite order because the liquor rinses the syrups into the cocktail. Thoughts?
Y’know, because of the raisiny, plummy taste of some rums, the style’s love of allspice, and the common nutmeg garnish, tiki drinks have always had a kinda autumnal, winter-festive vibe to me El Mundo Perdido sounds de-li-cious
Here in Austin, Tiki Tatsuya puts Port wine in their Port Lights and its amazing. It adds a whole new depth of flavor to the drink so that is how I make them at home.
The Zombie is soooo my go-to for October! It just fits this time of year. But, gonna try a couple of these soon. I often sub a cinnamon whiskey for cinnamon syrup. Is that bad???
This channel is the best for bartending. From content, to editing, to design, to sponsorships, to personality, to the actual taste and ratios of the drinks presented. *Chef's kiss*
I really like your channel homie, really great quality content. As a mexican, I have to comment on the pronunciation of the word Mezcal, the tonic is the syllable 'cal', so, mes-CAL, and not MEZ-call. Also, The z is not a US 'z' sound, but an 's' sound.
Ahh yes let me just grab my Passion Fruit, Guava Fruit, Nutmeg, Apple Brandy, and Allspice Dram Liqueur just lying around in the fridge..... WAITTT A MINUTE Jokes aside, nice recipes Anders
Question for you around fresh juce. Lemons / limes are easy enough to do in a hand jucer, but what would you recommend for juicing larger frute. Used a powered unit once but spent more time cleaning up than it was worth... but that was once and over 15 years ago. Love the channel, made a bunch of modern ( hiper sweet) cocktails when I was in my 20 buy you deffently inspired me to get back s the craft and much classier
Can you please make a workflow video? We set up a bar in our living room where we keep all our liquor and glasses. But making a drink, I have to walk back and forth to the kitchen for ice, mixers etc. any suggestions when entertaining, or just making a couple drinks for me and the wife?
I just made the angostura colada for my friend and he hated it and said the bitters just makes the rum taste like gin so why not cut out the middle man and just use gin
Any fall tikis you'd add to the list?
Visit www.viski.com/anders & use code ANDERS15 to get 15% off sitewide!
Something with apple cider comes to mind along with caramel.
The word Autumn has me dreaming of cooler weather. And I equate cooler weather with hot chocolate and coffee. Are there any coffee flavored tiki drinks?
Dry Daquiri with Campari! The fall makes me want something just a little less sweet?? These 4 cocktails rule!
Cool vid Anders. For my Port Light I actually sub in Passoa Passionfruit Liqueur for Passionfruit Syrup! You should also try out the Nui Nui/Popule & Ancient Mariner which are some fun Winter/Fall Tiki Drinks
Maybe Bombo with its aged rum and cinnamon syrup? Or Cate’s Shudders in a Whisper, which includes aged rum, Drambuie, and pear liqueur?
Merch request: a 'Bear' bar mat
Get out of my head
Would buy it in a heartbeat
This is awesome!!
I second that!
Please! I need to buy one still and would love to support the channel
Me: "Just because the weather is getting cooler doesn't mean I need to lay off the Tiki drinks, right?"
Anders: "Today, we are going to be making four Fall Tiki drinks."
Asked and answered.
Do NOT forget to put the anti stopper back on! Anders, how did you know I ruined my gin sour this week? 😂
I was too late! You'll never make that mistake again
Oooh those are nice tikis to try, will give it a go. Very sorry you lost your cherry at the end 😂, was not prepared for that "ooh nooo, I lost my cherry"
All I could think was, of course, “that’s what she said…”. 😂🍹
Darn, I I just made a Jack Rose. Mundo Perdido looks like Jack Rose on a Caribbean vacation. Looks like it’s a two cocktail night! Cheers to fall. 🍂🍁
Like your style. Now I want a Jack Rose
Man I've been waiting for someone to touch on the Mundo Perdido. It always struck me as a perfect autumn cocktail and reminded me that a lot of what makes Tiki cocktails tiki are those autumnal spice notes.

The see no evil is a standard in my house, cant wait to try the speak no evil!
I bought the visky tiki glasses for my wife's bottle the first time you showed them off, those are sturdy glasses. Love this channel
Tiki episodes might be the best ones, maybe because of that shirt, or maybe be because it’s so darn tasty! Mundo Perdido coming up!
I dig your bear logo with the wine glass.
Love the recipes in the comment section. Great job!!
Anders these all rock, but I'm going with door number three....ty
I've only ever been to a Tiki Bar once and they just had the perfect cocktail for me called the "Jet Pilot" :D
It’s one of my all time favourites and I’m glad that I have your recipe to try for the next time !
Fantastic video! Creative. Fun. Funny. Well produced. Loved it!
How timely! I was literally just saying I was hoping you'd put out a good Canadian thanksgiving cocktail recommendation! Thanks Anders!
I’m a whiskey drinker more often than not. Neat pours, especially the peaty stuff. A cool fally way to riff on tiki is a penicillin toddy. It’s also probably the most metal toddy on the planet because Laphroaig.
More whiskey tikis? Outstanding
You had me at guava syrup. Absolutely my favorite fruit. Unfortunately, it tends to overpower everything in a cocktail. I'll be making this!
Awesome ideas. Sad to say i didn't know fall tiki was a thing. Can't wait to give these a try. 🍻
I like to make Trinidad Sours to terrify guests. It is a magical cocktail, and a favorite of mine. The Angostura Colada I am very excited about making. Well, all four you presented here. Tiki
Love this. Happy weekend!
@@AndersErickson And you as well! I just had my first sip of the Angostura Colada. Wow! I really dig this.
Good timing with the weather in Chicago today! Can’t wait to make the Ango one.
I click on whichever cocktail video is made by Anders Erickson.

Excellent and interesting episode again. Well done, Sir! I will put two of these recipes on my ToDo list.
Hootin and hollerin at the return of grated nutmeg. IT’S TIME, Y’ALL
Tiki-Treat
If you like nicely spiced tiki drinks, then I highly recommend the Jamaican Spiced Swizzle #3-delicious!!
Autumn!
So excited to make these
Viski looks like it has some amazing bar tools and glassware, however unfortunately do not deliver to the UK:(
Just made the Speak No Evil and accidentally used Lime. But still pretty damn delicious. But I'm a total sucker for a drink with Mezcal!
Already a fan of the Port Light! But the Mundo Perdido sounds really good! Gonna have to try that one! Great video as always! Cheers!
Appreciate it! Happy weekend

Love a Port Light with rye. Cheers and happy mixing!
i see tiki cocktails, i click
First time trying the Mundo Perdido. Also first time trying apple brandy. Was surprised at how pronounced the apple flavor was, but a fantastic drink
Now I have a plan for the weekend :-)
Compared to your opening suggestions I would have clicked faster if you wrote "Pumpkin Spice Fireball Yagerbomb" out of equal parts genuine concern and morbid curiosity, but that's besides the point. The Angostura Colada and your Speak No Evil are now tops for things I want to make for myself before the end of the year, thanks for another awesome video!
I have the same shirt.
Cranberry juice cocktail?
Rhubarb syrup cocktail?

Yay! No gin!!
I might be in a minority, but I would buy an Anders shirt 😁
Your face, Anders. I'm clicking on your face. Or Az's. Titles are an added bonus.
Don Papa boroko rum just tastes like apple
Lol I'll pay to see a whole video of you doing sponsorship

TO THE BAR! ➡️🥃

Love this move
Sounds good, how would you go about the ratios then?
@@benjaminboon I would do the base recipe and then a half ounce of 20 year port.
to answer your question--if it says "TIKI", i will click on it!
The Zombie is soooo my go-to for October! It just fits this time of year. But, gonna try a couple of these soon. I often sub a cinnamon whiskey for cinnamon syrup. Is that bad???
Amazing cocktails! I will absolutely give them a try. That Angostura colada looks specially interesting.
Thanks Anders, great video.❤
Oh yeah. Let me just break out my passion fruit syrup, cinnamon syrup, and allspice liqueur so I can whip up a couple easy cocktails at home.
That’s just how tiki drinks are.
Is the Perdido a 1/4oz of syrups or 1/2oz of syrups? The video says 1/4 but the description says 1/2.
Oops! Fixed it - 1/4 oz each. Thanks for catching that
This channel is the best for bartending. From content, to editing, to design, to sponsorships, to personality, to the actual taste and ratios of the drinks presented. *Chef's kiss*

I love the tiki videos! I'm definitely gonna try these! Maybe we can get some Christmas tiki recipes? 😊

Try Arette, Olmeca Altos, El Tequileño, or Tapatío for good budget/bar tequilas. Milagro sucks
Ahh yes let me just grab my Passion Fruit, Guava Fruit, Nutmeg, Apple Brandy, and Allspice Dram Liqueur just lying around in the fridge..... WAITTT A MINUTE
Jokes aside, nice recipes Anders
Winter, spring, summer, fall….it doesn’t matter at all…..just give me alcohol…..
Hi Anders, Munro Perdido, made this afternoon using Goslings Bermuda rum and Calvados. A beautiful refreshing drink!
Nick from York

Laird's is straight apple *brandy,* not whiskey. To be pedantic. Haha. (Whiskey by definition is grain-based.)
Oh I love the Angostura Colada. I think I had one before I tried the Trinidad Sour. Love them both. It's been a while though...
Can you please make a workflow video? We set up a bar in our living room where we keep all our liquor and glasses. But making a drink, I have to walk back and forth to the kitchen for ice, mixers etc. any suggestions when entertaining, or just making a couple drinks for me and the wife?
Always enjoy your vids-and--your Lovely camera person
The last three! Yum, I’m curious about the angostura colada. I’ve Never used so much. Intriguing!
Speak no evil is great. The Port light tastes taste likes Christmas. Used half old granddad half turkey 101
I would click on Anders Tiki Drink! Keep it coming buddy, great content!👍
Isn't the Port Light almost a riff on a whiskey sour but with fruitiness (grenadine/passion fruit rather than simple syrup)?
I am Tiki 24/7 - 365! I will add these fall tiki cocktails to my arsenal!!
Viski just means Whiskey in Finnish, the sponsors name is funny but I doubt they're Finnish.
Some great looking drinks!! But how do video of fall themed tiki and leave out the Zombie??
Jungle bird & Brancolada are my favorites all year round woooooooo!
I just made the angostura colada for my friend and he hated it and said the bitters just makes the rum taste like gin so why not cut out the middle man and just use gin
Fall tiki or fall tiki inspired…as long as it doesn’t say pumpkin😂
Spinny glasses make everything better!
Saludos desde Cabo san lucas México
Lairds is apple brandy, not whiskey
Might I offer: Slow Season Tiki
Can you ship the enjoyable glass to overseas?
Looking forward to the winter tiki drinks video :)

As it’s 23 degrees C in the uk, this is quite apt
Great show thank you!
Merci beaucoup !
Maybe you should sell Anders themed tropical shirts?
Love it - I'll get sewing.
legalize guava
❤❤❤.
What bar mat do you use there? I'm looking for one for my bar cabinet and not sure what size I should get, or if one is better than another
I use a smaller mat (6"x12"), but they come in a larger size too. Here's the one in the video: amzn.to/3h2IJER
